India is the birth place of Chicken Tikka Masala and Curries. Indian foods are prepared with a blend of finely mixed spices quite popular across the region. The spices develop the rich taste in Indian food enough to boggle your mind. The ever-increasing fan base of Indian food around the New York city is steadily increasing because of the large number of Indians who traveled to the land of dreams. The Indians also brought their very own vibrant, colorful, and aromatic authentic dishes for the people in the West. While most of the Indian population is Vegetarian, Indian food is great for people who are looking for vegan or vegetarian food option. If you are a Meat lover, don't get disappointed yet. Indian food also boasts of some popular non-vegetarian dishes too. Few examples are the famous Butter Chicken, Mutton Biryani and Tandoori Chicken are enough to satisfy your taste buds.
Indian food has gained reputation all over the world especially in the United States. You can find many places serving the appetizing Indian food across all major cities in the US. The South Indian food servers a quality of different dishes made from rice accompanied with spicy chutneys, curries and famous sambhar. Also, the Indian sweets are a delight to relish. If you ever want to have a burst of sugar syrup in mouth, don't forget to try few Bengali Sweets. Be it spicy, tangy, or sweet flavor, you can find everything in the Indian cuisine. I went here today for a casual work meeting and over all I can't complain. The lunch buffet had solid options and was pretty decent in quality. It wasn't the absolute freshest, but usually buffets aren't so I'm not complaining, it still tasted decent. I've definitely had better Indian food, but if you're in broad ripple and you need to satisfy your Indian food cravings than this place should do the trick. I wasn't by any means "wowed" by the food, but I would have still given four stars if the service had been better. Our server was very quiet and awkward. She was very cold in her demeanor and didn't smile or say anything pretty much the entire time, it was odd. We felt a little anxious about asking for anything because she seemed a little stiff and inflexible. Not a very inviting feeling and I don't think the staff cares if you come back or not. And I suppose they don't have to worry about business because are on a busy street with a lot of for traffic so they don't have to work hard to stay in business.

I wi give it 5 stars because it is the best in Indy. Surely not in my top 10 outside of Indy, but always a solid meal. Love the cauliflower app and the chickpea curry(kofta maybe?). Can't remember, but it is fantastic.
(5)Jennifer H.
The aloo gobi was very good, just the right amount of spice. I love the garlic naan as well. I've been to the location on Delaware many times but this was my first trip to the Broad Ripple location.

Nom Nom! one of my favorites. nothing special as far as ambience per usual for indian restaurants. but, the food is always consistently good. the staff is always helpful and there is never a wait for a table. Prices are reasonable and obviously the best deal is the lunch buffet.

I have been to about 13 cities in India, and the food at India Garden is definitely competitive with the food I have had overseas. I grew up in Indianapolis and now live in Washington, but whenever I come back to Indianapolis, I always go to India Garden. Nothing compares to it in the nation's capital. The buffet is terrific, especially for vegetarians. Lots of options. Carnivores don't miss out though- my daughter loves the tandoori chicken. I've been going here for easily 10-15 years. While the quality has gone down a little, it's still among my favorite places in the world (literally) to eat Indian food.
(4)Brittany S.
Mint chutney please. On everything. Especially that delicious thin and crispy bread you provide to start every meal off right. Next up after mint chutney, bring on the raisin sweet naan - just the way we had it in London for our first Indian meal ever. India Garden highlights: -great service -could use some music during the quiet, non-busy hours -paneer masala is fantastic - between the creaminess and flavor-packed cheese it's a delight though and through -loyal customer cards available -lunch buffets

This use to be the best Indian buffet in town, the past 3 times I've went over the past 2 months it's been subpar at best. Food was not great, chicken was hard and tough, curry wasn't good, rice had hard pieces in it, naan was burnt, dishes were dirty, very disappointing. Gave this place too many tries hoping it was just a flux or something, will not be going back again.
(1)Mona B.
Great food Didn't love the meat nan - go for regular nan or paneer nan. Main course we had two different lamb dishes both very delicious! Great service The ambience is rather old fashioned and traditional but the food pays off for that! All in all liked it a lot! Worth trying for sure!

Went here for lunch buffet. Food was OK (with abundant oil) until I discovered pebbles/stones in my food. I brought it to the attention of the waiter/manager and he tried to pass it off as saying that having stones in Indian food was normal!! What??!! Utter BS!! Later on i found out their Health Dept inspection report to be even more terrifying: hhcwebfood.mchd.com/HHCW… No way I'm ever going back to this place and suggest you do the same!!

