Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Fantastic pricing for fast Chinese food. Service is always friendly. The girl at the counter is always smiling and cheerful. If she seems like she's rushing you, it's because she's the only person in the whole restaurant taking orders and serving customers. My husband and I come here on his lunch break all the time, and we have never had a bad experience. I don't think I'd call it the best Chinese in Indy, but it's certainly worth the price. Lunch specials especially.

It's a Sunday night, and we were late getting back to our hotel after breaking down our booths at the state fair. They close at10:00pm. At 9:58 Sunny, the owner, turned everything back on for us and cooked us meals. It is, by far, the absolute sweetest thing a restaurant has done for us on the road. Sunny actually cooks the food, here, as well! I'm excited to get back to my room and eat. Thanks so much Sunny, we'll be back next year!!

I really wanted to like this place (the girl who took my order over the phone and the deliveryman were both so friendly!), but it is a miss for me. I haven't been able to find a good Chinese restaurant in Indy, and this is another meh one for me. The eggrolls are alright and the rice is too. I had Szechuan chicken and Orange chicken. the Szechuan was pretty good, but the orange chicken wasn't. The flavor isn't the problem, but the meat is. The chicken was just odd and kind of grossed me out, but I'm really weird with meat. Overall, if you are used to other Chinese food in Indy it is better or on par with that, but I'll pass.

They went the extra mile and served me and my group after hours. Sunny is the owner and really helped out our night. Love the food love the service.

I don't know what is going on here but this place has dropped in quality BIG TIME. The bonus is delivery over $10 is free, but the last 2 times we have ordered the General Tso has not been fresh- they confuse the portion sizes for dinner and combo, its not as spicy as we have always asked for and until recently- recieved. The best way to get Crab rangoon is to pre-order everything and then order the Rangoon when I get there to pick it up. Filling is minimal and mostly cream cheese. Moving on to other options- will keep you posted!

Believe it or not, very good take out Chinese! Dumplings are delicious. Try the fried rice and the cashew chicken.

This review is only for our last visit. We used to try this place years ago because it's in the neighborhood. It's just a typical strip mall place that's mostly frequented for take out. We stopped going there because the food was so oily and lacking in flavor. We also found a place we liked much better. We decided to try it again a couple of weeks ago. We were pleasantly surprised. I thought I'd share this one great time in light of all the negative reviews. Now granted most strip mall joints have the same recipes, but whoever has control of the Wok makes or breaks the dish. Someone was working that night that had some sense of health. The chicken fried rice that used to be very oily was excellent. They've added the thick little dumplings and spicy chili wontons which were also excellent. Not even as oily as Szechwan Garden. Also good was wonton soup, Family tofu w/ mixed meat which has 2 crab rangoon, and super spicy dry noodles. We'll definitely try again and see who's on the wok!

Not good. They charged extra for fried rice then didn't bring it. The soup was bland. Sweet & sour pork was a huge disappointment. Szechwan beef was not bad.

Best chinese food we have had in a long time!! Fresh, cheap, wonderful service. We went once and were hooked, been several times since. Highly recommend! So happy we found this place! General Tsaos chicken is truly amazing. Crispy, not soggy like other places, lo mein noodles are so good. Large portions for lunch

I love this place. I get takeout almost once a week since it's right across from work. And they're open til 10pm! Beef and broccoli is great

Nothing special. Food marked as spicy is not, even when I ask for extra spicy, with the exception of the hot and sour soup. For the most part, the food is average or below. Still looking for good Chinese in north Indy.

Very average. Ordered general tso's chicken and flavor was ok. Would not consider it spicy at all. Decent amount of food for the price, but would rather have paid a few dollars more for more and better food. Overall nothing special.

Not amazing but they filled my craving without breaking the bank and were friendly!

Just ate here for my second time. The fried rice is my favorite in the city. The pork is really good. The chicken actually tastes like chicken (not rubbery like most!) and the lo mein is some of the best I've had.

Unfortunately, this place has gone slightly downhill. I don't know if there's new management or if they just let a bunch of people go or what. My roommate and I ordered it last night and it took over an hour and a half to arrive. That was after being quoted 45 to 50 minutes for the delivery. We called once to check on it and we were told that the driver was "on his way". He showed up 20 minutes after that. The food wasn't quite as satisfying as it once was. It's been like this the past few times we've ordered. We decided last night that we may have to find a new place :(
