Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I love Chipotle and the ingredient quality is consistent from store to store; my vegetarian burrito bowl will always taste fantastic. However, at this location, the store was visibly dirty, out of toilet paper in the women's restroom, and the make line was running a little slow. Granted, this location is brand new and its employees are still learning the ropes, but the restroom and lack-of-cleanliness are not items I really can give a free pass over. I am thinking this store will catch up to its fellow locations after a few months, or am hoping anyways...especially since it is a convenient walk up the Monon for me and my sofritas-smitten partner. Bonus= the large corner table's unique design

I had my best Chipotle experience ever today at this location. The staff was super friendly, but didn't seem phony. The worker even took the time to evenly distribute the ingredients thoughout my burrito. The parking lot is tiny, but that's just Broad Ripple. I've been to at least ten different Chipotle locations over the last 12 years, and this might be my favorite.

Can you say, "Yum"? I'm saying YUM to Chipotle! This place rocks! The service is friendly, it's clean and the food is fresh and tasty. I usually get the vegetarian burrito with everything, and it's a monster! The salsa's have a kick and aren't so hot that they make your tastebuds unable to taste, and the avocado guacamole is fresh and seasoned nicely. Good clean fast food.

I constantly visit Chipotle locations in other areas (all over the Chicagoland area) and have been a fan forever !! Recently, I visited the BR location for the very first time. For the most part, I am a happy camper, however, I was unhappy about a couple of things.... Speed of service - while the girl was pleasant, she was v-e-e-e-e-r-r-y slow. Portions - In comparison to every other Chipotle i have ever visited, the portion of meat for both of our burritos was stingy, by about 40% less... that's ridiculously stingy! Tortilla chips - Stale, undercooked & stale. Also, is there a shortage of chips? I got a bag of chips with some guac and there was 50% less chips in the bag than what i get at other locations. Guac - I'm feeling a "stingy" vibe at this store ... barely any onion in the guac. Enough to know it might slightly exist, but seriously lacked the flavor of (once again) the guac I get at Chipotle's other locations. Are all Indiana locations this way? Does the Chicagoland market just demand more generosity and speediness, because I'm always satisfied with my Chicagoland experiences (and I'm a Hoosier born girlie). I will give great props to the taste of our burritos - Very yummy!! Friendliness of the employees - Awesome !! Improve the issues i mentioned so i can give more stars !! I wanna love the BR location as much as I love other locations. Oh, as an fyi ... Parking: it's horrible (only 5 spots)... bike the Monon or park at McD's

Much improved from their debut. This place got it figured out like I knew they would. They have a few private parking spaces and tons of seating inside. I now call this location my home store.

Before stopping at my favorite local shop in Broad Ripple Village a stop at Chipotle was in order. Being that we live on the south side we don't have a location close to us, so this seemed like a no brainer. They do offer a very small parking lot behind the building...and by small I mean like 5 spaces. When you walk in its obvious that they went with a very modern vibe. The staff was great. I went with a chicken burrito and the girl taking my order responded with "bird is the word", then proceeded to tell me that she likes to put a smile on her customers faces. The only negative that I have about the food is the chicken seemed a little overcooked. Other than that, it was a delicious burrito. There are a lot of seating and they even offer outside seating. All in all its a great location and seeing that they haven't been open for too terribly long they are well on their way.

So, I'm a huge Chipotle fan. Been eating at Chipotle since I was a little girl, and I've come to expect a certain type of quality from each Chipotle that I visit. They're usually pretty consistently good - I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. When I learned that a Chipotle was going to be in broad ripple, I was really excited. I go to Butler University, so having a Chipotle less than 10 minutes from my doorstep was a pretty great concept. The first time I visited this store, I noticed that the service was extremely slow. I figured it was just because all the employees were still learning the ropes, still getting the hang of the whole "working at Chipotle" thing. However, it's been several months, and the service has not changed. I have waited in line for 15 minutes before at this store - an experience that I have not had at any other Chipotle. The employees move at a glacial pace, and a lot of times will roll my burrito incorrectly or won't add the right proportions of ingredients. The entire restaurant is also pretty dirty compared to other locations I've been to. Normally, this type of thing would not push me to write a review. But, the other day, I had a really horrible experience at this Chipotle that I feel the need to share. My roommate and I went for dinner on Friday, December 12, and I ordered a steak burrito. The steak in my burrito was absolutely RAW. Now, I know that Chipotle usually serves their steak pretty rare. The center of this steak in my burrito was cold and actually RAW, not just dark pink. Like I could not even chew it because it was uncooked. Every single piece of steak in my burrito was this way - not just one or two pieces. So we brought my burrito up to the front, and noticed that a couple other people were up there too with their raw steak burritos. The Chipotle worker accused some of us of taking the raw steak off of the other customer's plates just to get a free burrito. Not only did they accuse us of trying to scam them, but they also refused to remake our burritos. They also told us that the steak was not raw, it was just rare, because they had "temp checked" the steak. After about 10 minutes of arguing, they finally remade the burrito. I would recommend going to a different location - the staff at this one is awful!