It deeply pains me that I cannot attend the lunch buffet very often, because of working up north, Monday through Friday. This is one of my favorite restaurants and I frequent it often. I usually order carry-out. When I do, the portions are big enough to have for two meals. Items are moderately priced, which makes my wallet happy when I want to fill my face full of Indian food. They have a few Vegetarian choices, which is good, even though I usually get the same thing every single time -- the Palak Paneer. It's just too good to pass up. The staff is very friendly, and I suspect they've started to recognize me, since I come here so often.
(5)Theresa K.
India Garden is one of my favorite Indian joints in the city. Not that I come here most often, but for some reason, it's more comfortable. The buffet usually has some pretty good stuff; however, if you're wanting spicy, don't come to the buffet for that. But you should know that, right? They should take Chicken Tikka Masala, put it in some Nan with rice, and sell it on Broadripple Ave, coining it Chicken Tikka Ma Tacos. I think they'd sell better than anything else on the strip, honestly.

This is our favorite weekend lunch buffet and we drive up at least once per month. It is way better than the downtown location (which is closer to our home). The food downtown is completely BLAND! This buffet isn't overly spicy, but just enough to be flavorful. The buffet food is Punjab style. On the cold bar are 3 desserts (Gulab Jamun balls, Kheer rice pudding, and mango fruit cocktail pudding stuff usually), 4-6 chutneys/pickles/sauces, and salad/lettuce items. There is sometimes variation like a carrot dessert or a different chutney. The hot bar tends to vary week to week...there is generally always 4+ veggie dishes, 2+ chicken dishes, some Biryani, and lamb or goat. This past weekend I really enjoyed the Vegi Krahi (thinner yellow sauce) and they had my favorite, Saag Paneer, up there too. Of course Chicken Tikka Masala (saucy red chicken) always makes an appearance and it's cousin Chicken Tikka (oven-cooked chicken pieces, no sauce). There were also tasty lamb meatballs and a curry -type chicken in an herbed non-dairy sauce, along with Aloo Gobi (potatoes & cauliflower), lentils, beans, and yummy lamb meatballs. There will also be an appetizer on the bar-usually some variation of veggie pakora-and at least one kind of bread-always Naan and sometimes Bhatura or flavored naan. I've also seen goat on the bone on the buffet, eggplant, lamb vindaloo, and a few others. I need to figure out if there's a pattern or schedule of some kind, or just chef's choice. Pitchers of water are left on the tables during the buffet, which I appreciate. Service tends to be efficient. Sometimes you end up crammed in there, if you get there during a rush and end up at one of the center tables. The restaurant does accept competitor's coupons, so you can get your Indian buffet fix for around $6.50 if you remember to pick up a paper. The food is always hot and the buffet is refreshed regularly. I HATE the decor, although there are boobies. Near as I can tell, in India, brightly colored restaurants with lots of decorations and fun music would be considered "trashy" and bring street food to mind, whereas a more austere environment is considered cleaner and more like fine dining. I worked in an Indian restaurant for over a year and had many discussions with the manager about why the decor was more sterile than Bob Evans. There are often kids in here, and they have plenty of high chairs...so I guess if your kids will eat rice, flat bread, and a little bit of saucy veggies or chicken it will be fine for them. If your kids are rowdy, loud, or throw stuff, you may be subjecting yourself to embarrassment. This is not a large space so there is not room for running and thrown items may end up on a nearby diner.
(4)Tamara Q.
I give this 3 stars because the chicken masala's chicken cubes for dinner are so small and the dish is so saucy. I have lived in many places and honestly the chicken is so slight I feel cheated. Very disappointed by the quality for price paid. The flavors were good but chicken cubes were a disappointment.
(3)Christopher N.
I feel bad for India Garden sometimes because it doesn't have the slick signage and fanfare of Shalimar down the street, but it's the best Indian I've found yet in Indy. Their lunch buffet, complete with a $2 tip, comes out to an even $10. The naan is always soft and warm, and the minced lamb meatballs always fall apart to the point of melting. I know most newbies to Indian food tend to keep to the chicken tikka, but if you're looking to branch out, India Garden is the best place in Indy to go. I've not had a single thing here that I wouldn't eat again.
(4)Edward C.
