Excellent service. Always a great experience. Recently ordered a pizza over the phone and there was some miscommunication regarding whether the pizza was to be for pick-up or delivery. Long story short, Bella's felt that the pizza sat out for too long in store and called me to deliver a new, fresh pizza. They delivered a new pizza and, to my surprise, they let me keep the first pizza as well, so I ended up with two pizzas for the price of one and they were both excellent.

Of the three individuals working behind the counter it took longer than it should have to be acknowledged and have my order taken. None of the slices available, which wasn't a lot, looked appetizing, and you could tell they had been sitting there for quite some time. I can understand not having many choices available close to closing, but it was almost two till close. While waiting to pay an employee messed up an extra large pizza pulling it it of the oven for a customer who was already in there at least 20 minutes before us. And then they came to us after 30 minutes of waiting to let us know they burned the pizzas they were reheating. They offered to cook a new pizza but it would take like 15 minutes. After declining and asking to have my money reimbursed, the gentleman waiting for the new extra large pizza was messed up while putting it in the oven. That's 30 minutes minimum to make the new pizza after they promised him it would only take like 15 minutes. Basically, they had no concept of time or an ability to meet the simple needs of the customer they promise by claiming to be a NY pizzeria.

Normally the service is great, however this evening stopped in for a slice of pizza. The only slices offered did not look appealing, most were chicken, one deep slice and all seem to have been there for awhile. I inquired if any pizzas were in the oven and was told NO. I then decided to only get pepperoni breadsticks. I again inquired if any more pizzas would be made and was told NO. Odd that a Pizzeria at 7pm is only offering sub par pizza. By the way I waited for 10 min in my car to see if any pizzas would suddenly be made, oh yes dough was being tossed high in the air and put into the oven. HUM ?

After asking for three toppings twice and speaking slowly the second time, I only received two. The third topping was then added and the pizza reheated. Not only is this not great but the toppings were so sparse that I had slices missing toppings. Not great value really. Btw the place was empty so I don't know why this couldn't have been better.

Stopped here after our first choice had too long of a wait. Nice place; clean and bright. You order at the counter -- oddly, while the specialty pizzas were listed on the menu board, there was no description -- and then sit down to wait. We got a 14" two topping and two regular drinks, which came about $20. Mind you, this is with paper plates (the chintsy kind, so they brought 4 for the 2 of us) and plastic silverware. The expectation also seemed to be that you bus your own table. The pizza sauce was very bland. My husband ordered jalapenos and the guy did honor my request to go easy on them, which I appreciate. At noon on a Saturday, it wasn't busy at all. Pet peeve: as a non-soccer fan, I don't mind seeing it on TV, but to have it on both TVs with the volume way up was overkill. Because, shocker, guess what? IT WAS A TIE. :-)

I really hope that this isn't what New York style pizza is all about. This is just typical mall food court pizza, nothing special. The location is very nice and clean. However, I wasn't too excited about the employee grabbing my pizza and breadsticks with his gloveless hands.

