Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

The original and still best of all the locations. My family immigrated to an area near this place many years ago and, despite the fact that the area has changed drastically over the years and we have since moved away, we try to order from here every so often despite the 20-30 minute drive. The ingredients are always tasty and the pizza is always cooked just right. There is just something about this place that makes you come back time and again. Thin crust pizza done correctly for a long time with superior customer service.

I have lived down the street for years and never knew about this great pizza place. I have been at least 10 times in the last 6 months. Great place, great pizza, great customer service. This is a must try.

Found a hair in my pizza, service was awful, taste of the pizza was mediocre especially for the price. Will never go back again, and have tried them twice.

State Line is that corner pizza place that we all want to have and say we love it. It's just hits every mark to be that. It's not up on itself stating best pizza in town or voted #1 like other places do. They make great thin crust pizza that even the crust is amazing. Their sandwiches are nothing out of this world but, they are a pizza place not a sandwich shop. Like going to steakhouse for fish.

I tend to get tired of Beggar's Pizza and Italian Fiesta all the time and wanted something different and came across this place here on Yelp. This pizza is GOOD! Right amount of sauce and they aren't stingy on the cheese, it's so gooey, the crust-everything about is just good and they good coupons! I've found my new pizza place!!

A little pricey but delicious pizza!! The service is great and the staff is super friendly.

By far the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. The crust is nice and crispy and they add just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I usually get a small pepperoni. However, the sausage is just as good and probably some of the best out here. The prices are a bit high, but compared to everything else it's worth it. Also, the service and efficiency had always been great!

usually order once a month, but just recently ordered a family pizza and it was so greasy that you could taste the grease and made my husband and I both sick. Don't know if I will go back

Top-notch pizza: tasty sauce, plenty of cheese, crispy crust, and that fantastic Chicago-style sausage (I spent 18 years in NY/NJ area, the pizza sausage there is different, and far inferior). And if you just want that small hit of pizza, you can buy a slice and drink for $3.50 ($3.00 without drink). I'd like the prices on the full-size pizzas to be lower, but for the quality it's hard to complain too much. I can't think of a place in the region with better thin crust.

Best Pizza around very good food I come here 3 or 4 times a month quality is always high never a bad meal!

Not the biggest fan of thin crust, but I must say this was pretty good. The service was quick, they were all very polite and attentive. They don't compare in price to the chain's I could have gotten 2 pizzas from pizza hut for what I paid for one...the taste wouldn't compare. I'm sure I'll go back.

The pizza was excellent with lots of sauce and cheeezze..

The original location and probably the best as far as the pizza goes. I don't think they are a sit down restaurant like the one in Schererville, but they are one of the best choices when choosing delivery in Hammond. That's saying alot actually too, because I have lived here my whole life and there are some pretty good places around.

Order about 2 times a month. Really good thin crust pizza. Never tried anything else but spinach, and mushroom pizza. They are prompt with delivery, as well as, when you call they already know who you are, where you live, and you don't have to go through identifiying yourself time and time again. Good Choice.