I really like the flat and crunchy tortilla-type thing they serve. Mix with the sauces and go on a flavor trip. Got the chicken patkar as well--5 pieces, came with extra sauce. You get a good kick when adding the sauce to the chicken. Servers were attentive, and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Mango lassi was sweet, but not too sweet. Consistency was good throughout. The naan is a flat, garlic-y, toasted, seasoned, yet soft bread. This one you'll have to try with curry or other sauce for additional flavor. I got a half order of red chicken (3 legs, two wings). A half order is already big for me, so I'm glad I didn't go full. Great amount of seasoning, spiciness, and a hint of lemon in every bite. Overall marvelous food and service!
(5)Jesse G.
Food quality and taste was superb. I ordered a non veg thali and got jasmine rice, nan, curds, mutton curry, butter chicken, dhal mhakani, tandor chicken. All cooked just right, really tasty. I will say the thali was huge. You could split this easily. Happy Eating!

Came back from South Korea a couple of months ago. And while it definitely isn't the capital of Indian food it certainly had its fair share of good Indian restaurants due to its large indian population. After coming back I've tasted a couple of Indian places but none reached my standards. Came upon India Garden by chance and while the taste was different it was still good food. The samosas were crispy and with just the right spice. Ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and it has been the beat I tasted so far here in Indiana. Declined the basmati rice, which looked delicious, and went for the Garlic Naan. It was a little bit too puffy but tasted great. The Mango Lassi was to die for. It had a very strong mango flavor which I really enjoyed. Even though the food was great it looses a star because of its lack in service. Came in and there wasn't anyone to receive guests. The food came out pretty quick but after that the server went to the back. Had to wait quite a while for him to come out to ask for the check. Then again, this won't stop me from gping back.
(4)Lindsay R.
First time trying Indian food.. the food was interesting but service definitely lacked. There was a "wait to be seated" sign at the door but after waiting and seeing no one we seated ourselves. No one came to our table. When we walked to the buffet a server finally spoke to us and asked if we wanted anything besides water to drink. There was a variety of food and dessert dishes with labels and explanations of what was in the dish, which I really appreciated. Had my first and last experience with chutney! I liked the biryani rice and chicken curry. I found it very odd how distant the servers were; I had to flag down the waiter for the check and I literally had to chase him down again to give him my card so I could leave!
(2)Liz W.
Very good Indian food at a great price! My boyfriend and I were visiting Indy and were looking for good Indian food and we found it here. We had the buffet with curry chicken and nan. Excellent food that is on par with Dayton, Ohio's Indian restaurants.
(5)Kelly G.
Never had Indian food before, so this was a new experience for me. The waiter recommended a vegetarian dish which was homemade cheese rolled in a veggie mix and served in a tomato based cream sauce. It was delicious! Also really loved the naan bread (msp?). The atmosphere is both casual and fancy at the same time. Nothing special about the building, which is in the Broad Ripple strip, but they have very nice plates, and the service is wonderful. I've never had a restaurant refill my water glass that frequently. Extremely affordable, and it was nice having a waiter suggest something to suit my tastes.
(4)Michael C.
I must admit I had never tried Indian food before visiting India Garden. On the advice of my dinner companions, I had the Chicken Tikka Masala. I really enjoyed the flavors in that dish. It was such a unique experience, as my taste buds were being introduced to spices and flavors they had never experienced before! I also got an order of Poori Bread which I thought was wonderful. We all shared an order of Paneer Pakora which was absolutely delicious. Although I would not eat Indian food all that often, I will go back for more!
(3)Jon A.
A-OK in my book. This is all entirely relative, though. Let's say we have the Curry Mile in Manchester instead of the Broad Ripple Ave... then India Garden pales in comparison to the Indian food I've had around the world. Yet... stop... look around... if I want take out Indian food in a jiffy near my home... this is where I'm goin'. I wanted to try this place now because I've been cooking Indian at home and tomorrow I'm going to India Diner, which from very trustworthy sources has naan competition. They're still better than me at cooking this goodness... I'm just going to ride their coattails on their ingredients and do it better. I did have one of my favorite Indian spice sauces to date -- Krahi: tomatoes, ginger, onions and spices. The ginger switches things up just enough and the consistency isn't heavy & buttery... it was thin & sharp (like say... James Franco instead of John C Reilly). Don't take the up sell they'll try on you for more rice. The first container is a full pint a plenty! The veggie samosas were over fried.... Why does this take twenty minutes by the way? The food doesn't taste as if it was cooked on the spot... and aren't most Indian dishes cooked over long periods of time, so shouldn't they be ready? And, how does anyone eat in there? It might be the worst environment for a dine-in spot I've ever seen. Stale. Quiet. Awkward man stands in back of room. No booze. Empty lunch buffet cart. If you ask me... they could turn this place into a Mumbai soiree joint where there's loud music, Tiger beer, faster service and bollywood musicals on loop. Now you've got me. Food has to be exceptional to put up with a no energy place like this, and the food isn't exceptional... it's serviceable Indian food for the lazy Indian cook or the last minute ditch effort for spice. If I had the time I'd start a company and redesign restaurants like this for them, on spec & on the cheap. It'd better our city so much... I know the in thing is green energy yet there are some spots where they just need any kind of energy in there... At the least get a claw machine in there...

