Don't drive past this place without stopping in at east once in your life for pizza and wings. Forget about your diet for a night and live. ALWAYS freakin' good. It's a true neighborhood haunt, but super friendly and reasonably priced. The owners are great and usually one of them is on site working HARD and talking smack with the regulars. Also perfect for watching a game if you don't have cable or need a break from your roomy or partner. Songs like "I love this bar" were written about places like KSR. At least poke your head in sometime and have a quick drink to see what a REAL bar is like before they all get swallowed up by Chili's and Apple Bees. Keystone Sports Review. A true Indiana institution!!!

Keystone Sports Review has the best pizza and wings in town. You can't go wrong with this place. Local, friendly place to go have a drink and watch the game

Indy's. Best. Wings. I really don't need to write anymore in this review. I just said it all. Ok, you want more. I can tell. You twisted my arm. So I love all the sauce flavors I've tried on the wings... BBQ, Asian Chili, Honey BBQ, Teriyaki. My favorite is the teriyaki. Why are the wings so, sooooo good here? Plump, juicy wings smothered in sauce. No skimp here. KSR reminds me of restaurants in my hometown. Good, down to earth people work here and eat here. It's a very popular Colts bar. Lots of 'regulars'. The menu has every fried thing imaginable. Speaking of fried things... the carrot fries are off the hizzy. Order them. Need a to go order? They do that. There, you have no excuses to not eat some wings on your favorite sportzball day. Tip: Ask for two wet naps. You're going to need them.

First timer. I will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again. The Cajun Dry Rub with the Blue Cheese are the best. I'm regretting living around the corner for five years and never trying the wings!

Best Wings in Indy by far. I've had them all and these are by far the best. Meaty and they understand extra crispy. Draft beer is a little shaky.

I've tried KSR a few times now and I've found it to be very hit or miss. The wings are definitely delicious if you get a sauce, but the Cajun dry rub is not my favorite. I loved their Greek pizza, but the taco pizza lacked flavor and I was missing the sour cream. I couldn't even ask a server for it because I had it delivered through Order Up. I guess that's what I deserve for not just picking it up myself. I had also ordered two small Greek salads, but only received one. I promptly called the restaurant to report the mistake, and was told the delivery driver would be back with my other salad, but over an hour later, I'm still waiting. I'm not sure where the blame lies, so feel free to take this review with a grain of salt. I just know that this most recent experience was not up to par with what I would have expected from a local favorite.

My husband & I stopped in to try the wings we've heard so much about! We had a wonderful experience & the food was great-Cajun dry rub & hot honey- a nice cold Sun King cream ale & amazing service to top off our first time which will most definitely not be our last!!

I would give this place 3.5 stars. The first time I went I had an INCREDIBLE burger, and it was so cheap! Their menu is cheap overall and they make this really amazing garlic blue cheese dip. You will smell for days (yes this is a good thing). I went there a second time and ordered the same burger and it was very mediocre and didn't even compare to the first one. I was a bit sad but I will definitely give them another shot. 3.5 stars for very slow service (mostly cause they're usually busy) and I wish my food was cooked similarly every time I go back.

If you're looking for a polished local establishment that will fit into your narrow view of what Broad Ripple should be, this isn't your place. If you're looking for truly good food, friendly service, and local beer on tap, Keystone Sports Review is definitely for you. I am huge fan of wings and I judge them on a few different merits. Quality of the chicken, crispiness of the wing, constancy and taste of the sauce. The chicken is quite good, with more meat than your standard drum/winglet. It also isn't too greasy. The wings aren't the crispiest but they have a snap to them. The sauce is definitely the best part, with a complex body and a consistency that doesn't make your hands look like you murdered something neon orange. I highly recommend the garlic sauces as your wings will literally be covered in minced garlic. In the category of random fried vegetables, they also do a very good job. Also recommended.

Ordered a pizza and an appetizer of mozzarella sticks. Larry must have read previous pissed off reviews and finally bought an extra fryer JUST for he mozz sticks. The appetizer came out well in advance of my pepperoni, ham and banana peppers pie. Food was great. Hot Mary was capably wetting my beak with Goose Island IPA. The only gripe: they didn't have Pacifico for my lil buddy. But quick as a whistle, a Corona was expertly substituted in place of the Pacifico. If you got beef, eat a pork chop! KSR is as good as advertised Yelp haters.

