Pizza in Hammond and Munster IN is excellent! I have also had Aurelio's in Tinley, Homewood and Bradley and all are very good pizza. I had the Hammond lunch buffet a few times and for the price, you just can't beat it. The place is clean, friendly and great service. We had no wait time on pizzas hitting the buffet which was good. Atmosphere is casual dining and the staff was all very friendly, I will be back!

We came for my nieces birthday. We ordered 2 appetizer platters, 3 orders of fries, a stuffed cheese pizza, sausage mushroom thin crust and pepperoni thin crust pizzas. Appetizers were okay, nothing special. A few us felt the pizza was greasy and undercooked. This is how I like my thin crust pizza, but the crust was so soggy and mushy. Definitely was disappointed!

The lady who took my order was nice, but the pizza Itself was not the best. I tried aurelios in south holland which tasted better than this one for some strange reason. It had a slightly different taste to the pizza. The hot wings are the same which are great.

Very good pizza with super friendly staff. I get this pizza virtually once a week, and it consistantly beats out others in the area. Plus, they are constantly putting coupons in the newspaper... BONUS!

Aurelio's in general is a landmark in this area. They've got locations all over the place and seem to be pretty consistent when it comes to quality. This particular Aurelio's is pretty good I have to say. I've been here a couple times for their lunch buffet and haven't really been disappointed yet. The food is always fresh and hot. There's no wait to be seated and the price is right for lunch. I will say that they seem to be grossly understaffed. As I said, I've visited during lunch time and the place was packed. I don't remember seeing an empty table anywhere in the restaurant. I also don't remember seeing more than one waitiress taking care of the whole place. Both times I was there I ended up having to wait for my bill. One of the times, I got tired of waiting and just walked up to the pick up window and had one of the other employees ring me up. I understand its a buffet and if you have no intention of coming back to the table to check on the customers then just leave the bill on your first visit. Overall though, good food and fast if you're looking for a quick lunch.

Wonderful service, tasty pizza & very generous spinach salads. The atmosphere is relaxed & the tvs were at a volume we could have a conversation. Plenty of parking.

Not my favorite pizza. It's ok. The salads are huge. The service is not so good. When your server drops off two pitchers of soda when bringing your drinks out that's a pretty good sign that she would like to make as few trips to your table as possible. And my kids, who love any and all pizza, were not interested.

There is no better pizza on this earth. The atmosphere at this particular one is not the best - but it works. And the pizza is Aurelios!!!

Got to this restaurant about 35 minutes before they closed, got a pitcher of beer ($8) and a stuffed pizza ($17) which I thought was pricey for a pizza. The restaurant was a bit trashy, but what can you expect from a pizza joint right off the freeway? Pizza was alright, not bad not great. The waitress was abrupt and not very attentive, and made sure to let us know she was closing when she placed a vacuum at the table beside ours.

5 stars from the people I work with. They love this place and everything they serve. They talk about going there for lunch every day. Minus one star from me - I don't really care for pizza and they don't have a lot else.

To some, Aurelio's is the best pizza in Hammond, IN., but to me it's second best. I'm still a Barton's man myself and always will be. Aurelio's is far superior to it's South Hammond competitors that get much undeserved credit. Their pizza is delicious. Their toppings are all good and fresh. They have a nice little room in the back for small parties. Their salad bar is great. They have a cozy bar area. They have some video games, unfortunately once upom a time they had "Toobin'" but got rid of it years ago.. oh well. There's a nice varitized jukebox, and little jukeboxes at the booths along the wall, at least I think they are still there.. I hope.. I haven't looked. It's pretty affordable and tastes great so why not go and enjoy. For delivery, they are awesome too. My family enjoys collecting their shields.
