Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Stopped here to eat before a movie after reading the reviews. Seems most of their business is pick up, but the small area of tables is fine. Not fancy, but spotlessly clean. Good cheap food in large portions. I will be stopping before night shift to pick up sandwiches and/or salads to go.

I've been eating Harsi's since I was a wee little one. We lived around the corner when he was still in the strip on 34th. As an adult, I still enjoy the family and the pizza and we know each other by name. The pizza has never skimped on quality and it has that rustic taste you look for when venturing outside of the cookie cutter pizza chains. I would recommend to anyone. A Personal for lunch or an Extra Large for the family. You can't go wrong!

I can comment on the submarines they offer. For some reason I have never had a better sub in my life. He gets the bread from a bakery everyday from the east side of indianapolis. I well never eat at a chain sub shop in my life ever again, if I can help it. The meat and vegetables are fresh and plentiful. Very polite and well mannered when I visit. Eaten there on multiple occasions

Can only comment on the pizza's, I'm sure the subs are all good too, but, it's the pizza that I go to Harsi's for. Have never gotten a bad pizza here, worth the drive to pick up, for take out. (I'm out of their delivery area). Already looking forward to my next visit.

I can only comment on their pizza. Delicioius! My friends ordered it and picked it up, and since I was out of town, I was at their mercy. They knew what they were talking about! Granted, it was different from my beloved Chicago-style pizza, but it was still good pizza. The crust definitely tasted homemade and was different from any other crust I've had... That's probably why Harsi's stands out for me! We had the pepperoni and jalapeno! Definitely worth it to give them a call!

This is the absolute best pizza that I have had in Indy! I drive from the Northside, at least 2 times a month to go and get some of this pizza. The Harsi's have been doing this for a while, and they have it down pat!

Dine in, carry-out, and delivery. What Cugino's is on the NE side, Harsi's is on the West or NorthWest side. It's been a while since I've been there, as I now live on the east side. But Harsi's is a ;legend in the Eagledale neighborhood. Probably been in existence for 15 years or so. (Was previously located just around the corner on 34th St). They are much better, in my opinion, than any of the chain pizza stores. If you want to compare it to any though, I'd say it's close to Papa John's in quality and generosity of the toppings. It also reminds me of Cugino's Pizza on Franklin Rd in Lawrence. Thick and generous toppings. None of that thin cut skimpy stuff. I think Harsi's pizza rivals Bazbeaux's, it's just not as "trendy" or "cool", but the pizza is what counts! Harsi's is also a family-owned small business. They are in a former Taco Bell restaurant, on the East side of Georgetown Road, a little South of 34th St. Not far from Lafayette Square. If you're shopping in the Laf Sq area, it's worth the drive. The seating area is kind of cramped. The tables only hold 4 normal sized people. (If you're wide, you can only fit two per table.) There might be outdoor seating, but I forget. But most of their business is carry-out.
