Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

After first admitting that Greenfield is a fast food chain mecca, the best you can do when you happen to be working/visiting/traveling through this town is pick the best of the chains. This Qdoba is a very nice alternative to the burger and french fry meal. The dining area is very clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful Service was quick but not rushed. My Ancho Veggie burrito was excellent, filled with quality ingredients. The guacamole was fresh and good. My only issue was that nearly every Cholula bottle was almost empty....seriously, out of nearly a dozen bottles that were in the rack or on the counter I found one that had more than 1/4 inch of Cholula. Either the good folks of Greenfield really love their Cholula or the bottles never get refilled.

I tried to think of this as a slightly fancier Chipotle, but it never really worked for me (that thought, or this place.) It's an assembly line, so it's similar. Ingredients are fairly similar. They're trying for a more upscale selection of items, but I wasn't impressed. The decor is fancier, I guess; Chipotle goes for "industrial chic" and this is more, well, elegant isn't the word, but less industrial. But meh. I had a spicy mango smothered burrito with shredded beef and jalapeno salsa. No one ingredient let me down, but they did not blend into anything amazing. I left half of the burrito. I also got guac and chips. The guacamole was fine, if uninspired. Fresh, anyway. The chips were okay. I doubt I'll go back, to any Qdoba. I've never made it to the ones in my town, and there are other options around here. It's just not that interesting. Oh, and service was gruff, the bathrooms are small and odd, and the Coke machine would let you add cherry to Dr. Pepper but not to Coke. Weird.

Great place, has its up and downs every time that I would come in. There would be plenty of times when I would want to try the seafood salad mixture and they always seemed to be out. Whenever I would order a specialty sandwich (slaw sandwich) they would either be low on ingredients or not have any available. This place is currently closed due to not paying their taxes at this location. Hope they come back soon. I will add a star when the location is available again.

Food all sorta tasted the same. . . Nothing looked that fresh. Customer service was below average. No smiles- the staff looked miserable to be there. We were rung up before we could even finish ordering. I gave it two stars because it was what I expected from a fast food chain and because it filled me up and I didn't get food poisoning. . .

Depending on what time you go eat there seems to determine if it will be a good or bad experience. If you go early in the morning for breakfast its usually fast, fresh, and tasty. Go during lunch or dinner expect to have to clean your own table to set down.

Very clean location. Easy to get to from the highway. Breakfast service was very fast and friendly. And they have a Coke Freestyle machine, which I love.

Clean, nice place to stop for a quick bite. Love Qdoba as an alternative to fast food!

It's a Qdoba. And it's good for a Qdoba. The place is always spotless and the staff are quick, accurate, and friendly. You can do three soft pork tacos (no cheese) for under 500 calories, which is (as others pointed out) pretty hard to do on SR 9 in Greenfield at any other location.

As Missi points out there are few good options for food here, and this likely the healthier choice. The staff is great and the place seems clean every time I'm in there. So given a choice eating out in Greenfield this is probably the least likely to cause progression of your heart disease (assuming you make wise choices!).
