Great food... great service!. The baby back ribs are delicious... meat falls off the bone and sauce is sweet and Smokey.

The staff is very friendly and the service was quick but the food was not worth the price. We had to have the ribs comped for being too dry, which the manager was very nice about. We probably won't be returning to a Logan's anytime soon.

Update: I was contacted by the management of this location asking for me to "give them another chance". Reluctantly I agreed. This Mgr. said they would e-mail some vouchers over. Guess what? They couldn't even get that right. Vouchers never arrived it's been over 2 weeks.

I consider this place to be a step up from Texas Roadhouse, but not *quite* as good as Outback. The kitchen was a bit off when it came to timing this past visit. The salads came out first (which may have been server error) and then the appetizer came out a few minutes later and our food pretty directly after that. So to prevent our entrees from getting cold we ate them. But nachos don't reheat well so trying to take the remainder of our appetizer home was a waste. Next time we'll make sure the server gets the app order when they take the drink order. I have a feeling everything went in at once to the kitchen.

I love it. They serve all the things i need for a good meal at this place on the cheap 1. Steak 2. Potatoes 3. Corn 4. Rolls Whats not to love. Don't over complicate this yelp world. Good starchy food, friendly environment. I'm in, and so should you.

Trying to order take out just now and I was put on hold for over ten minutes - I gave up. I couldn't even enjoy the hold music because it was crackly and kept cutting in and out. Going to find someplace else for dinner tonight. Bummer.

I have been to the most expensive steak places in town, and for your money Logan's is really top notch. I am not a chain diner, at all! But I do love this place. They send me $5 off $20 and buy one get one coupons via email all the time and you can't beat it. I never get anything other than the 8 oz sirlion cook medium rare. It is always a perfectly cooked decious thick cut steak! I get a baked potato and salad and they bring you rolls till you can't move. I know, I know...LOGANS? But you are a yelper! Believe me, it is fantastic each time I go. I have gotten a few other things and they are never as good as that 8 oz sirlion. Nothing over medium rare though! I have seen the medium cook steak and it is not the thick cut I like. Try it for yourself!

This was a spontaneous last minute dinner idea, and my mother's treat - so I can't comment on pricing, but menu prices looked standard for these types of steak chains. The service was outstanding, I wish I could remember our server's name. We dined May 1st after going to mall and before seeing the Avengers at the Greenwood theater because my mother flew into town and unexpectedly asked if we had time to join her and my sister for dinner. (The movie started at 8pm, so the male server would have been working at 7pm.) We were able to eat a steak dinner in time to see the movie, thanks to the outstanding efficiency of the server. (My mother and sister stayed.) Service was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and outstanding. Food came out perfectly prepared and was tasty. I had never dined at a Logan's before (even though there's one near my house), and I was impressed with the menu's variety. I recommend for family get-togethers and dining after Greenwood mall trips and movies. Very pleased with timing, service and enjoyment factors.

We were disappointed to realize the beer price went up and when we asked about the 2 for 14.99 special, we were told it is still available but they don't pass out the menus.

We always have a consistently pleasant experience when dining at this Logan's Roadhouse. The atmosphere is upbeat, but the music isn't loud at all, which I find to be rare for similar restaurants (e.g. Texas Steakhouse blasting country music). The wait staff are attentive and positive, and seek to make your experience fun. Our waitress was especially nice to our small children, despite our large party on a busy Father's Day. The rolls are awesome - we always pack up 3-4 in a to go box when we leave. I'm not a steak connoisseur, but I have not experienced any problems with my food at Logan's. I switched it up and got the breaded buttermilk chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy - sooooo good. The serving size was so big that I saved half of it for later. My Coke with grenadine was mixed just right. Our large family party had a great time and we felt well taken care of on this particular visit to Logan's.

Not a good experience. My birthday and guess what? They totally messed this up. Steak was undercooked. Sent it back but waiter picked it up with his fingers. OMG, I have no immune system due to meds. I could not take this food or eat it even if I wanted to Waiter thought they would cook a new one but they tried to pass the same steak back on me and I kindly refused. Was not really too upset with waiter until he came back and got aggressive with me. He was angry because I had told his manager that he had pick up the previous steak with his fingers (have witnesses). He was a young and nasty with me. He said he thought they would give me a new steak. Haw! none of the places I have been at have ever done that. I understand he is young but his lack of responsibility for his mistake was a real issue for me. He came back to the table and grabled the silverwear in front of me, stating it was not his fault they did not give me a new steak. Since I had no food, my spouse and I were sharing his food. He dropped my knife on my white pants and stained them. My family gave excuses for him, I won,t because he did not accept responsibility for his mistake. He is JERK. Will never go to Logans again. You can take a price tag off but you can not redo a first impression!

