Awesome pizza, awesome staff! The pizza here is best I've had in Indianapolis, the staff is great, the place is always extremely clean and bright. I drive from the West side of Indy by the airport to get my Jet's fix...it's that good!

First time having Jet's pizza. I ordered online, which was a pretty good experience. I was disappointed at the lack of "deals" which is pretty standard in my opinion. Delivery was estimated at 1 hour, and it ended up taking only 45 minutes. The pizza was at a perfect temperature. Toppings were good, sauce was simple, and the crust was very nice. I ordered a flavored crust, but I'm not totally sure if I got one or not.

Maybe 3.5 stars only because of customer service. Have ordered 4-5 times now. The website is terrible I recommend calling, even the guy on the phone said it is better to call. The pizza - nice deep dish crust , good toppings, nothing great, but a solid pizza. The next order I waited an hour for delivery and when I called they said their driver never came in. Half an hour later( so1 1/2 hours) pizza arrived cold. Called and complained, they stood tall and comped the pizza, and offered a free new one on a new pizza. One week later I called and they had my name on the list and the pizza was free and delivered quickly. Good job to them. Good pizza - but customer service saved me!

We ordered for take out, since the website did not have an option to apply the promotional coupons we received in the mail. We ordered a hand tossed Jet 10, and a deep dish Italian Sausage Supreme. The deep dish crust was crispy outside and not greasy, which was nice. The crust on the Jet 10 was slightly soft without being chewy, and crisp without being tooth-shatteringly crunchy. The cheese and toppings were plentiful and delicious. The coupons saved us a few dollars, so I was able to feed two hungry adults and two ravenous teenaged girls, and still have some left for three of us to have it for lunch the next day (it was still really tasty), for just over $30. Considering this is excellent pizza made with quality ingredients, I call this a win.

Jets pizza has an amazing fresh made deep dish with 5 star cheese!!! The customer service is excellent and they really care about their quality! Try some jets bread with pizza sauce! They put fresh butter, garlic, and Romano on top of the melted cheese! We also ordered one of the best fresh made to order Greek salads I've eaten at any restaurant!! I would say Jet's pizza is about to show Indy a true Chicago style deep dish!!

Second time my pizza from this location sucked. Time was supposed to take 1hour. When that passed, I called and was told mine was next out. 40 minutes later it shows up stone cold, and crust like cardboard. 1 hour forty minutes when I live 2 miles away? $30 later, called them to complain, too much hassle, I just won't buy again.

The supreme pizza we ordered looked tasty but tasted like a frozen pizza. The mushrooms were slimy and not cooked, not enough sauce, and the crust was tough and chewy. Will not order again!
