Literally, my co-workers and I stay at the Hyatt for the conventions we attend so we can hang at Level One. The food is great, service the best and the crew makes us laugh!

Nice little bar with a friendly and helpful staff. Decent snacks, and everything you need. Did hope to see a few more wine & beer options.

I chose Level One Bar as my birthday spot and it was an excellent decision. The bar is spacious and perfect for great conversation. There are several sofas that are comfy. The staff were great and at one point there were about 20 people and the server never broke into a sweat. Shout out to Erin the server. If you want a place that is a modern, "chill" spot Level One Bar is the place. Oh and the drinks are great too!!

This is the lobby bar at the Hyatt in downtown Indy so it is more up-scale and a bit pricey with no drink or food specials while we were there.

Decent bar on the ground floor of the Hyatt. Drinks are good, food is good and better then I would have expected. Only downside was I went out the lobby door and was standing quite a ways away from the door. I lit up a cigarette and the a-hole security dude came out yelling at me like I was a child. I moved farther away and was practically standing in the street and he kept yelling. I ended up walking away from the bar at this point simply pissed off. respect must be earned and not demanded because you have a shitty job as a hotel night security guard

I love this bar. Jessie, Patrick, and Rennis took excellent care of me. I had such a great time last night that I'm back again tonight. I will not stay at any other hotel in this city and it is due solely to these fantastic folks. A++.

don't get your hopes up, this is a hotel bar - nothing better, nothing worse. drinks are what they are. "thursday happy hour" meant a dollar off my ten dollar app, probably a similar discount on my $7 drink... the food - actually, let me take back my last comment, is kinda worse. "beef flatbread with tenderloin tips" = the equivalent of "steak" at a subway restaurant, in a squarish flour tortilla with a sprinkle of red onion, a cheese not worth remembering, and a flavorless pico. lame. the crowd last night was nice to look at though ;) but that's just cause the right conference is in town...

EDIT: I went back a month later with the same number of people, and it was much improved (from 1 star to 3). The service was fast - did they read my original review?? - and the food was fine. It looked like the flatbread pizzas are really good, but I didn't order one of those. The turkey panini was fine, but unremarkable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is a new restaurant on the ground floor of the Hyatt, and it was awful! The lunch food was very standard sandwiches and burgers, and a "made-to-order" pasta bar that only has three options for sauces. The worst part was the service speed. I was there for lunch with a group of six people, and the restaurant was about 1/3 full. Two different waiters came out and walked us through the menu - using identical "scripts" to describe the pasta bar - and both people wanted to take drink orders too. Clearly, they weren't well-organized. After ordering, it took more than 30 minutes to get our food! The burgers that were supposed to be cooked medium came out extra-well done, and dry. Not a good experience at all, even though they took 20% off the bill.