This is the best kind of bar. Good drink prices, friendly familiar staff faces, great wings n pizzas, carry out, and close to my home!!! Like I've said in other reviews, low overhead is what impresses me. The don't have fancy decor, the don't get new menus, and the bathroom is as basic as it comes. I have seen Butler students to retirees enjoying themselves in here. No fuss, no muss about food n beer has a cross cultural appeal! Definately gets wings and/or pizza! Husband loves the Cajun dry rub n I love the hot wings. Oh, and do yourself a favor, absolutely get the homemade blue cheese dressing. I did have some that had too much garlic in it once, but only once! Come here, you will leave a happier person:)

Another let down from my fellow Yelpers. Granted, this review is primarily about the wings but so many reviews said they were the "best wings in Indy". Uhhhhh...no. They're ok, I mean...they weren't horrible. Their blue cheese dressing is pretty awesome. But the wings??? Just ok. I kept wishing the wings were on par with the level of awesomeness of the blue cheese dressing. But alas, dipping these mediocre wings into the awesome blue cheese dressing just highlighted how mediocre the wings really were. The establishment itself is your typical neighborhood watering hole. Complete with drunken regulars at the bar holding conversations in slurred, barely coherent English. Nothing fancy, high tech, or fashionable about this place. But that's definitely part of the appeal. It's comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. I might come back for a drink or two. Or maybe to order a side of that blue cheese dressing...minus the wings.

Love their honey hot wings, and the homemade ranch is delicious! Also love their taco pizza! Love that they always have multiple local beers on draft as well.

5 stars. 1- local beer. Enough said. (Duly note, not a huge selection of local beer, but the local beer they do have is good!) 2- loaded waffle fries. Woah. 3- Cajun dry rub wings, honey BBQ wings, buffalo wings.... 4- homemade blue cheese (I don't even LIKE blue cheese, this stuff is awesome!) 5- each tv is angled correctly- you can see a tv no matter where you sit. First impression- outside looks cheap and commercial. Inside looks...uhm....don't look at the ceiling. But after a couple of beers, it's all good. Try this place!

If your looking a great place to catch the game and eat some wings, I got the perfect place for you. Indy's best wings can is at Keystone sports reviews. Located at 56th and keystone, this place is the spot to hang and watch the game while dining on some fun pub food. This place has everything: waffle fries, hot wings, their own house made blue cheese dip, a friendly waitstaff, and tvs at every corner. Come visit keystone sports review, you'll have a fun time.

I have been here a handful of times and never once had a bad meal. I have to admit, I was highly skeptical the first time I went to KSR. But once inside, the server greeted my group and told us to sit anywhere. We ordered a pitcher of beer that was brought right out. The rumors are true - they have the BEST chicken wings and blue cheese dressing. I even asked for an extra cup to take home. Not only did they provide an extra cup, but they gave me extra carrots and celery to take home and enjoy. I know that's not a big thing - but what other place does that without you having to ask? The pizza and burgers are also top-notch. I've also been known to order my meal, then order tomorrow's meal as well. Even as leftovers, the food is phenominal.

Yelp, you've let me down. How Keystone Sports Review has an average score of 4 stars I will never know. Someone said that KSR has the best wings in town so I decided to try them. This place is kind of a dump. I can appreciate the whole Cheers thing where everyone knows each other though...that is really cool. I ordered hot wings, and I had to try their fried carrot sticks. The fried carrots were OK (wouldn't recommend them) and so were the wings. In my opinion, there is NO WAY that these are the best wings in town. They aren't even the best wings in the Broad Ripple/northeast area. Ale Emporium and Fox & Hound destroy KSR's wings. My server was very friendly and she did an amazing job so props to her. I have no desire to come back though because of the food and the environment.

If you want repulsive conversation (even by dive bar standards) and only slightly better food (even by food court standards), this is the place for you.

Having read other reviews, this will sound like a broken record- the less-than-appealing outer shell of this restaurant has no bearing on the quality of the food inside! The chicken wings (I had the Mild and Hot Garlic sauces) were awesome. They were just as meaty and delicious as everyone else said. I also had a basket of the loaded waffle fries... YUM! Real, melted cheese and all the fixins... I had plenty to take home with me. My friend and I also got to enjoy the basketball game (NCAA Tourney). For a small joint, we could easily see the televisions. They also played the audio, which was nice. They could have had a larger beer menu, but that's small potatoes to how awesome the food was... Check it out!

Wings wings wings! The wings at KSR are fabulous. If you're looking for a dive bar with excellent wings, this is your spot. We opt for the hot wings with house made blue cheese. They never disappoint. The pizza is also pretty darn good, and I recently heard their bacon cheeseburger is delicious, so it's on my list to try next time. They've generally got a few local beers on tap in addition to the standard miller/bud line up. The bathrooms are a little gross, but it's not a fancy spot. It's our go-to wing spot in Indy.

