This place is horrible! They give you The wrong food & then don't want to compensate you when you call to inform them. They call the manager who isn't available to handle the situation! The "hostess" was so busy on her phone doing personal things she didn't get the order right, but of course she wasn't available either! If you want the wrong food, incompetent service, & half done food then this is your place to go! Never again

I have had the worst experience ever in a restaurant! I called in and ordered a carry out order and my bill came to 34.00 and was told that since my bill was over 30.00 it had to be paid for with credit card over the phone. Ok, so I get there my order was given to me and I get home my husband finished his wings and said I bit into one of those stale, old, or way overcooked wings and I chipped a tooth! So, I go to eat my wings and they are the same way! Thankfully I ordered a salad so I ate my salad and left my wings! I then called and spoke to the shift manager and she stated that the wings were not old because she saw them when they came up out of the fryer and they were fresh when I received them. I then told her that if they were fresh, or so called fresh, they were very overcooked and hard! She then stated I will refund only the portion of wings not eaten! I then asked for the owner's name and she said his name is Spencer and continues to give me his phone number so I could speak to him regarding this issue. I call the number given and received a message...the voicemail for this number is full and can not take messages at this time and of course he doesn't answer the phone! Don't go here!! I will NOT go here EVER AGAIN and I will tell my friends not to EITHER!!!!!!

I recently visited this establishment 21 May 2015, it was a pretty horrible experience. The food took a long time to come(1hr) we were the only people in the restaurant. It was weird random ppl walking around making drink watching tv hand in there mouth. The food too extremely long for bar food the our food came out then 15 min later the rest of the tables food came out. The place was dirty and just should not be open!

I want to apologize to anyone who has unfortunately eaten at this restaurant since 2007 and especially since 2010. I opened this restaurant in 1993 and expanded it multiple times before I sold it in 2007. Although we had service issues throughout my ownership our goal was to have great food. I believe we did this most of the time. I don't know the new owners, the fourth group since I owned it, but they are not running a Just Wing'n it. Everyone I talk to who frequented the restaurant when I owned it go out of their way to tell me how horrible the food is and how unsafe they felt when they were there.. I don't know about the safety issues but I can tell you that the food is horrible because I ordered take out on two different occasions. I threw it out. DON'T EAT HERE! And if you do, just know you are not eating at Just Wing'n it.

So I choose this place tonight because I was craving wings badly and the Wing Stop in Keystone is taking for ever to open... So The menu here isn't too bad but I really hate the fact that I can't mix my flavors, I got a ten piece combo for 10 bucks which is well priced and it came with a drink and fries as well but no bread. Like I said before I hate that I couldn't mix my flavors and I had to get 10 of the mild buffalo wings. The chick at the register was extremely nice though despite my several questions. I was surprised by the taste as while it wasn't the best I've ever tasted it was still enjoyable. I recommend this place for a last minute take out decision if nothing else is available via wings.

What can you say, food is inconsistent, I don't dine in because it is so loud in there you can't hear yourself think. When I want buffalo wings and I don't feel like driving to wingstop in greenwood, this is my last resort.

Just Wingin It used to be my favorite wing place but now not so much anymore, the only thing I eat here now are the cheesesticks, I still have a strong fondness for that. I am giving it 3 stars because the drinks are reasonable and they do have free open mic/live bands on Saturday nights and decent drink prices.

3.5 Stars Just had the buffalo hot boneless wings and a glass of wine with a friend. Both were good. The service we had was 4+ stars. Nice staff. I'll be back again for more spicy wings :-) Tuesday night is 60 cent wing-night.

I can't say that the food was bad because we never got ours. We were told--after we stopped the waitress who had not been at our table for 35 minutes--that it would be 15-20 minutes because the cook that was supposed to be there wasn't there yet. We left. There were hardly any people in there, the waitress was less than friendly, and this will be a place that I shall never attend again.

Reading other reviews prompted me to update.. last couple of times the wings seemed to have shrunk...and increasingly stingy on the sauces.. ..most recently...a very unpleasant bartender took my take away order... if ya don't like your darn job.. get another one.

This place used to be the best, but it changed hands and now it's the worst. Poor, poor service, like the people would rather be elsewhere. They sure are not into their jobs. Last time we went in we turned around and left before ordering. Even the clientele has changed. Nothing stays the same, but it's a shame about this one.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Went in for lunch when it wasn't busy AT ALL. Ordered and over 30minutes later stilll no food. Ask the server and she comes back and says it will be 15 to 20 minutes NO Apology whatsoever. We left and decided to order pizza to the office. Don't know about others lunch breaks but we usually don't have an hour to wait on our food to even get to the table. NEVER go here!
