My wife and I come to this Starbucks (our preferred) at least once a week. They are friendly, fast, and a little wacky. Very much up our alley. I've seen people point out Jonah's name before and they are dead on. He's great. He calls us out by name every time without missing a beat. Add on top of that, my wife has an often mispronounced name and he's made a specific effort to get it right. Favorite Starbucks in Indy!

I like this branch. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. And the people that visits are usuallu students or workers from near by companies. The only drawback about this place, it's really small. Even though when the weather is nice they do provide outdoor seating with tables and meat seats.

I am surprised by the high ratings, I have come in a few times and have never had a good experience? But maybe I am just unlucky and havent come by at the right time? I am a coffee lover, and I dont mind starbucks in general, but this specific location has just never gotten my order right. I only complained once when it was late and they werent busy, and the guy I complained to said it was fine and if I wanted them to do it over "just because I didnt like it" I was going to have to buy another and I SWEAR I wasnt being rude or anything I just said it was the wrong drink!! I quit going after that, because it sort of put me off :( So I dont know... I guess I missed out, reading the other reviews!

Definitely one of the better locations in downtown Indy. Great service, excellent baristas, and awesome coffee. Also, there is always parking! Sometimes it gets a little crowded (especially during school secessions) - might have to fight for a spot at times.

All Starbucks are not created equal! Jonah and his staff go above and beyond to make dropping $5 on coffee as amazing as it can possibly be. After a few visits, they will learn your name and probably your order. Tables are less full when IUPUI is not in session -- but this is a good location to sit and chill -- with some outdoor tables as well.

This is not my normal Starbucks, but it could be. The staff here is pretty awesome. I felt like a regular even though I do not go to this location often. I'm walking distance from Mass Ave 'Bucks and will visit the drive though with kids in tow. The staff here made my visit special. I don't know if it was my Starbuck Gold Card or my reputation as a well know Yelp elite is getting around. Either way, keep it up.

Location! Great location next to IUPUI Campus. Good baristas, excellent service. The only thing missing in cold winters is a fireplace.. Otherwise this store has everything. There is grocery store and other eating places in the same strip mall, so perfect one stop for most students

Probably my favorite Starbucks in Indy. Consistently happy and attentive baristas, plenty of room, and the energy of the IUPUI, Attucks, and Indy Met customers who frequent this location!
