It's a Cracker Barrel! The food tastes the same as any other Cracker Barrel restaurant and the service is just as good. The wait staff is always efficient and friendly. This one gets pretty busy on the weekends, however, I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes during weekend breakfast/brunch rush. Since it is a chain - there isn't anything super amazing I feel the need to recommend. The only non-breakfast item I've tried is the Chicken and Dumplings and it's also good! I typically get the "Good Morning" breakfast platter from the "Wholesome Fixin's" menu - it's all breakfasts under 500 calories. Overall I'm giving them a four star review not because it's four star level food - but because it does a four star level job at serving what you'd expect from a chain breakfast restaurant prompt and hot!

Definitely caters to an older crowd. It's pretty standard diner fare. Not as greasy as some of the other places I have to endure while in the midwest. My grandparents and I went here and it's one of their favorite places. The waitress was nice and accommodated my substitution of bacon for fruit. I got the eggs in the basket which is eggs fried in bread. It was good, not over-buttered or under seasoned and hashbrowns with onions. Beware of the hashbrown casserole which is not vegetarian. The gift shop is nice and has a variety of odds and ends.

I have been going to Fort Wayne Indiana for business . I ate at the Cracker Barrel on Washington Center R. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful. The first time I had the sampler dinner . My next trip down there I had to stop again .This time I had the roast beef . It was as good as homemade . I return to Ft Wayne next week and plan on stopping again. My friend was with me last time and had the cheeseburger meal and said it was great . Both time our waitresses were friendly and attentive. Even the people in the store were very friendly and greeted us the moment we walked in.

Cracker Barrel is not my kind of restaurant, but I have to give it three stars because it is fine for what it is, and it gives the diners who come here what they want. It's just not really what I want. The thing that amazes me most is the prices. Everything is so cheap for the huge portions you get! However, Cracker Barrel doesn't care about vegetarians at all, and the food is all pretty bland. Country music is always playing. I thought the cheesy hash browns sounded tasty, but they have very little flavor. My country-style, bland-food loving family and friends can continue to drag me here, because I enjoy their company, but it's not going to be a choice of mine.

What a maze to get through the gift shop to the hostess and actual dining area. Once we found her, she sat us at the closest table to the entrance, as if she didn't want to travel very far. Oh well, no complaints because out server came and took our order quickly and it looks (and tastes!) delicious. Gift shop has a variety of items ranging from Halloween to Christmas, but doesn't skip over Thanksgiving. Typical vintage Cracker Barrel-esque items as well such as kitschy candies and Duck Dynasty items as well.

Good food, good service in the dining and check out area. Workers in the store are too pushy to the point of obnoxious.

Food was excellent, fresh & was brought to us shortly after we were seated. They were extremely busy, but our waitress was attentive & friendly. I would definitely go back to eat there.

About this place. It is a walk thru the store into a restaurant. Always crowd. It makes me dizzy. This time they were so busy (Sunday morning), we ended up waiting for 15 minutes. My family waited inside. But I went outside because of a low light and many moving people made my very dizzy. Here are expensive snacks. Cashier did not know how to cancel transaction. But there are really tasty canned and home made food for sale. The restaurant has nice decor inside and outside, like in 1920-1950th. The food was OK. But not what I usually eat in the morning. The portions of sausage patties were small. like a silver dollar. :) The gravy was not tasty or salty at all. Biscuits were OK, but I prefer these be baked longer. I also had a fried apple. Be ready that they are very sweet. I went there just because of my family, otherwise I am not going to be back. The menu is for people who like farm food from twenties or so. The service was Good though.

I came here on a Monday night for a late dinner. It was my first time ever at a Cracker Barrel, and I had a great experience. It was after 8 PM, so it was not crowded at all. Our waitress was really nice, and she made a few recommendations, one of which was not actually on the menu (Grandma's Sampler), so I decided to try it. The maple pancakes were amazing. My friend normally doesn't like sweet dishes like pancakes, but he couldn't get enough of these. I also tried my friend's order, and I really liked the mac & cheese and the hashbrown casserole. The manager later came and gave us a bag of treats since it was our first time there. That definitely added a nice touch to my experience. I would definitely recommend this place. It's obviously not a fancy restaurant or anything, but it is a great place to go if you are just looking for casual dining.

Went for lunch, service was slow and everyone was old in there. To me that usually a bad sign, kind of like going to Home Town Buffet or something(never go there unless you like to eat slop). I waited forever to get food and ended up being late back from lunch for work. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and to my surprise they only had half pound burgers. No frickin wonder us Americans are so damn fat and overweight. Who eats a half pound? I guess everyone but me. I don't usually eat a full slab of cattle for lunch cause "brotha man" gets sleepy eating all that beef at once. I was surprised the didn't have 1/3lb burger or something. I looked at the breakfast menu and they didn't even had a waffle on it! WTF!!! Anyway, I know a lot of people like Cracker Barrel but the only thing good there is the candy in the front store. You can find some old school candy there but that's about it. By the way...I've been to other Cracker Barrels and it was the same thing there too. I just decided enough was enough and I needed to write a review bout this
