We came here at 1am after 6hrs of skiing. Their kitchen was closed but the waiter Mr D was really helpful, polite and nice. He made sure we got food and drinks. One of the best customer service ever, good food and we had a great time. Music was great, classic rock music. Highly recommended this place.

Restaurant is like a Texas Roadhouse kind of a place. French onion soup was not very good but the side veggies served in a delightful little pastry cup. Adorable! Baked potato is right on and they pour a pretty nice glass of Chardonnay. Steamed veggies definitely frozen. The place also sings very loud for your special occasion but Jeff is not willing to participate, he's had a rough week . Jeffs cod is soggy. So everything sucks except the Chardonnay and baked potato. Of course the company (jeff) is yummy

I will not eat here again or recommend. We ordered chicken strips, steak and a couple chicken wraps. It took over 40 minutes for the food to be served. The chicken strips were fried in old grease, dry and old. The steak which cost $20 was overlooked and dry. The sweet potato fries were shriveled up. When we brought it to the waitresses attention she was very harsh and got an attitude. She said they had changed the batter on the chicken strips and thought there was nothing wrong with them. She told the manager. The manager did not come to the table. They took a whopping 10% off the bill. But not without the waitress giving us additional attitude. I would Never spend my money here again. Bad food and attitude toward the customer because you bring to their attention it is old and bad! Wow!!!!

Walked in on a Sunday evening about 6pm and the place was less than half full. Typical grill menu... Wings, burgers, wraps, kids meals, etc. Service was fair at most. The 19ish-year-old waitress could use a little refresher on manners and was slow to take our food order. The $7.99 potato skins appetizer was a joke. It's like they took any other restaurants potato skins and cut them into skinny wedges. You get 8 wedges (think the size of a pickle spear) for $8! The Vodka cranberry cocktail I ordered was basically like drinking watered down cranberry juice at $5, it was so not worth it! I ordered a "build your own burger" cooked medium with cheese and a fried egg. I asked for egg to be cooked over easy instead of fried. I got a well done burger with a well done fried egg. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the prices are decent (except for those potato skins!!!) we fed a family of 5 (including two adult beverages) for about $50. Will most likely not eat here again.

For our first time visiting since the restaurant changed hands, this was a great experience. The service was nice and attentive. They offer some great deals, $.99 margaritas during the week and for $11.99 you get 8 wings and 2 sides. I ordered the chicken pomodora and my husband had the wing meal. It's certainly a step up from what it was and we enjoyed our time there.

The food was awesome and the service was the best I've had in a very long time! Our waiter Scott was awesome! I don't many people who would keep their cool with a party of 23 including 8 under 4!

Great place with great service. We were a party of 9 coming in after a day on the slopes. Everyone's food was fantastic. I had the baby-back ribs with bow tie mac and cheese and the fried corn on the cob. The Kentucky Bourbon BBQ sauce was incredible. The potato twist and fried mushrooms were both good too! The service was fast and friendly.

Last Friday night my husband and I both ordered their ribeye steak, medium rare. Their ribeyes are so thin, there is no way they could ever control the cook temperature. No joke, they were about 1/4 inch thick and, of course, grey throughout. Tough as leather with tough nasty fat. I don't think I've ever had a worse steak. And all for $17.99 each. Total rip off. I'd rather pay $25 and get a real steak. My usual go-to here is hot wings. They aren't the best by far, but edible. The service varies depending upon who you get. Too bad L'burg doesn't have many decent restaurants.

Now I believe I know what waterboarding may be like. I have been to this place about a dozen times and never had a bad experience until this afternoon. Where do I start? I sit at the bar every time. I order a Diet Coke with my meal. The server at the bar was a new face to me. So I look over to my left and there is a dirty wash towel on the bar. Not a good thing since wet towels are great breeding grounds for bacteria. The server did not remove it until I asked her to. The server seemed to disappear in the back multiple times only to return and give her full undivided attention to the couple sitting on the other side of the bar. I eventually asked her if she was intentionally ignoring me. She said no and she didn't realize that I had already looked over the menu. I ordered a ribeye steak, a baked potato with a lot a lot a lot of sour cream, and a side salad with blue cheese dressing. The salad arrived and it clearly tasted like Ranch dressing with crumbles of blue cheese in it. I cannot stand the taste or Ranch dressing. My steak arrived and was not cooked to medium but was barely past rare. Very undercooked and or course one small cup of sour cream. I thought I was pretty clear about the sour cream. The steak was such poor quality that they really should consider a new supplier. Half of the steak was so fatty it was not edible. I tried. I promise you I tried but was not able to choke down the fat. I mentioned that the steak was pitiful to the server and she said I will get my manager to make things right. I said please don't that is what Yelp.com is for. I am not trying to sink a restaurant here, they are doing that well already by trying to push such a low quality steak for $17.99. The manager must really dislike me because she offered to bring me another steak. What? More of the same? She offered to deduct the steak from my bill. I declined the offer. I just wanted the experience to end and get out of there as if I did in fact just experience waterboarding. The burgers they serve was very good. I have had a few of them. How can they make such a good burger and completely screw up a steak so badly? I may return there one day if they are still in business after the 90 day time out I am giving them. P.S. I still tipped the server $6.00 I didn't want her or the manager to think I am a complete jerk even though I was treated like one.

Great food but the waitress was slow and didn't see if we needed any more drinks. We only had 1 drink through dinner. And they were out of Sam Adams beer. :(. What was once a great place to go is starting to suck. It's the beginning of the end for them. Too bad, we really liked it.
