I thought I'd bypass Wendy's dollar menu and go three blocks west on 45th Ave for a bowl of chili from Highland Gyros. Boy, did I make a mistake. For $3, I got a thimble-ful of brown mush that looked like it just came out of the toilet. No meat, no beans, no onions, no flavor. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Although they used to serve a good gyro, the one I had today was about half the size of what it used to be, but the price was the same. There was hardly any meat and the sandwich was not tasty. Is there a new

The food here is pretty yummy. I like the gyro plate it's fresh and very filling. They also have alot of other meals that are relatively cheap and taste great. Food comes up fast and the staff there are very friendly. Also they are kid friendly and have booster seat and high chair.

Have tried them before, even worked there back when it was Miami Subs. Hugely disappointed this time. They must have recently raised prices because their menu board didn't match their online menu off their website. They made two items in my order wrong. Had to go inside after sitting in drive thru forever to get it fixed. By the time they fixed my order, my fries were soggy and cold and no replacements were offered. The girl behind counter seemed clueless. It was so expensive too! $36 for mediocre sandwiches and soggy fries. I wish I had just driven a little further to Munster Gyro or Pops instead. It's just disappointing to splurge sometimes for your family and not be happy at the end of an overpriced meal:(

Middle of the road gyro place. I would rather pay the extra 2 or three bucks and go to munster where greatness awaits.

I had to wait 10min for 2 gyros and a very very sad cheese burger, the gyros were small with little sauce. I was a little frustrated, considering I was the ONLY customer. My order was wrong, which I found out once I arrived at my location. This place has barely average food with Chicago prices, i wasnt expecting my order to be $23. I wanted to go over it, but they didnt give me a recipe. ... or napkins. My mom lives in NW IN, and I visit, but I wont be going there anymore.

I work down the street, so I eat from here pretty often. I have never been disappointed, I try new stuff all the time. Their lemon rice soup, and chicken pita are just two of my favorite things. The line in the drive-thru can get pretty long, but its worth it. The ladies are super nice and the food is always fresh. Its also decently priced.

Got a pork tenderloin, it was done well and the bun was toasted perfectly. Now for the slide downhill. The lettuce was wilted, I got it with pickles, not A pickle folks, really. I'm willing to bet there is a valve that lets you change the oil in your french fryer, those had to be the grossest fries I've ever had.

Got a gyro plate from here (a few times now) and it was cheap and full of meat!!! It was fantastic! This is definitely our new gyro place.
