This is a wonderful place!! Where Art meets Culture. Every coffee drink you can think of, and they offer teas, many desserts you cannot get just anywhere, made on premises by a real pastry chef!! Light lunches, sandwiches or soups. The atmosphere is remarkable, always different and original artworks. Starbucks only wishes they could duplicate Francisco. Wireless Internet connection always!

The White chocolate raspberry latte is amazing. The ambience is pretty cool also. I've been three times and the staff were pretty friendly each time. My Mom and I split a muffin once and it was tasty. Will definitely go back!

I saw all the great reviews and stopped in on our trip. I was honestly not as impressed with the paintings on the walls and in the bathrooms, my preteen daughter was a little embarrassed. And the pumpkin bread was moist but there was too much baking powder in it so a funny taste was left in my mouth. I wouldn't return if I lived in the area.

In an area with very few coffee options, Francisco de Borga is an oasis. Lots of cushy chairs for sitting with a friend or a book and tons of flavored coffee options. I like my coffee black with a touch of cream, because unlike some I like to taste my coffee. When I see a menu full of cute names for coffees full of syrup and sugar I grow a little apprehensive. My coffee was served with no fanfare but the ambiance was great for relaxing on a Sunday afternoon.

We find a coffee shop everywhere we travel to, including Linton, IN. My sister lives there, so we try the local coffee shop. I ordered 3 pumpkin pie frapps, which came off without a hitch, and were very tasty but I asked her if she could handle an iced marble macciato. She answers "of course". I show her a picture of the one i order at starbucks a thousand times....and she says "no problem".......problem. she puts this sludge of white chocolate on the bottom, doesn't mix with the milk....fills it up with milk, shots, in the proper order...but then puts regular chocolate (sludge) over the top. what i get was a drink with sludge on top and on the bottom that wasn't CLOSE to a marble macc. If you can't make it, tell me you can't make it...and i will order something you CAN make.....so i don't waste my time or money. i spent $25 of my hard earned money for 4 coffees....i expect to get what i want for that kind of money.

I came back from my Yelp hiatus for this place, they deserve it too. Being from Chicago I admit to being a bit of a prima donna when it comes to coffee shops. I am all spoiled with my free wifi, espresso and 52 options for flavors, milks, toppings. This place is everything I hoped it would be. Great coffee, great service, great pastries, free wifi and good music too. Lots of seating and great couch area to chill out on too. The owner is rally nice and is from a small town in Illinois not too far fro me :)

This place is Great! Touch of Class in a small town. All the Coffee Drinks and teas are great and the deserts are hard to pass up. Great place to sit, relax, visit and catch up on your computer. Owner very active in making Linton look good.

I stopped in for lunch based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed! Chicken salad sandwich was tasty. The white chocolate-raspberry mocha was also good, though a little strong. Staff was courteous if not entirely knowledgeable about their bulk coffee for sale. I will be stopping again!

Really the only choice for delicious coffee in Linton. If you're a coffee fiend like me, it's a must. Right downtown on the corner next to the bank, so you can miss. Outdoor seating available as well.
