They have a good selection of ice cream, mix ins and other goodies. The staff normally is friendly and competent. The only negative would be they are a bit expensive. But that is to be expected at this type of ice cream shop.

First time place was dirty. Ice cream okay. Like it was not to sweet and fresh fruit. Price is outrageous.

I ordered a cake from this location. It was my first ordering a cake from any Coldstone Creamery and my first time visiting this particular location. Ordering the cake was a fun process. The customer can choose the flavor of the cake layers and the ice cream layers, as well as the type of frosting, shell, and candy accessories etc that are added to the cake. Customer service was great! The cake was delicious, and surprisingly beautiful. The price was a few dollars more than I expected, but ultimately worth it. Overall, I was very pleased.

Ok, in a pinch. We landed here after finding that they are open later, on a FRIDAY night. (Traveling & from Central Time Zone) I was surprised to learn that I only had a few added options to the mix. I reluctantly chose one, only to see all of the choices on the front of the counter, below eye level. AND, the server failed to indicate that there other options, like nuts, chocolate chips, M&M's, etc. SO I consumed the "very average" ice cream with a stale brownie in it. PLEASE don't miss the options !!!

With an overwhelming assortment of mix-ins, it's easy to let your eyes get bigger than your stomach. But my advice is to order sensibly or skip it altogether. I try to avoid going to Cold Stone Creamery because their ice cream is sickeningly sweet. However, if my friends do drag me there, I usually get a kiddie sized dish. Any more than that and I will have an upset stomach. Try: Mint ice cream with Oreos in a kiddie cup