This place is the shit! Pizza and wings to die for!! There are so many good wing flavors from jerk, dry rub, hot garlic, you name it, it is amazing!! But honestly every thing on the menu is great. They have daily specials that will fill you up for the entire week! Lol the bar is always filled with great fun! Always! Keep in mind this is a 21 and over bar so you will definitely hear 21 and over language! Ps Larry is super hot!

5 stars for wings. Whenever you feel like wings, come here for carryout. This is the best place for wings in Indy. KSR is mild mannered Clark Kent , but they have this secret amazing super power waiting in the wings. *rim shot* I support the other reviewers who claimed the cajun dry rub is the best. I have tried all the flavors and it is also by far my favorite. You would never guess by the look of the place, but it's a hidden gem right on Keystone avenue. Oh, and they deliver as well. Beyond the wings, it's a normal bar with a handful of regulars, a normal beer selection and polite and friendly service. Carryout or delivery suggested. Come here, eat the wings. That is all.

Karla W.
Seriously the wings are amazing. I've always wanted to get something else but I always get there, see someone else eating them and realize my calling. So this review is ONLY for the wings, definitely not for the roller hand towel in the bathroom that is ancient and crusty and smelly or for the dinginess in general, which I can handle for the wings. Did I mention the wings? I always get the spicy garlic, which probably have 40 bulbs of garlic chopped into them. Go there.

Not trying to be snobby, or sound like an ass, but this place was horrible. Yelp you usually do me so good! What was wrong...waitress seemed piss off to serve us-seated us while the table was still dirty, and we eventually wiped it down ourselves using napkins. After waiting forever even to be greeted at the table, we placed an order for wings and nachos. Nachos came out fairly quick- okay cool no problem. They weren't half bad either. But then the 75 minute wait for wings came. I get it, it was a Thursday night football game. I get it, you're pretty busy. But you don't let the food sit in the window, READY, for 20 minutes. And you don't walk right passed it, make eye contact with it, then go about your side work. Or go get other tables waters when they're finishing up. Come on lady. The wings were LUKE warm at best. Was not happy. Maybe it's because I'm younger, but guess what? I usually tip more than 20% because shit, I've got no commitments and a pretty well paying job. I felt uncomfortable leaving no tip, but shit, that's what I did. They can respond to this or not, I won't be coming back in. I would suggest though they get better signage. This is 2014- we don't need to know all that info- we have smartphones. You don't even need it to say Keystone Sports Review....just put KSR in big letters on each side. Doesn't even have to be lights. 1/5....much rather get Casslers, Chatam Tap, Ale Emporium, BW3, Chumleys, Fat Dans, OPT, BRT, or numerous other dive bars that have better service and won't service mediocre food.

When you're craving portillos but remeber you're in the heart of Indianapolis, fat dan's is a must. As a kid from the chicago burbs who is in indy for school I was giddy from the moment i stepped in. The only downside to this joint is the owners are cubs fans. Definitely my place to be come blackhawks playoff time.

Such a fan of this place. My boyfriend and I have started to frequent this little joint for its fantastic wings and great appetizers. There always seems to be a bucket special on beer, and the food itself is a pretty good value. My brother (who lives in Chicago) couldn't believe how affordable everything was. 20 wings for like $10, what? I have tried many of the wings flavors: mild, hot, honey hot, garlic hot, cajun dry rub, hot BBQ. I was really looking forward to trying to the cajun dry rub, and the overall flavor was so good, but they were like a salt lick! I am hoping it was just an unlucky shake of the seasonings, and will be trying them again. Other than that, my favorites are the honey hot and the garlic hot. Both are great in their own ways. But be prepared for A LOT of garlic with the garlic hot. Both the ranch and blue cheese are great, and both are made in-house. Their waffle frieds are delicious and we always get a side order of them. When here with my brother last though, we decided to try the breaded pork tenderloin strips. Kind of like chicken fingers, but with pork tenderloin. They were great, and the BBQ dipping sauce was good as well. Service is often overwhelmed, but very friendly, and willing to chat with you about the menu. A couple of my friends have tried the pizza and loved it. I also love that there are enough TV's in the place in order to easily watch a game, but you are not overwhelmed with them. Love, love, love this place!

