Just so happened to be in this area for lunch today (3/19/13) and had a great overall experience! I had been craving their food since their episode on Undercover Boss that showed what a great COO they have. Their new Tuscan rotisserie chicken was delicious and my meal came right to me (quickly!) on real plates, which made it feel like a dining experience instead of fast food. The food feels so homey, like a mini-Thanksgiving meal. The cashier that helped me was also very friendly, greeted me on my way in and again on my way out, was sweet to talk to while I was at the counter ordering, and kept herself so busy without being told to do so. She was cleaning, sorting, sweeping (all with a smile on her face!). I believe her name was Jacqueline and she definitely deserves appreciation for all she was doing - going above for the store and her customers. Although I don't live close, this would be worth another drive and I'd definitely reccommend it to anyone close by!

I'm writing this review because the level of customer service I received from Emeral at this location was outstanding. My wife has a gluten intolerance and that makes Boston Market and easy place to fit this need. The selection of food was great, better than MCL, and everything was fresh and hot! Emeral was able to make a few special adjustments to our order to make it perfect and even offered us a coupon book that we purchased for future visits. All the food was delivered to our table and then we were revisited for refills several times by Emeral and others. You can't deny the quality and consistency of the food at Boston Market. This is a very fair value and the customer service is a warm welcome.

I must have went on a bad day. I found it almost uneatable. We got meatloaf potatoes and corn and it was awful. I won't be returning anytime soon if ever. :(
