I may have got this place on a good day because the line was short, food was quick and very hot. The place was super clean looking and the employees were nice. So for fast food this was a five in my book.

Horrible service!! Waited in line for over 20 minutes then food took another 15 minutes!!! I don't know what's going on here but it needs some serious help. Their was a lot of customers waiting to order and to get their food. I would of just left but it was the only place to eat at this rest stop. I would of given this place negative stars if I could!! I've been to plenty of Hardee's never had an experience like this!!! I'm calling corporate!!!

Well it's hot and fresh but not like the photo. LOL well is they any restaurant that makes their food like the picture on the menu? I think not. Well it's fast food and it is fresh so I'm not complaining.

First time to eat at a Hardee's restaurant. Had the El Diablo Chicken sandwich and it was great! If you like spicy I highly recommend it!

Stopped here on the way to Cleveland. I had never had Hardee's so I thought I would give it a try. I got the #1 combo. Hardee's is pretty much like any other fast food place. I don't usually like eating like this but while on a road trip it is fun to do. The burger was huge and greasy and the fries were like any other fast food place. If those are the qualities you are looking for then you won't be disappointed with Hardee's.

I feel like there are very few Hardee's left, and most of them are along a highway. They aren't my favorite burger place, nor are they my most hated. The burgers are fairly juicy for a fast food burger. The mushroom Swiss burger is pretty tasty. The fries and burgers at this place were at least hot. However, the bacon cheddar fries were far too salty- I love cheese fries, but I would never order these again! In terms of the location, I think we were the only people there not wearing camo. We felt a bit out of place!

Service was horrible. Dirty and unkempt. Flies were on the fries. Won't eat there again. Don't recommend that anyone else does either.

Consumers need to be aware. Do not use a debit card. They charged me 68.00 for a breakfast sand, pull a parts, and hash browns. They didn't give me a receipt only a plastic number.

There are not many Hardee's around anymore so it's been a while since I've had it. I've always heard the Frisco burger was good so I got that. It was big and filling which was great because I didn't want to have to stop too often on my trip. The fries were good and crispy. Overall, it's a greasy fast food restaurant. You pretty much know what you're getting. Service was okay. If you're going to get food here, I would probably get it to go. I've seen worse rest stops, but this one was pretty sparse and uninviting.

Actually not bad. I initially thought, how barren. But of course it was right off the highway. I actually thought it was really good. The burger was GINORMOUS and the fries were done just right. The staff was pretty good and of course, when I tipped the girl (who by the way was also the cashier) because she also brought our food to our table when it was ready, she said: "no you don't have to tip" and I told her, you guys can accept tips right? And she said yes, that's when i told her, good service deserves good tips. She just smiled as if no one really tips them. But she deserved it, she gave us good service and also with a smile so why not.

Ohh Hardee's, we have had such a long-going affair spanning nearly a quarter century... the Frisco burger was probably my favorite sandwich anywhere as a child, and a special treat seeing as there was no hardees anywhere near home. Either my tastebuds have changed or the recipe did; its still a good heart attack in a basket, but its not the legend I remember it being.

Indiana frightened me. it really did. the drive through could not go fast enough. We had to stop and ended up in Howe at this Hardees. The people creeped me out. The people at the Red Burrito had no idea what they were doing and the food sucked - except for the beans - liked the beans. But that's it. if you ever find yourself here, just turn around and run.
