they advertise "hot and ready" but what they really mean is hour old pizza at a discount. My wife grabbed a hot and ready on the way home one night and when we opened it up the cheese was so old it was stiff. We called them to express our displeasure and they didnt seem to care. They did offer to exchange the pizza if we came back, which we did, only to have to wait 20 minutes while they make a new hot and "ready" pizza for us.

Went there to get a few "hot-n-ready" pizzas and some breadsticks and cheese. We ended up waiting in the tiny waiting area for nearly 35 minutes, which totally defeats the purpose of going there. Let's face it, the pizza isn't as good as the other pizza chains, but we sacrifice a little bit of quality in order to just show up and grab some pizza. There was a lot of people waiting in the store and we could all hear the workers in the back arguing with the gentleman in the front, who was just trying to get the orders together. Finally our order came and we left. When we got home there was cheese all over everything because the lid wasn't all the way on one of the cheese containers. We had to clean up everything because it was all over the breadstick bags, garlic sauce, and the cheese containers. I don't think I would go back