Second time here and second visit is what kept me.The bacon cheddar cheese burger is amazing !! It's a bacon cheeseburger with basically a fired cheddar cheese party that just melts in your mouth. It's $10 but worth it. You can't have a good restaurant experience with out the drink. The first time I dined in a had a Mimosa that I loved !!! My he second time the waiter recommended the moonshine sampler. You can choose 4 different types for $7.00 best sampler I ever had. Me and my date shared the sampler which gave us two drinks for $3.50 good size too. I have to say the first time was mediocre but me and my date seen that burger the last time and had to try it. Now I will be a repeat customer. The manager on duty both times came to the table to check on us and that is another reason I will continue to visit. It definitely shows you care.

If your looking for a good deal & great food to match, than this is YOUR place! My favorite is the baked potato soup with the house salad, Not to forgotten their signature rolls that melt in your mouth, with a side of butter for dipping. I always order extra rolls to go. I love the rodeo look & the peanuts are good as well. I also like the ribs they are very meaty, however the last time I went my friend & I ate some and they had a lot of fat on them. So the manager gave us both a full refund. This was the first time I ever experienced myself. No matter what time you decide to stop in they always seem to have a deal or special. So you don't have to worry about going only at lunch or vice versa. I'm a true patron of this place and I'm almost always pleased with there food. I love the house dressing which is for the salads there. I know where I will be headed back to when I get a special craving.

Honestly, I didn't expect much from Logan's but I got a gift card for Christmas and decided to use it. I was pleasantly surprised. First off, our server, Sue, did a great job keeping drinks full and bringing us whatever we needed. I had the 8 ounce sirlion, cooked medium, with a mushroom skewer and caesar salad. All of it was good. The sirloin was well spiced and cooked perfectly. A bit tough but that should be expected with a sirloin. My son had the fried cheese bacon burger. I wasn't sure there was a way to make a bacon cheeseburger less healthy but they figured it out. However, it was our choice to get one and it was very good! My other son had the chicken tender dinner which he thought was very good. While I didn't order fries, I did "sample" a few from the kids' plates. They were really good. Fried and seasoned perfectly. Including tax and tip, it was about $50 and was really pretty good for that price. We'll go back.

I have been to this Logan's a few times, but the last few times were wonderful. They have this deal where you get an appetizer, two meals with two sides, and a dessert....all for $20.00. My wife and I always get the chopped steak, onion pedals, and cheese cake. Its really good. More food than one person can eat! The best time to go is for a late lunch or really early supper. Outside of that, you will have to wait in line.

I don't know how the other people here lucked out. This was our worst dining experience ever. Maybe it was the waitress and cook's first day? There was a long wait, then a longer wait for the waitress to get our drink order. The drinks came all wrong. Some had no drinks, other received a white wine instead of a red, and on. Some salads came out, others did not. My salad was not how I ordered it. The steaks were all cooked wrong and 3 people did not even eat their steaks because they were so bad (after 1 bite.) We didn't even ask for a box for the dog. Nothing was offered to correct it; the waitress just took the plates. Then we just wanted to get our bills, and of course, they were all wrong too. There were only 2 bills, and we explained 3 times how to split them (2 on 1 bill, 4 on the other - they were split 3 and 3.) So, being the lone vegetarian who only drank water, having to pay some someone else's filet and wine just topped it all off. It all ended with a bunch of family members trying to be nice and not make a big deal about the bill but everyone left with bad feelings. I usually always tip 20% or more, but I cannot condone a place that charges $30 for a steak and won't even assure it is done right or the customer is happy with it. Complete disaster.

Pretty disappointed in the last couple of trips here. Incorrect sides were served both times and one the ordered appetizer was never delivered. The meat quality is sinking as well. I ordered an sirloin last time and it was barely recognizable. However, the service and food has been very good in the past, so I haven't written them off quite yet.

They have good deals on food. They have peanuts to eat while you wait. (And that might be a while). They have onion pedals which are good as an appetizer. It's located outside the mall. It's usually quite busy.

Very much like a Texas Roadhouse but not quite as satisfying when you have that "I need red meat and high carb starchy sides NOW!!!" craving. They do have cute little shot sized desserts that come in souvenir Logan's buckets, the peanut butter one with chocolate fudge was well worth the $1.99. They did not have any form of a blooming-cactus-blossom-onion thingy, only onion petals..