Keystone Sports Review seems like a place that you don't want to tell anyone about after you've found it, because of that menu item that's the best in the city. So it seems a little counter-intuitive, then, to be writing a Yelp review of the place. I'm just going to confirm what everyone else is saying - these are the best chicken wings you'll find in all of Indianapolis, and they're unbelievably cheap considering the quality. Anything else I say is going to be redundant, therefore: stop reading this review, go down to Keystone Sports Review, and get some dang wings!

LOVE the wings and Pizza! But quality food doesn't replace good customer service...period! Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere! I ordered delivery for a party I hosted and ordered two large pizzas, and three orders of wings. They said they would be here in 45 minutes. After an hour I called and they said they were on their way. After another 20 minutes I called again and they said they were running just a tad bit late but would be there soon. They finally showed up around an hour and a half after I ordered, but, completely forgot to bring the wings. I had to call once again and they apologized and then dispatched a driver to bring the wings. By this point it had been 2 hours. I then called, once again, and complained. They said they would offer me a credit of two large pizzas on my next order. I asked if I needed a coupon or anything for this and they said "no, it is in our system". The next time I ordered pizza I told them I had this credit in their system but it had been about two months since I had ordered from them. They said they had no recollection of the transaction and they would only offer me a $4 discount on the order. How crappy is that?!!!

No doubt this place is a dive. Meets all criteria. But golly, they make a great Long Island ( one of my standards for quality) and awesome wings. Make sure you try the Blue Cheese dressing. Staff is consistently friendly and attentive without suffocating you. My pic is garlic hot wings. Mmmmm....

Price is good for sure. This is actually even cheaper than mousetrap or other locals. May not have the flash of the trap but the drinks are strong and the food (while probably not healthy) is delicious. Deep fried carrots? They are actually pretty good with a little crunch as well. They sell themselves on their wings and I have to say they are pretty solid - dry rubs seem to be their specialty. I got the spicy garlic to see how they compared to bww and the flavor was pretty good but I do like the thickness of the sauce at bww. However I think the wings at KSR taste fresher - they use some good stuff :) Overall not a bad pit stop for a drink and some wings with a few little curiosities to add interest for cheap. Good service and nice people.

Went there to watch some college football. Plenty of TVs for a place of it's size and the staff was as accommodating as possible to keep a TV on a game we wanted to watch that wasn't Notre Dame, Wisconsin, or Indiana. We had the Hot Garlic and Caribbean Jerk wings. Both very good but the Hot Garlic was the best. The homemade blue cheese sauce is awesome. We also had the Deluxe Pizza which was really good as well.

amazing. don't let the exterior throw you off. just ate there for the first time and plan on returning. service was a little slow, but there was only one server on tonight. the wings were delicious. I've been looking for a good wing place in the area and I no longer have to look. definitely recommend the hot garlic sauce. and get their house made bleu cheese dressing to go with them. tried their steak special tonight too. came with two sides, some garlic bread, and a 6oz steak... for around $7. it was seasoned and cooked perfectly. didn't need salt (and I'm a saltaholic) or steak sauce. I'll definitely be back!

I've been here a dozen times... decent menu, so-so service, good wings. Ordered the blackened chicken cobb salad last week and I get a taco salad. No big deal, I send it back. Waitress tries to push it on me claiming it's really good. Having watched it sit under a heat lamp for ten minutes before it got to the table, I'm not really into it, so I tell her I'll just take the correct salad. She and the kitchen staff then try a taco-to-cobb salad transformation by topping it with bacon and an egg, tossing the chicken in the cajun spice... pathetic. Salad made another appearance under the lamp for five minutes or so, then was re-removed to the kitchen for further tampering. It arrived at the table approximately thirty minutes from the original sighting, ten minutes after the rest of the table was served. When confronted, the waitress stammered some lies about not knowing what happened, did they really do that... disgraceful. No attempt was made to correct the situation, no acknowledgement from management... we're done, KSR.

BEST WINGS IN INDY HANDS DOWN!!! Dont even try to argue, theyre the best. The hot sauce is more like medium but the quality of everything is just so much better than what people are used to ie Buffalo Wild Wings. Their pizza is also very good and one of the owners is almost always there. Super friendly neighborhood place....they won't spend money on upgrading the building because they don't own it so dont be turned off by that. Dont be scared of the look, order wings with blue cheese (best ever) and everything will make sense. Also a great place to watch the Hoosiers, Colts or any game....their TV situation is top notch.

Best wings in town! Five stars just for that because wings are important! They're meaty. They're so flavorful. Gah. Yum. The server was really friendly and helpful. There was some poker going on at a couple tables, so if you're into that- come here for some great food and entertainment.