Nom Nom Nom Nom Nom While I know that I can get carried away with my love for all you can eat lunch buffets, the one here crosses over into infatuation. Because it's AWESOME. A ton of vegetarian options, the hot curry sauce is spot on. I don't particularly recommend the spinach dish, but there are more than enough veggie and meat entrees to choose from. Attentive service too. If you love Indian food then you need to be here!
(4)Benjamin H.
My vegan roommate always requests to ride up to the BR location even though we live about a mile from the Downtown location.. I was skeptical at first, but it's soooo worth it. It's cheaper and the vegetarian options are plentiful! I think I've been to the BR location 9 out of the last 10 times this month.. Yeah, we eat a lot of Indian food.
(4)Jenna M.
I was really happy with with India Garden...our super large group came in on a not-so-busy Wednesday and had a great time. I've eaten Indian food many times before and once in a smaller group in this restaurant. The naan and pratha were excellent - I can't name all the ones we chose, but we chose 3 stuffed ones (meat, cheese and potato, I think) as well as a normal garlic naan. The complimentary pompadous and chutney were excellent and a great start to the mean. The group of us decided to go family style - and I can't name every dish we ordered but none of us (even the Indian food virgin) were disappointed with what arrived. We tried all varities of dishes - vegetarian, lamb, chicken and the mixed tandoori grill. Excellent service and great meal for the price. We asked for everything "medium" (for the less adventurous) and were pleased with the spice level. Definitely a must-visit again.
(4)Betsy A.
I pretty much get around to all of Indy's Indian restaurants, but India Garden definitely remains top on my list. I don't get to the downtown location that often now that I am a northsider, but buffet lunch on a Saturday at the BR spot is something I am always up for. I agree with Josh S., mango lassi here rocks! I love IG's vegetable korma, aloo gobi, any variation of their saag dishes, biryani and kheer. I always enjoy eating here because it feels like such a treat for so little expense - something that is not easy to do these days :-)
(5)Josh F.
So there seems to be no shortage of Indian spots in this area, which is good, but it makes it hard to choose with that many options...once again turning to Yelp provided me with great information. It is a small, unlavish place, but the food and service are great. Granted this is not the best Indian food I have ever had, but for metro Indy, I was suprised. I will get my only gripe out of the way quick so I can focus on teh good...soggy pappdoms! Really? Seemed the ones towards the top of the basket were fine, but the last two or three...soggy. Also...if your spice/heat scale goes to "10", I would hope and "8" would have been spicier than it was. I am no hero when it comes to spicy food, but I do like some heat...an "8" this was not. OK...had the palak paneer, which was great. Not too oily/buttery, and the paneer was soft/creamy. Also had the talak dal, a very good dish as well, plenty of flavor with black lentils. Tandoori roti and some good wine...all in all a great meal.
(4)Brent D.
Food good. Service good. if you want good Indian food in Indy look no further. The decor is nice and simple and clean.
(3)Colin G.
India Garden is a fantastic little restaurant in the heart of broad ripple that may go unnoticed if you arent looking for it. The non-descript interior of the place doesnt exactly lead you to believe you are in for a mouth watering meal but trust me, you are. All the food is delicious and if you like indian food in general you real cant go wrong. Some of my favorites are the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma, veggie samosas. The lunch buffet is a steal at $5.75 and dinner is moderately priced as well. Ive been to both and I have to say that dinner is much better although you really cant beat a buffet of all their specialties for under 6 bucks. I would highly recommend it to anybody who likes indian food and to those who have not tried it as well
(4)Cortland F.
Perhaps not the most accurate representation of Indian food. Absolutely a broad ripple original and great food to sleep with.
(4)Sarah R.
