Wow we found a great Taiwanese restaurant in Indy! This is my new favorite Asian restaurant in the city. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Beef Noodle Soup (Niu Rou Mian), the pork dumplings (xiao long bao) and the minced pork noodle dish (Sa Chang Mian). All three were excellent. I can't wait to come back to try more of their menu. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

It's really good authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food. We ordered a lot of food to try: Soup dumplings - good but not great (thick) Pork slices with smoked bean curd/tofu? - so good! Hand cut noodles with eggs and onions - really good Beef noodle soup - good!! More hand cut noodles, tender beef Braised pork belly - really good and tender with strong star anise flavor. No alcohol served currently. Drinks in fridge by counter. Really small place. Nice service as she helped me pick out all the dishes.

You must try their beef noodle! It's the best beef noodle which I have tried in the US. Their black tea is awesome as well!

I'm no Asian food connoisseur but I know what I like. This place provides great food, at a very reasonable price, and extremely friendly service. Grace, the owner, is a sweetheart and should win an award for excellent customer service. The only challenge with it is the location. If you're not familiar with 96th/Keystone intersection it's in the southwest quad behind the Marathon station. Once you find it, don't let go!

It is nice to find this place offers my 'comfort' food. The knife cut noodle felt like it's made with care just like Italian fresh pasta. I ordered a fried chicken plate with rice for myself but my kids fought to eat most of the plate since it was delicious. The food here is authentic chinese. We'll be back soon to explore other dishes.

Dine-in, carry-out, and delivery up to 3 miles. Delivery fee is $2. Get this: ONLINE ORDERING. Nice website. Just opened Dec 10, 2013. Coupons are/were in this week's (Dec 29 - Jan 3) "Buyer's Edge" flyer with the Marsh/Kroger ads that came in the mail. Look on the back of the Papa John's ad/coupons. Haver Way is the frontage road that runs along the west side of Keystone. So this place is essentially 96th and Keystone. Turn like you're going in to the Marathon Station, and it's in that strip mall just to the West. Same strip as Swagat and Asia Mart. The menu is mainly Chinese, with sushi and other Japanese items. There are a few Pad Thai items but I would not call this a Thai restaurant. See online menu.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
