Had dinner, group of 4, calamari appetizer was good, plus a lot of calamari and two sauses. Had lake perch - seemed to be overcooked and was not hot when delivered. The others had ravoilli which seemed to be good, fried shimp which was good. Shrimp were of good size. The final person had white fish, which seemed to be good. A four piece band played during dinner (Friday nite) it was good, but too loud. Drinks were expensive, $6 for a Gumball draft beer, $7 for house wine. The restaurant was not busy at all, only 4-5 tables being used. The building is very beautiful and extremely clean. A view of the golf course was nice. You can also look at the BP Refinery off to the east. Luckily you can't smell it.

Although the facility was very nice with view. The service was not on par by any means. I have golfed at this course a few times but have yet to eat in the newly remodeled clubhouse. Unfortunately, my experience was not that great. My guest and I ordered the filet mignon, which was 22$ with no side so we also ordered the double baked potato which also 5$...our waitress seemed to be working some banquet function while also trying to juggle our table in the dining area. Needless to say, the server was horrible I never received a glass of water...and debated walking up to the bar to get a second drink. Filet was served on top of a bed of lettuce as a garnishment which was odd. I would recommend any couple ready to spend 80-100$ on a steak meal find a different local location. Cheers!

Burgers, Dogs, and Wings for dinner was perfect. Not crowded and excellent service. Dinner menu had excellent selection to choose from. Relaxed and cozy atmosphere.

It's not fancy food, at least the lunch fare--it's exactly what I'd expect for lunch at a golf course: wraps, burgers, sammiches, fries. The chicken wrap was very good, and fresh. They let us sub sweet potato fries for the regular fries. The SP fries were of the pre-bought variety, but also of the delicious variety. I wanted an Arnold Palmer (my fave summer drink, but also appropriate for a golf course), but the lemonade was Countrytime (or similar) and I couldn't do that, so stuck to water. The patio was nice, although it got super windy by the end of lunch and wasn't actually so pleasant. My friend, who's been there before, warned me the service wasn't speedy, but we were pleasantly surprised with decently quick preparation of our food. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Obviously there's plenty of parking, so it's convenient.

It's been a while, but I came back and tried their 1/2 lb Kobe burger. I had it medium, and it was a good and succulent burger. I enjoyed the meal but have to say it was overpriced at $15. My colleague had Cajun chicken linguine, and liked the chicken, but the pasta had too many onions in it.

Had an amzing dinner here with my wife over the holidays. they had some live music, and acoustic act. he was very good and entertaining. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We will be back for sure. Loved the waterfall wall you see when walking up the stairs. Awesome.

My mom and I ate here and had calamari and tiramisu. The food and service was nice and friendly. The entertainment of television, golf course scenery, and balcony view from inside is a nice chance to enjoy a meal elegantly. The aroma of the food is good and the place is outstanding in the hidden parts of Whiting, IN

Ridiculous. We had a 1:00 reservation for 18 people. Ordered by 1:20 and food started coming out a 2:30. Apps for 1/3 of the people. Then meals come for some of the others, by the time some were done eating others did not even get there initial appetizers. The management let the poor waiter deal with what was going on and it was so not his fault. We inquired a few times about the apps...finally got there after another 45 minutes and had to wait even longer for the meals. Final meal was served after 3:00. Really? They waiter apologized and told us a few times "we only have 1 cook today". The manager was at the bar on numerous occasions and didn't even have the common decency to stop by our table and say anything. We're very understanding people but the lack of concern or care was ridiculous. They could care less. The food was decent but really? They need to learn how to manage customer service. Just so not acceptable for them not to address what was going on. It's a shame because it's such a beautiful facility.