Went for the lunch buffet-the best palak paneer I have ever had. It could have used more cheese, but the taste was buttery and made me go back for more.
(5)John J.
India Garden is as good as it gets!!been eating at the Broadripple location for many years and the quality of the food and the service has always been superb.I had Lentel soup and a lamb dish. The lamb was tender and the soup was excellant. Best Indian in Indy!!
(5)Richard M.
Consistently good, quick, and friendly.
(4)Kylee W.
Always great. I've been to each location several times, never once did I eat something I didn't enjoy. I love Indian food so much, so that makes it easy.
(5)Reece M.
I've eaten in indian restaurants all over the country. New York, LA, Portland, Chicago, Alabama, Seattle, DC, etc, etc, etc. India Garden is hands-down the best Indian restaurant I've ever had the pleasure to experience. I make it back to Indy about once a year, and India Garden is always a must-stop. I think that Indian restaurants can be divided into two categories: those with tamarind chutney, and those without. and IG's tamarind chutney is to die for. This place is worth going out of your way for. I'm going to disagree with the other reviewers and say that I highly prefer the original, Broad Ripple location, but the food is just as good at the Downtown spot. I'm craving it right now. mmmm.
(5)Alison C.
Actually the downtown location really sucks, just go to Broad Ripple!
(5)J A.
It took 2 minutes to drive here and 20 min to find parking. Food wasn't bad, but I was forced to sit next to the door and take gusts of cold air every time guests came and went. Service was also a bit slow
(2)stephanie t.
I like India Garden. I usually go the downtown one.The food and service is very good. I love their chai tea. I always like to go there when I am stressed out because it makes me calmer. I think the Indian music calms me down. Maybe in my last life I lived in India. I think I did. They have a large variety of food but i recommend mild tell them that because they rate from mild to hot from 1-10, 10 being the hottest. If you go for 7 your mouth will have flames coming out of it! It is inexpensive too. Check this one out.
(4)Lydia W.
India Garden is THE place to go for Indian food in Broad Ripple (and maybe Downtown). After having been a long time frequenter of the other Indian restaurant in Broad Ripple, one taste of India Garden's garlic naan has me hooked for life, or, as along as I'm in Broad Ripple.
(5)Sharon W.
Every time we dine at India Garden (which is often) it is a comforting and delicious experience. The servers are attentive and even remember our favorites. We can ask for preparations not listed on the menu and they are quickly prepared. The spices are perfect and the basmati rice is wonderfully prepared, as is the naan bread.
(5)Jakey B.
I must admit, this place was really good. you yelpers are almost always spot on - in this case pointed me to an indy gem. But, where's all the people yo? I was one of 4 in the place on a Tuesday at peak dinner time! all you Hoosiers out there, take note: it's little places like this that are the cultural lifeblood of the city's culinary delites. Go, try it. If you've never had indian food, try it anyways and you will not be disappointed. First the decor - typical low rent indian restaurant stuff, cheesy glass/crystal chandeliers, dusty ceiling fans, vibrantly colored tablecloths and wall paper, lights turned down to a fuzzy orange glow. Staff was friendly and attentive, but with only 4 people to serve they had nothing better to do. The Food? well, I must say excellent. I had the Meat Thali. It was HUGE, came with 4 small naan, chicken curry, lamb curry, dahl mahkani, raita, 2x chicken pakora (wierd, and a little soggy get the veggie ones instead), 2x tandoori chicken, basmati rice, rice pudding for desert and a pappadam with 2 different chutneys to start. Frankly, it was a meat attack! I would have ordered the veggie thali, but one of the main dishes was saag paneer which is not one of my favorites. I think they cranked up the meat for the midwest pallete. The lamb was really good. Tender, just fatty enough and cooked in a lovely tomato based curry. the chicken curry? also excellent, with a yoghurt based curry. They make it to your preffered hotness level. I ordered 7 (out of 10) and it was well below tolerable limits, but I warn you - small places like this are notoriously inconsistent with heat levels so be careful. Although not Indian myself, I learned to cook it and appreciate it from my friends parents who were recent immigrants. I can say with confidence this food is good. The neighbourhood is cool. A hip place with tons of bars/restaurants. Parking was tough - there was a Melvins concert down the street and there was a traffic jam just to find parking. I overheard one other table commenting this location has WAY better food than the downtown one. I made the drive from downtown and was happy to hear that I picked the right place. Indy-ers - GO GO GO, don't let a place like this die. I'd go back, but alas I found this place while on a business trip. If I ever find me in Indy again, you _will_ see me there.