Matthew E.
Well, now that they are smoke-free, it's only fair to update my previous review. Not only is KSR smoke-free, but I'm pleased to see they've made several upgrades. Nice new primary TV and they have refinished the booths that were previously a little torn up. The food is as good as ever, still very inexpensive. Now one of my favorite hangouts!

Don't let the rundown look of this place fool you, their food is ridiculously good for a hole-in-the-wall bar. I was a little nervous the first time I walked in here, but after several years of enjoying their wings and pizza, among other tasty menu items, I feel right at home. If you only try one thing here, get the Cajun Dry Rub Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing. The wings are meaty, crispy and the Cajun Dry Rub is just the right amount of spice. The blue cheese is homemade and thick with chunky clue cheese with a little crunch of celery. The other flavors of wings are good as well, but the Cajun Dry Rub are the best wings in Indy! The pizzas, especially the deluxe, are so delicious. I'm also a big fan of the Stromboli sandwich and the cheeseburgers. The food and beer prices are just right, and the beer selection is getting better all the time.

Keystone sports review is the best hidden gem in Indy. The garlic chicken wings are unlike any other wings around, great breading and sauce with minced garlic smothered all over it, mints not offered as a side but suggested! The loaded fries are a great side to accompany the wings, loads of salty fries with cheese and ranch in attempt to slow your heart rate. The pizza is one of the better traditional style pizzas around, nice crispy thin crust and loads of toppings. Give it a try, you will enjoy!

This is by far, my favorite place to get chicken wings. Why? The meat on the wing itself is great. The sauces on the wings are excellent. Their homemade blue cheese is so good. Also - They give you a plateful of food (with carrots & celery) for much less $ than you would spend at a place like BW's or Hooters. My go to: Full order of wings. 1/2 Cajun, 1/2 Hot. Blue Cheese & Ranch. Celery and Carrots. The pizza here is also pretty good. Kind of reminds me of Pizza King. Now, don't let my review mislead you. This place is kind of a dump from the outside. Inside, there are sweet posters of sports stuff (ex. 90's Jordan/ Miller, IndyCar)... Not a huge deal. Probably a reason they can keep prices so low.
(5)
Ethan H.
I can now attest to the wings as well. Fantastic! Really, really fantastic. Garlicky, just the right touch of spice, and deliciously creamy and clearly house-made bleu cheese. Really. It's a goldmine of flavor. The fries were a bit on the greasy side, and not in a good way. But with wings like that (and a rightly-celebrated burger), who needs fries anyway?! I really like this place. I just hope it doesn't get too popular -- or at least, not too popular in the wrong way. I mean, it's exactly the kind of place that hipsters and posers would love! They'd revel in ironic celebration of its old-school charm and 'vintage' look. But Keystone Sports Review is too good to appreciate ironically. Always appreciate responsibly.

I knew I was walking into a dive, but I also didn't expect the waitresses yelling in exasperation "f-ck me!!!" I ordered a tequila shot, and the bartender decided to do one with me. My food was basic and nothing special, so I can't comment about the food. The whole place was just nasty as the clientele.

I dream about the cajun dry rub wings with their homemade blue cheese dressing...... That's all you need to know.

Some of the best blue cheese around! Wings and pizza are both great! I love a regular hot wing but I always need some lemon pepper wings. Delish... Possibly dinner tonight :)

Great place to watch a game but the service sucks. I was totally ignored by the waitress when I came in after my friends had ordered. I only had 45 minutes and by the time I had to go she hadn't even brought my beer to me.

KSR has, hands down, the best bar food on the north side of Indy. Yes, of course, the wings are outstanding but so is everything else! Scratch-made salad dressings, hand cut fries and onion rings, daily lunch specials that encompass much more than your typical sandwich 'n fries, unique pizzas. The place doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that deter you!
(4)
Jeff D.
Went here with a friend. After waiting forever waitress asked what we wanted to drink. She takes forever to get his coke and has to go back for my beer. Again she takes forever. Then asks if we want to eat. We say yes we are then informed they only have pizza and wings tonight. We got up and left leaving our untouched drinks and went elsewhere. Will never go back.

I haven't been here in over a year, and then I've only been 3x's on Sunday & always got the same thing. Hot & Bar b que hot wings, waffle fries & beer. It's only been a real crowd once out of the 3 visits. I've also heard they have the best wings in town, I won't say they're the best but they were fine. My wings were cooked well and they were a nice size, I've gotten hot & bar b que hot. If I still ate chicken I would go back and order them along with the basket of loaded waffle fries, it's plenty to share. It's a typical neighborhood hole in the wall place, nothing fancy. I don't have any complaints about my service, they're polite and did what I needed them to do. The thing that stands out most are the carrots, ranch, & blue cheese.

