Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

The food here, as everyone else has said is top notch. It is a great place to go with friends to enjoy a great meal, a few drinks and a relaxed environment. I have never had a problem with the wait staff, but I have personal favorites when I go. You will never have a wait to get seated and very rarely will you have to wait for your food. The staff is on top of refills on both drinks and their excellent chips, but the salsa is indeed rather mild. One thing that has been added recently is free Wi-Fi, perfect for those road warriors and business people who would like to get some work done while they wait. If you have anyone in your party who is not interested in Mexican food, they have alternatives in the form of Chicken fingers, burgers, and an out of this world BBQ pork sandwich.

I have been to this location to many times to count. In the last few years the restaurant has gone down hill. WAY down hill. What I think about when I'm choosing Mexican is Margaritas, they used to have good sized margaritas, now the pitcher is decent sized but you get a wiskey glass to drink it out of. The salsa is ketchup based. Want sweet tea? Your making it yourself. Huge onions in the salsa. Most likely this is my last visit ever coming here. Nice job running a great company into the ground.

Had the fajitas for two tonight. Bandido's isn't authentic Mexican, which I think everyone understands. But, sometimes you're just in the mood for it nevertheless. Had a great server tonight - fajitas were great.

Well, went there for a birthday dinner with family. I didn't like the food, I was expecting something with a bit of Mexican taste to it and I got American food covered in cheese and bacon. The salsa was very disappointing. Prices were good, but if you're looking for good authentic Mexican food, this is not the place. Not even good as tex-mex. Cannot give them just one star bc the place was clean, service so-so (gratuity was added to the check which disappointed me also) and the prices were low. That's all I got.

This is not the place for authentic Mexican and good value anymore. They had a good run, time to be done. Their loyal customer base is the only reason they are still open. They completely changed their taco salad, which was the only reason to go. Goodbye, Bandidos has gone the way of Chi-Chi's.

Not good. Everything looked dirty and I wondered as I ate if I was going to wake up sick the next day. The food tasted like it came out of a can, was mixed together, and microwaved. Especially the refried beans.

My favorite Mexican! Good salsa: not too runny, not too chunky, good flavor. I usually make a meal out of the Nachos Bel Grande.

I live 10 miles from the Mexican border so I'm very aware that I'm tainted when it comes to Mexican. So, I'm rating these guys on flavor and not authenticity. Their salsa was good, not hot at all but good flavor. Nice crispy chips too although half of our bowl was small chunks of what use to be big chips. The stuffed peppers are a must have. Very delicious peppers stuffed with cheese then breaded and fried. Dip in the ranch and yummo. Then I had a combination plate. Not bad, but again I'm accustomed to very authentic Mexican. Rice and beans were eatable, and the burrito and enchilada were good. Service was pretty good considering we caught them pretty close to closing.
