So here we go. Just walked in got seated right away things were looking good. But it all fell apart from there. After 10 min and 2 tables getting service that sat down after us. I got up and walked out. No one seemed to care. Won't ever go back there. This place sucks for service.

This is, by far, the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The food is so inconsistent, the times we went, I was afraid to order. However...the worst part of this Bdubs is the STAFF!!! Every time we have ever been here, the service was terrible. Examples: #1) waiting for 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order...ugh! #2) a waitress kept rubbing herself on my husband. (We were there w/kids in family room). You know if it was making my hubby uncomfortable, it's pretty bad. LOL...gross. I will never, ever, ever return to this BWW!!

We're here right now and have been seated for 15 minutes and a waitress hasn't even taken our drink orders yet. I think they've completely forgotten us. At least I don't have to tip now.

Never had an issue at this BWW's. I'm a regular and it never gets old. Their wings are the best in town. I'm always pleased with the service and the food always comes out quick. Their wraps are to die for and the buffalo chips are great!!. It's always a fun time with my family when we visti BWW's. Keep it up!!

The wings are always good, but tonight was a bad service experience. I have served tables in the past and this was not acceptable. The server was pleasant, but didn't do her job as far I was concerned. When taking our order, normally a server will ask if I want an appetizer. Higher the bill, higher the tip, right? I had to ask for it. When the food came, which was good, she came back to check on us and how our food was when we were practically done. I had to flag her down for a refill on my water. When she came back with my water, she brought the bill out and just wanted to turn the table. They were NOT busy at all. I would have had dessert, but didn't want to wait for it since I was feeling pushed out. She just brought the bill and didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything more. On a side note, all of the servers seemed to be more worried about gossiping at the wait stand than serving the customers. I think I will stick with the bar the next time I go.

Went here with two other people for lunch on a Thursday. Overall the food was pretty good (except for the garlic parmesean chicken flatbread, don't get that). Thursdays they have boneless wings for 60 cents. I'd go back again, and it seems like a kid-friendly place. Lots of TVs everywhere, so probably a decent place if you are eating solo.

My first time here and wow i could not have anticipated the generous portions and great taste of the Sampler Platter. Great wings and onion rings, cheese sticks, chips and salsa, veggie boat, etc. I'll be back so i can watch more television on what i could count of over 30 plus big screens. The wait staff was friendly and they genuinely looked like they were having a good time serving the patrons.

BW3 is a constant for our family on kids night. The children enjoy it. There is always an activity or craft for the kids and the rest of the fare is what you expect. For a family night out, this is a great option. The Thai sauce is back and make for really good taste on a Buffalito. Highly recommended! Wait staff is also pleasant.