After having a couple of friends give some major kudos to this somewhat divey restaurant and bar on the corner of 56th & Keystone near Glendale, I decided that a long work week deserved a little bit of a reward and so I stopped in for dinner during the early evening hours on a Friday night. Keystone Sports Review opened its doors in 1990 and has become fairly known in the area for its tenderloins, pizza, made-to-order steaks, and old-fashioned neighborhood feeling. The restaurant may have the good fortune, or bad fortune depending upon your viewpoint, of being right across from a proposed Meijer taking a good portion of the strip just south of 56th on Keystone. Regardless, it's in a small free-standing building that looks a lot smaller on the outside than it is on the inside. The parking area is kind of tight. It looked like there was one identified accessible spot, definitely not ADA compliant, along with one curb cut onto their sidewalk, also not ADA compliant but fairly workable. As you go in the door, there's a dining area immediately to your left with a few retro-looking booths and a few tables. It's a tight squeeze for wheelchairs, but there's a couple tables that work fairly easily. Just beyond that is the bar area with the kitchen area to the left. I will admit that as I went in and got to a table that I started to get pretty unimpressed. I sat at a table for several minutes without an acknowledgement of any type. I found myself wondering "Do I have to go to that counter over there?" "Is it like Pizza King where I have to snag down some train to order?" I couldn't figure it out. Eventually, it became apparent that a shift change was going on. The soon to be leaving server came over and took my drink order, the usual unsweetened iced tea, and gave me a menu that consists of their specialties along with a variety of meals and sandwiches. I hadn't had a burger in quite a while, so I opted to try their sirloin burger with American cheese and a side of fries - all sandwiches come with chips, but you can upgrade to fries for $1, waffle fries for $1.50 (I believe), and onion rings for $2.50. My entire meal came in at $9.80 - a definite value. About this time, the first server left and was replaced by someone clearly of fresh spirit and energy. While I was leaning toward a 3-star at this point, between the new server and the solid food the rating started moving upward again. The burger was very good - prepared as ordered (medium well) and definitely was worth the decision to split from my usual dietary regimen for a meal since i hadn't eaten all day. The fries were lightly seasoned - not necessarily that unique, but they were tasty and the order was a nice size. I did get my always desired iced tea refill. To offer a wee bit of a disclaimer, I'll acknowledge that about 2/3 of the way through my meal that I have a cousin who works here. I had no idea, but he works delivery a couple nights a week. So, we sat and chatted for a bit. That was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is definitely a touch divey, but not uncomfortable or dirty. It's a good old-fashioned restaurant and bar that almost made me want to look around for Alice, Flo ("Kiss my grits!"), or Vera. They weren't there. Once service got going, it was much more attentive and I'll still confess a fondness for servers who use those cliche'd terms of affection like "sweetie," "baby," or whatever...Yeah, I was happy. When you get my age, that's about as close as it gets to affection. They have 8 HD Televisions and show sports quite often, that should be obvious, and they also have a digital jukebox. They have pizzas that do come in an individual size and I look forward to trying one in the future. I was able to relax, read a magazine, listen to some music, and just do some fun people watching. It was a fun time, a good meal, a very good price, and I'll definitely be back in the near future. While I'd ordinarily dock another star considering the accessibility concerns and the initial service issues, Keystone Sports Review came in at the end and won me over.

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced. I live locally and this was just disgrace. I couldn't believe how bad we were mistreated. A damn shame. This place needs to seriously re evaluate how they treat their customers. Having conversations with 3 tables around me and everyone hated the way they were treated. I will not return and will be posting on every social media platform to my 18k followers to never attend.

KSR has a great bar menu offering a variety to suit everyone's taste, from their grilled chicken salad to steak, pizza or wings, you'll be happy with your order. The staff is great and the bar is full of regulars, that sometimes make you feel out of place because you can't get a word in when trying to order a drink. If you sit at a table you'll generally get noticed more quickly. I generally order take-out because there's not a patio that would allow my girls to come and dine with me. By the way, they now deliver, but be prepared for a long wait on the weekends if you don't call early!