(5)AB F.
Authentic Indian food! Love the beer selection and vegetable Mali kafta.
(5)Giggli T.
AMAZING!!!!!!!! I get Chicken Tikka Masala with Veggie Samosa as an appetizer. The staff is helpful and really, it's just delicious food..You do need to go there, fan of Indian food or not.. (: Go for dinner not lunch buffet. Dinner is much better.
(5)Josh S.
Whenever I come back home to indy, I roll through a few places and this is always one of them. I prefer the downtown IG, but B-Ripple works too. I highly recommend the buffet rather than ala carte though. Its usually cheaper than ala carte, the food is always fresh off the line and you can sample everything. You can also expect great service every time. If you're down...try the mango lassi to drink. Mmmmmm.
(5)Alex K.
If you like butter, sugar, and a faint hint of Indian spices you have to go to this place. This place, being close to home, was my intro to Indian food. I think that is a good way to look at it though.... an introduction. Once I had real Indian food I could not believe I ever liked this place. Again I am not trying to hurt anyone's feelings because I have a lot of friends that love this place but if you frequent this establishment just try some of the Indian places in the lower rent districts. There is just an inherent lack of spices. Everything is just too buttery and creamy. I know it is hard to find Indian food in America that is not loaded with milk or cream but at least I want to taste some seriously strong spices. I have never seen goat or lamb at this place which pulls it down a star. The service is not the best but it is par with many Indian places I have been. They are also very stingy with the Nan. It is one of the cheaper places to get Indian food but I wouldn't mind paying a few more dollars for the extra quality.
(2)Eric S.
Great buffet! I come here often and their is a wide selection on the buffet. I have been coming here for 15 years and the quality remains top notch. The nan bread is really great too! I unquestionably give this place 10 stars.
(5)Sarah S.
India Garden is, indeed, worth the rave reviews that it's gotten. I lean towards Broad Ripple in the great downtown/Broad Ripple divide. The newer, larger downtown location certainly is more swanky, while Broad Ripple is a bit more cozy. Unfortunately, I am one of those diners who tends to latch on to one delicious thing and order it over and over again. I always feel a twinge of guilt about this, but it's just hard to say no to something I cherish as deeply as Chicken Shahi Korma. For that reason, I love to come to the lunch buffet, since I can try plenty of new things and still stuff face with Chicken Shahi Korma. All the same, I really prefer to come here for dinner, if only for the mouth-watering fresh naan (try the cheese variety). Also, I swear that they have different, more interesting music playing at night--well, in addition to the standard daytime CD, that is. I know every single one of those songs by heart now. That's not to say that I don't love them, because I do. But change is also welcome sometimes.
(5)Shelly V.
After 6 months without Chicken Tikka Marsala I had to make a trip to the "best" Indian place in the Indianapolis area (as voted by the people of the area) for take-out. It was pretty good, a bit too much tomato sauce in it for me, but it was still tasty. Great location, packed during the lunch hour for the buffet and it was full of yummy items. I'll go back when in Indy for some Indian.
(4)Virginia L.
Surprisingly solid Indian food. Veg dinner is plenty to eat with some to take home or maybe even for two. I'll be coming back for the lunch buffet sometime soon.
(3)Darren S.
OK, I have been to many Indian restaurants (NW Indiana, Devon Street in Chicago (Little India), Lafayette, & anywhere else I can). This was THE BEST Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. The lentil soup was amazing, the Chicken Tikka Masala was incredible, the Chicken Makhani was to die for. I also had Veg Samosas and Mango Lassi were VERY good but not the best ever. I like spicier Samosas and colder Lassi, but this is just MY tastes...you may find them as amazing as the rest of the food. Also I had the Kheer which was wonderful and very sweet. Some may not like it that sweet, I did. Everything was amazing. I just can't say enough about this place. They have a lunch buffet, I have never tried it but I would love to sample all the other items they have. Go! It is a must! I will go here again and again, whenever I'm in Indy.

Certainly my favorite Indian in broad ripple. I often order take out and they always offer speedy, accurate service. When dining in, I've also had a good experience. Staff are attentive and helpful. They ask you to rate your spicyness on a scale of 1-10, which is much more useful than mild, medium or hot. I chose 7 and it is consistently just right. I have not found better palak paneer, or keer elsewhere. In fact I think I could just live on the combination of the two, perhaps with a little kingfisher to wash it all down.
