I'd never heard of Culver's before walking in here with my family the other day, although they are apparently a large chain. They have a variety of sandwiches and chicken items. I had the buffalo chicken tenders and fries with a ranch dip and it was good. The restaurant looked very clean and sparkly, white as all hell. Apparently they are really known for their ice cream, so I had to get a Concrete Mixer, their version of a Blizzard. I got bananas and strawberries. I don't know that it was better than a blizzard, as I'd been told, but it was definitely very good. I'd be back!

I miss Culvers like anything. They dish out the best fast food burgers. Living in the Midwest, to be able to drive up to a culvers, sit down and enjoy a beautiful butter burger with fresh quality cheese is one of the many blessings of life. I don't have enough words to praise the quality, consistency and flavor of the burgers that culvers puts out, and the concrete mixes as well as the sides are great too. However, the cheese curds are definitely a disappointment, with more breading on them than cheese itself. The concrete mixes taste less dairy than the frozen custard you get in Wisconsin, but I can hardly compare or complain owing to the fact that afterall, Culver's is a franchise. The location is accessible and the restaurant is overall clean. I have never had a bad experience at this Culver's and highly recommend it.

Stopped in for lunch, on a road trip home. The food was great. Today's flavour of the day was "maple-pecan" and I loved it. We both got burgers; they were a little greasy but good. They threw some onions on the grill for me (I had grilled onion and mushroom on a single cheeseburger). I really think the single is filling enough, I wouldn't suggest a double unless you are starving. We also shared some root beer which was great. The service was adequate. I really like that the menu lists the calorie count. Be aware that these meals are VERY high in calories.... I splurged and got ice cream because I didn't eat breakfast this morning. Don't go to overboard! It seems to get VERY busy around lunchtime. We came in at 11:30 and by noon all the tables had people seated at them and it was a little noisy. Also, It is very clean- the wipe the tables down thoroughly when guests leave, despite how busy it is.

Had a bad experience today. My son's order was messed up. He ordered a hamburger without mayonnaise but they packed it on. I discovered that there was a hair in my french fries. I informed the manager that this can be a learning opportunity for the workers in the back. My Sunday get a new hamburger and I got an order of french fries.

I really like this place. A big menu of burgers, chicken and ice cream. Everything is well priced and tastes fresh (okay it all fried, but done right when you order). The concrete mixers (sort of like dairy queen blizzrds) are delish and taste very rich since they are made with their custard. It is a family joint so it is generally packed! The servers are friendly and they keep the place clean, so that is really all you can ask for!

Our road trip buddies suggested Culver's as a Midwest treat, and we stopped here for lunch. After staring at the menu for a while, I got a grilled chicken sandwich ( yelp.com/biz_photos/s0-x… ) and my wife got some chicken tenders and fries. They have a pretty good selection of burgers, chicken, and more. They bring the order to your table, and I also ordered a frozen custard, to be brought later - although I'm not really sure how they know when "Later" is, but when it was time, I flagged someone down and the staff brought out a chocolate chip cheesecake frozen custard for me. Pretty tasty. Staff here seemed very friendly, especially to the regulars - at lunch, it seemed that quite a few local seniors would stop in.

Ok - so I went to Culvers with one of my Employees for lunch and after we ate - I decided to get my already purchased Cheesecake Concrete mixer. As I waited for my Mixer, I observed the female preparing it take the Ice Cream Scooper out of the water it was sitting in and wiped it off (to dry) on her apron. Immediately thought - gross! where is a supervisor, Oh My!!!!! Right in front of her doing it. So I tried to get the attention of another employee to let her know that I need to speak with the Supervisor, only for the supervisor to finally come over and ask what's the problem? I explained to her what I observed, she asked said female is it true and she said no. So I said I watched you do it and said "she did it right in front of you" to the manager! The manager touched the apron on the right, I said she wiped it on the left - so she touched the left and just looked at the employee.... Ok - it gets juicer. The Manager then says, I'll just make you a new one with an attitude! Like I wiped it off. So as she was making the new Concrete... The female employee mentioned heard another employee ask her, what's wrong.... This GIRL had the nerve to say. "She didn't want me to make it cause she didn't want the germs off of my apron". Wow... I said, well no, I don't want the germs off of your apron! Who would? That's gross. So advice about Culvers fans Stay clear, no telling what other kind of GERMS you can get from girls that work there, or managers that ok their neglectful and disrespectful attitudes, behaviors and procedure.

On the rare occasion that I'm up for a burger and fries or other classic american food this is the place to go. Yummy food and good prices. Best root beer around IMO. Sometimes service can be a little slow but it's worth the wait.

15 minutes to wait for fresh brewed iced tea. Pathetic! Food is fine as always the staff is clueless on a Sunday.