I've had several folks recommend this place to me, but never seemed to be around at mealtime until last week. It's a fairly typical neighborhood pub. Several TVs tuned to sports stations, but the volume was low enough it didn't interfere with normal conversation...and point in their favor. My wife and both had a side salad to start our meal, and it was a cut above most pub salads. A nice mixture of greens, and...oh, my, those croutons. I can't say enough about them. They're made in house and are absolutely fantastic. I got the hand breaded tenderloin, and it's one of the best in Indy...or in the state. Just the right size and thickness...not pounded out paper thin to the size of a hubcap, and the breading is the perfect compliment to the meat. Well done. The fries, while good, were nothing special. Just fries. My wife and wings and I took a sample...fantastic! The service was just a tad slow, so I can give them a 5 star review. But I liked it a lot, and we'll certainly return soon!

I was very pleasantly impressed with my dinner this evening! You never would have guessed this was bar food! I placed an order for tuna steak, baked potato, salad, and chicken fingers for my son. I had special cooking preparation instructions, as well as add-on sauce requests. The order arrived and was not only perfect to the exact request and cooking temperature, but was amazing tasting as well and huge portions! Love it! They deliver as well which was perfect! I will definitely order again, and am now determined to stop in!

The best wings in town! My friend was married a few years ago on NYE. The bridal party all went tailgating downtown for the Colts vs Jets game a few days before and the brides brother brought KSR wings for the tailgate. My then boyfriend and I were blown away with the taste! Now, when we need to bring tailgate food to a party, KSR is our one and only choice!

This place actually sucks. I cannot believe they have a rating higher than a 1. I went her based off the rating i seen on yelp. This place is a true 1 star, not becuase of the facility but because their wings are undercooked, i was sick for a week. #TRUESTORY.

Two words - sh*t hole Wouldn't even order a draft beer in order to avoid touching a glass. Not a single chair without a rip in the cushion Fan had about 2 inches of dust while blowing smoke from the bar to the dining area.

The food, especially the wings, is fantastic. The bleu cheese dip for wings is simply the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, the service is incredibly slow. The place was full and taking carryouts with one bartender to wait on everyone. If this was the first time, I'd feel a little different. Several times I get there, can't get waited on, can't get my bill and - super pet peeve - get a bill but then can't pay it!

I have been hearing for a while that the KSR had the best wings in Indy, and as it is very close to my home, I had to test that claim. Having tried them, I have to say, "Yes, they do seem to be the best wings in town". I ordered standard hot wings for my first try. They many different flavors though. The wings were the correct size (not "mutant" wings, y'know, the ones that are so big they look like they came from a buzzard) and were fried perfectly. The hot sauce was the correct amount of hot, and the blue cheese was top-notch. The KSR isn't the highest class joint in town, far from it. It is clean and the staff is friendly. I have to say, I am glad they don't have smoking, although it really is the perfect place to smoke and drink. Finally, the prices were great. Less expensive then a place like BW3's and better tasting wings. I will definitely be returning to the KSR for more wings. I also hear they have great pizza, which I will be trying soon.

The Cajun dry rub wings are not very good at all! Extremely disappointed with this place after hearing their commercial on the radio for the best wings in Indy. If you want the best wings in Indy, go to the ale!!!!

This is a great place to watch the game, tvs all over the place and all the foosie ball you ever need to watch. The food i have not found a thing that i dislike. Its is know for its wings and pizza both of which are good enough to slap your mamma for :). The service is great on game day Amy will look after you. At last they have fixed up the outside yeah.
(5)
Chad D.
Friendly staff, great wings, and pretty good pizza to boot. It's a hidden, in plain sight, gem. If you are going to the BW3 down the street for your wing needs, you are doing yourself an incredible disservice. Just stop it and order from the KSR.

We've been going to KSR for several years now, primarily Saturday college football games featuring University of Wisconsin. We also go at other times, as well. As noted in earlier reviews, KSR is now non-smoking, which is a substantial improvement. Its decor is also a bit dated, but I think this adds a certain "charm" to the place. First, the food is excellent, I agree with the reviews that feature the chicken wings and pizza, but the cheeseburgers are serious, and I think the breaded tenderloin is one of the best in Indy. Take note, though, that all the "bar food" is good. We have always had good, attentive service, even when the place is very busy. There are several TV screens that will feature many events throughout the day or evening. But the best thing about the KSR is that it is locally owned and operated, in an era when so many restaurants and bars are chain-operated. It has its own personality, and a fun one at that. Please stop by and support one of "Indy's own." Mike

Here for the first time because of a Groupon and didn't know what to expect. Lets just say I'm impressed! Not only was the food really tasty the service was really great too! Ill definitely go back for the wings while catching a game with friends!

