Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

We live close by and gave this a try a while ago and have been coming back consistently for the last few years, so I thought I'd at least help them out a little bit. It's pretty simple. The food is good. The service is good. They get my orders right and the amount of food you get in the lunch and dinner specials is pretty impressive. And I've never gotten anything undercooked/lukewarm/cold/contaminated in the 3 years I've been ordering here. Now, they aren't trying to be some hip Asian Fusion restaurant, which is the whole point. They serve up food that Americans expect to have in a Chinese restaurant and they do a good, consistent job at that. The General Tso's, Moo Shu Pork, and Beef with Broccoli are great and the crab rangoons are a necessity with every order. The only thing that I've had here that I would consider sub-par are the soups and the sweet and sour entrees; not very impressed with the lack of flavor (I feel like they just need to add some salt to the tempura for the sweet and sour chicken and it'd be great!). In the end, for what they do, they do it well. And it's a family affair, with the boys manning the phones and the counter, often times with homework next to them. It's pretty impressive. If you're looking for good standard Chinese take-out, this is your spot.

Came in during my lunch break and ordered the General Tso's Chicken lunch combo. I chose to eat in and choice of presentation was quite nice. The chicken was tangy and crunchy and I really likes the pork bits in the rice. I was jonesing for some Chinese food, and so glad that Yelp led me here!

My brother and I contracted the Norovirus from contaminated food from this restaurant, we'd ordered the General Tsao's meal. It was sub par in flavor and not worth 2-3 of vomiting and diarrhea. Steer clear.

I love this place! My friends and I get takeout here quite often, and we have enjoyed everything we've ordered so far. It is just takeout, so it's obviously nothing fancy, but great for what it is. (The crab rangoon is superb) The service is fast and friendly, and the pricing is great! It's always a stop we look forward to.

Excellent food! I enjoyed their egg rolls! Will eat there again and again! Many compliments to the chef for their job well done!

Standard walk-up strip-mall Chinese place with the back-lit pictures above the counter, and standardized menu. Recently opened, so it's all very clean, including the men's restroom. (And they have a separate ladies' restroom.) Order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. Dine in or carry-out. Plastic utensils etc. Beverages are canned sodas from a cooler. The menu has the standard stuff sold by the pint or quart, plus a section for the "House Specialties", and the daily lunch specials ($5.00 to $5.90 depending on the kind of meat) and the Dinner Combinations are $6.50 to $7.10. Lunch special does not include egg-roll, but the dinner combo does.

I go to this restaurant about once a month since Dec 2011 and I just wanted to write a great review for this place. The place of business is about average for your local Chinese restaurant take out, but the service is great! My boyfriend and myself are servers and we get off work late starving! There has been more than one occasion that I've called and they said they closed 10 mins ago but they'd love to make our food for us and to come in about 15 mins. They were also a live saver on Christmas Eve! Nice place - I hope they get good business. Pot stickers, good stuff!