I had wanted to visit Bella Pizzeria for quite a while. Located in a rather large strip center on East 82nd Street just East of Keystone at the Crossing, Bella Pizza is a four-location indiana mini-chain with locations in Keystone, Hamilton Town Center, Clay Terrace, and in Kokomo. Self-dubbed as a "New York Style Eatery," one can only assume it's because the restaurant tends to be dirty as it's certainly not a description of the pizza. Okay, I'm sorry. That was a tad too snarky. Bella offers pizza by the slice along with whole pies along with calzones, pasta, salads, breadsticks, a kids menu and some desserts. The location is next to a Mattress Firm and not too far from Maggie Moo's. It happens to have a couple of accessible parking spots right in front of it, and while they're not quite ADA compliant I'd suspect most people won't have any trouble with them. You enter the front door and head straight toward an ordering counter. They do serve up several specials. I found their slice prices to be pretty workable, though I wasn't as impressed with their whole pie prices. They do offer delivery. I ordered a slice of sausage pizza, two pepperoni breadsticks and a large fountain drink. They do have Gold Peak iced tea, so that was a definite plus. My entire meal came in at just over $7 - certainly less than you'll pay for mall pizza, though this isn't a mall and they sure don't have the convenience factor going on. You can actually order online. I will admit that considering their location I'd expect it to be a lot nicer inside Bella. Yes, you have multiple tables where you can sit down and enjoy the meal and they certainly are decked out in the usual New York urban decor, think a grittier Subway, but it all seemed a lot more kitsch than I expected. I've seen a couple Yelp reviews refer to Bella's pizza as glorified mall pizza and, quite honestly, that's an accurate description. The sausage was chunked, which is fine, but it clearly wasn't fresh and it was barely warm. While I expect this in a mall, when I'm actually in a functioning restaurant I do have higher expectations. The pizza wasn't bad, but there's definitely no way I'd go out of my way for it. The pepperoni breadsticks were warm, though they lacked anything distinct in terms of flavor. I suppose for $7 it wasn't bad, but since I was splurging a bit on my diet I really was hoping for a tastier splurge. Bella's was semi-clean. It certainly wasn't divey, but I couldn't help but notice with 3-4 employees working and about as many customers that it seemed like socializing was a higher priority than actually cleaning or keeping busy. They weren't unfriendly and I didn't feel neglected, but with a little interaction with customers they could have really created a much more positive dining experience. With Indy really possessing a pretty good pizza scene these days, it's hard to fathom a good reason to return to Bella's. The employees didn't seem to care that I was there and, quite honestly, if you can't serve me a simple hot slice of pizza then you're really not worth my hard-earned dollars. With Napolese in the mall across the street and Puccini's not that far away, when I want a good meal I'll visit them and when I want mall pizza I'll actually go to the mall.

We enjoy this quick New York style pizza dive. Either walk up to the bar front and order by the slice or order a full pie. Either way you'll enjoy the pizza!

While the New York style pizza was passable, I wasn't impressed with the way the employee behind the counter was handling money and preparing food with out the use of gloves or hand washing. On the plus side, it was cheap. Some friends swear by Bella, I found it to be on the greasy side and will be not eating hear again.

The made-to-order calzones are delicious and we really enjoy ordering takeout. However, each time we've visited for dine-in or carryout, the tables appear to need cleaning. Also, when dining in, food is served on very thin paper plates that quickly shred durme to grease and steam from the hot food. Not so tasty picking paper apart from a fork full of food.

I have to agree with hygiene issue from other posts, not good. If you are gonna have lousy cleanliness make the food in back where customers can't see as ignorance is bliss having worked in restaurant industry. The sign on front says taste the independent pizza difference while I did like my slice prob the owner should prob do some training. Store itself was clean though and food was cooked before I ate It a few days ago so, still alive as of this post.

Like the first reviewer said this place reminds you of the Mall Pizza places. However the pizza tasted substantially better, something about the cheese at Luca's always tasted off to me but I didn't get that with this pizza. It seemed like they were using real sausage not the typical dog food pebble looking sausage most chains use. The combinations of pizzas they offer seem pretty interesting and the one we ordered was good. Overall it is worth a try if you are in the area and for us we will order from them more often for our pizza night.

First time at any Bella Pizzeria. When you walk in it brings to mind the cardboard pizza from Luca Pizza and Sbarro Pizza, we almost left because of that. Glad we decided to give it a try. They were very friendly. They explained the different pizzas and bread sticks available plus calzones. We chose the double pepperoni, sausage and cheese stuffed pizza and stuffed bread sticks. Gotta say it was all really good. I think we spent around 14$ for two of us to eat and we were both totally full. Don't know about the service at the other Bella Pizza places, reviews aren't great, but this one is! We plan on bring friend to give it a try very soon.

Eh, it's okay. The pizza is nothing special. The prices are pretty good. You order pizza by the slice at the counter. One slice is actually the size of two normal slices. I got a combo of a slice of pizza, breadsticks and a soda and I also bought a chocolate chip cookie. For my slice, I ordered stuffed meat pizza. The stuffed pizza had too much crust. It seemed like I was eating crust forever before I broke though to the meat and cheese. The breadsticks were alright. The cookie was good. It tasted fresh and it was enormous, like a mini-frisbee. The staff was friendly. Bella has two large TV's if you want to watch sports while you eat.

Been here a bunch of times. Really good pizza. Foldable crust. Sauce is not too sweet. Best cheese pizza I've had in Indy. XL cheese is about $16. This pizza does not travel well. Way better in the restaurant than when you carry it home.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
