Freaky Fast service, OK food. Not the local stores fault, but the company really needs to stop adding onions to EVERYTHING. lol

1 star isn't low enough! I have NEVER! Had such terrible service with any other JJ in Indiana... It takes a good 10 mins to make a sandwich that normally takes 2 elsewhere and every time they make it wrong, making me have to go in and have them remake it. And then when I go in (every time) I get a manager that gets attitude with me for it being wrong.. The veggies are old, and I don't even get compensation. I have never had a good experience here and I'm shocked to see that anyone has. Still one of the better places in marion, but on a state scale it's shit.

Freaky fast delivery? I ordered 4 of the same thing and it took 25 minutes. Not to mention I was the third person there. The quality wasn't anything special as well.

Love Jimmy John's in Marion! It is always very clean and the staff has always been very friendly. Definitly fast!

got a party tray for my daughter's open house. thought i'd try jimmy johns because their trays were $10 cheaper than subway but i should've went with subway. bread on sandwiches was rock hard-not very good-and when i called after the fact they said there was nothing they could do...wasn't expecting money back but surely there was something they could've done to make it right...