God Awful Smokey.....almost an Olympic event here....everyone must have their retirement in RJ Reynolds stock....YUUUCKKK ! But the food is damn good....IMO...the best wings in the city....along with Fat Dans....... Super friendly staff and regulars....just a great hangout.... I used to be a regular...but just can't deal with the smoke anymore...however.....don't let that stop you from going to this friendly place ! and...if you really can't stand the smoke...the take away food holds up very well...and is always very well packaged to prevent spillage...as not everyone has a four footed 180 pound carpet and upholstery cleaner Locally owned by a super nice smart ass...perfect !

Everyone had a good time here, though the food was nothing special. The wings were merely decent, and I thought it unusual that the blue cheese and onions in it. We had a beer with lemonade in it that was unusual, and I would've preferred something more plain. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was good. The friends we went with returned three days later.

Try the Philly cheese steak sandwich, very good.

Great food, drinks, patrons, & staff. The pizza alone is worth the trip. Additionally, this place is not always the same...probably best from about lunch time til closing. Enough TVs to make sure you don't miss the game. It is smokey, but it's tough to find a good (neighborhood) bar that isn't.

I've been going here for 10+ years. The BBQ Pizza is phenomenal and the wings are fantastic, love the dry rub cajun style. It's a neighborhood bar with lots of regulars but has a large lunch/dinner crowd too. Doesn't look like much but you'll love it. It's also the unofficial Chicago Cubs hangout of Indy so if you love the Cubs, they'll be on the tube.

(5)Mark M.
Keystone Sports Review has the best pizza and wings in town. You can't go wrong with this place. Local, friendly place to go have a drink and watch the game
(5)Mariam H.
Indy's. Best.
(5)Brett H.
First timer. I will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again. The Cajun Dry Rub with the Blue Cheese are the best. I'm regretting living around the corner for five years and never trying the wings!
(5)Joe S.
Best Wings in Indy by far. I've had them all and these are by far the best. Meaty and they understand extra crispy. Draft beer is a little shaky.
(4)Melinda S.
(3)Kate S.
My husband & I stopped in to try the wings we've heard so much about! We had a wonderful experience & the food was great-Cajun dry rub & hot honey- a nice cold Sun King cream ale & amazing service to top off our first time which will most definitely not be our last!!
(5)Sarine J.

(5)Joshua W.
(5)Amy S.
(5)Nolando T.
(3)Meghan K.
Love their honey hot wings, and the homemade ranch is delicious! Also love their taco pizza! Love that they always have multiple local beers on draft as well.
(5)Nicole L.
(5)Manny C.
(5)Kelly C.
(4)Scott H.
(2)Aaron B.
If you want repulsive conversation (even by dive bar standards) and only slightly better food (even by food court standards), this is the place for you.
(1)Erin Q.
(4)Emma C.
(4)Rachel Y.
(5)Matt K.
(5)Karla W.
Go there.
(5)Adam R.
(1)John P.
(5)Whitnie E.
(5)Ian C.
(5)Kevin M.
(1)Alex H.
awesome wings and pizza
(5)Celeste B.
Mmmmm....
(5)Justin O.
(3)Lesley W.
(4)Allison M.
amazing. don't let the exterior throw you off. just ate there for the first time and plan on returning. service was a little slow, but there was only one server on tonight. the wings were delicious.
(4)Lindsay R.
OBSESSED. The pizza and wings are absolutely fantastic. Good atmosphere and nice staff.
(5)Samantha H.
Just don't. Service poor. Drink options poor. Company was delightful but I brought that with me #Fail
(1)Marcus B.
Its a great local neighborhood sports bar. Where you can watch sports on multiple tvs Real Good Service for friendly Servers. They have a good Menu and good Buffalo Wings. And great pizza that you can't find at your local pizza hut or little caesars and marco's

Thursday is Mexican night! Best smothered chimichangas, massive and made fresh :) My Fav
(5)Kevin M.

(5)Lauren D.
Some of the best blue cheese around! Wings and pizza are both great! I love a regular hot wing but I always need some lemon pepper wings. Delish... Possibly dinner tonight :)
(5)Lolo D.

(4)Tyler R.
The Cajun dry rub wings are not very good at all! Extremely disappointed with this place after hearing their commercial on the radio for the best wings in Indy. If you want the best wings in Indy, go to the ale!!!!
(2)Jeremy O.
(5)Chad D.
Friendly staff, great wings, and pretty good pizza to boot. It's a hidden, in plain sight, gem. If you are going to the BW3 down the street for your wing needs, you are doing yourself an incredible disservice. Just stop it and order from the KSR.

Awesome place!!!!

(4)Karl L.
(3)Susan O.

(4)Frank P.
