Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I used to hate this place but I ate there tonight and it was good. The crab Rangoon was some of the best I've had in a long time. The general tsow (don't judge the spelling lol) was acceptable and the chicken fried rice was okay as well. If you have other options I would say go there but if this is where you're stuck you could be worse off.

My favorite local place for take-out Chinese! They always give you hearty portions that last more than one meal, good flavor, quality meats, fresh veggies. Veggie egg rolls, fried rice and war mein are my usual, I love getting their pan-fried noodles side too, as they are hard to find done right (or at all) in many places.

This was my first time here i did take out. i order the shrimp Garlic Sauce. it didn't taste good at all. i also order the shrimp fried rice and was so disappointed most of the rice had burn rice in it. I had the chicken noodle that was the only good thing i had overall big disappointment

Well I finally got the Mrs to try this restaurant, she is particular with her Chinese food. We got there at 5 for an early dinner and it's clean and pretty big, we sat ourselves which is kinda nice. Notice that there are no decorations on the walls and two fish in the fish tank, not that either of those matter but just different then your average Chinese restaurant. Menu is not overwhelming they have a good selection of all your favorite dishes. The combination meals is the way to go. It gives you soup egg roll choice of rice ($2.49 extra for shrimp fried rice) and about 10 different choices for meal for 7.99 and up. Oh and Complimentary tea was provided, we ordered crab ragoons as appetizers which were huge and the best I've ever has, well worth the $4. These guys working and answering the phones were working Non stop it got busy fast. I noticed the owner knew a lot of the Customers and greeted them by first name he was great and made you feel very welcomed. Dinner for two with drink and appetizer and extra food to take home for $26 dollars. When we went to pay we wanted to purchase almond cookies to go he asked how many we said half dozen and didn't even charge us. Great customer service. Food tasted good as well I had shrimp kow, which needed a little more flavor and my wife had sweet and sour chicken which I liked rice was good and egg rolls tasted ok your typical egg roll. I would def recommend this place for its hospitality and Food

I have been here on several occasions, I usually order the sweet and sour pork or the Mongolian chicken both dishes are excellent. The egg rolls are very good but I have never really had a bad egg roll. The service is unbelievable I don't know how but the owner(Pete) and the waitresses remember me or at least put on a good act that they do. Great food and great service

Good food at a good price. Delivery or eat in the quality is always good. Last night I had delivery and everything was good except for the fried won tons which crumbled as soon as you bit into them. Otherwise a great meal.

Probably the best Chinese I've found anywhere. I now live in Phoenix, and when I return home it is the first place I go back to. I need Peter to open a place here in Phoenix. There is no good Chinese in this entire city.

This is the best Chinese food in the whole area! The service is very quick and the hospitality is wonderful! I have had the sesame and sweet and sour chicken which was very very good! I also order the kun pow beef a lot which is also another great dish! Every time I have been there it all has been so fresh and good! I just ordered out so this will be my 12th time eating with them!

I ordered from here because my normal Chinese delivery place was overloaded with orders and understaffed tonight. After reading all the good reviews here i gave it a try, and maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I won't be back. The delivery was quick and the phone staff very nice. However the food was not very good IMO. We ordered orange chicken, lo mein and egg rolls. Now the egg rolls were delicious and the best part of the meal. The orange chicken wasn't very flavorful and kind of mushy and the coating too moist. The fried rice wasn't very flavorful either and looked like the fried rice you get at the mall chain chinese places. The lo mein was not for me, I just didn't like it at all for some reason. I probably won't order here again.

One of my favorite sit down Chinese spots. The food is pretty good, I usually get the won ton soup and beef & broccoli. The prices are very reasonable and Peter is super sweet!! Love it
