I am giving this store one star. This is the second time I've ordered a turkey club and there was no bacon on this wich. What gives? I even said, "Hey, make sure bacon is on it." It was a 14 incher for my kid and a disappointment each time. Both times it was a 14 inch wich for my kid. He doesn't want to go there anymore. Which Wich...a club means bacon!

Lunch was needed after a game of bowling on Saturday so we decided to give WhichWich a try. I started to walk up to the counter to order and then remembered what a friend told me about writing out my selection. After grabbing a bag and pen, I studied the menu and decided on a turkey on wheat with coleslaw, lettuce, tomato and cheese. My husband got a ham on wheat with bacon, cheese, and caramelized onions. We ordered, grabbed a drink and a table which there weren't too many of because they were swamped for 2 pm. Our sandwiches were finally ready after a short wait and we dove right in. Mine was delicious which the coleslaw giving some sweetness to the turkey. My husbands sandwich was so good! I might have even liked his better than mine. We both liked that we had some different choices for our toppings and I appreciated that as we were leaving one of the employees thanked us several times for coming and apologized for the wait. You don't always get that service at what I would consider a fast food place.

I love their unique way of making and ordering sandwiches. A new twist to something old. Yum!

OMG SO GOOD. Prices are comparable to other sub shops in the area. I got the 'wicked' sandwich... check it out!

Met up here with my buddy for lunch last week. He's been a few times, this was my first. It seems like fast food is slowly becoming a thing of the past, and there's a new form, with better quality ingredients moving in. There's fast fired pizzas, fast mexican food, and fast sandwich shops. Which Wich definitely takes the cake in the sandwich department. It will be my go to from now on for a quick bite when I'm in a sandwich or sub mood. As you walk in, you can observe their menu, then you grab a bag with a list of ingredients and combinations. You simply mark off everything that you want, write your name, and hand it over! This place has a much wider variety of choices than a subway or a typical sandwich place would. I'll definitely be back sometime this week to try something new!

Came by here after an appointment around lunch time and was happy to try this place out because my friends loved it! I got the basic wheat with pepperoni, ham, salami, cheese, and some other stuff I don't remember. I was going to eat it cold but the person that made my sandwich asked me "do you want it toasted" and before I could answer she was like "here I'll toast it, it'll take better" so there's that. I didn't think having it heated up was going to be too bad but when I tried it it was too spicy for me.. I think it was just the fact that the pepperoni was heated up in the toaster. I never usually have a problem with pepperoni bringing out a super duper spicy flavor to my sandwiches at subway eating them cold but my experience here wasn't that bad! Although r I didn't finish my sandwich, I give you guys 4 starts for being compatible and sweet to me walking my through how to set up my sandwich. Also, I wish I could see you guys make my sandwich :(

Meh, it's a sandwich shop and an overpriced one at that. I order lettuce wrap sandwiches, apparently the cut them in half and don't wrap it in a way you can eat it like a sandwich/wrap. The roast beef is a light tan color, not a good quality meat at all. I'll be going to Jimmy Johns from now on.

I was so happy they opened a store in Fishers! I've eaten at the Carmel location a lot and it's always great. This new location is just as good! And if you've never tired WhichWich it's away stop! They have a great selection of sandwiches you order by filling out a bag and checking what you want it's great fun! They come hot or cd your choice. A little pricier than other similar places but well worth it and the shakes are awesome! If they offered catsup they would have all five stars!

The sandwiches here are pretty good, a bit pricey which is why it's a treat to come here. I love all the options just with it was a bit more budget friendly or they had specials. Great staff and very helpful.

This was my first visit and let me tell you what a great experience . What I like is create your sandwich by just picking out and choosing your toppings and they unique way order you have to experience it to believe it, The staff was very helpful help thru the order process,A great experience I will be back

I've eaten here about 5 times since they opened in Fishers and haven't had a bad experience. I like the food selection and quality. It's more expensive than subway, but tastes way better!

I have been here twice. The sandwiches are really good but each time I've eaten here I have had to dig stuff out of my mouth. The first time it was an olive pit which I bit down on pretty hard. Today I had to pull several stems out from banana peppers. Seriously people watch what you put on the sandwich...maybe the kitchen needs to focus on foreign objects a little better. The other customer service failure was we placed our order online and they didn't even start to make it until we got there. I would like to give the food 4stars but they get three right now.

Delicious, fresh, customizable sandwiches made by a friendly and helpful staff. You write your order on a bag, hand it to the cashier, and they call your name when its done. Lots of possibilities and tasty sandwich fixings you won't find at Subway or Jimmy Johns. I had a toasted turkey sandwich and it was delicious.

I mush have looked a bit lost upon reading the menu and one of the girls explained the process of picking a bag-which determines what kind of meat and then you mark the rest of your selections on the bag as well. Simple enough! My husband and I really enjoyed our sandwiches. I liked that you can get them hot and with so many choices. It was about 15 dollars for a large and medium sandwich, no drinks or chips.

Amazing sandwiches and friendly staff! Get a punch card if you're a regular and Tuesdays are double punch day. :)

Work nearby and go quite often. They recently changed their order online website and now you can't order chips without a drink which is too bad, love their house chips.

I've been here twice since they have opened. Their food is awesome, like always. Friendly service. Just try not to go when its super busy, I waited over 20mins for a sand which. I'm sure this will improve within time.

The second star is for the food. My first experience with which wich was amazing, but not at this location. I went a handful of times to the Carmel location because I would drop off my brother at work there. When I found out there was one closer i was dying to try it because ita been so long. My first thought when I walked I felt like I was hated. Some red headed girl at the cashier desk glared at me and the others continued their work. I didn't mind the ones actually working but a simple hello or welcome would have been good for the silence. I filled out my bag, and so did my brother, we go to the cashier and she just continued to glare. My little brother hands her the bag, she rings up and gives me a total, then she sighed when I gave her mine. She gave me the total again and I asked for two sodas, and she groaned sighed. Sighing is not a big deal, but you should do that to customer's. Some more people came, lighting up the mood, killing the silence and filling it with some background noise. The food was as good as I remember, just the ser if was awful.

The first time I ordered from this restaurant it was a very positive experience. I ordered & paid online & recd my order as soon as I walked in. Everybody working was pleasant & I was even given a punch card for a future free sandwich after purchasing so many. I tried them again today & it was not a good experience at all. I ordered & paid online again. When I walked to the pick up counter, the employee working this area completely ignored me & I was literally standing right in front of him. I tried to get his attention & he just kept on doing other things rather than giving me my food which I could see sitting in the pick up rack. Finally, a manager walked by & I stopped her & told her I needed to pick up my online order. She went & got it for me but never smiled, said thank you, or anything. I did stop at the cashier to have my card punched & she was friendly which I appreciated. However, after all this it turned out I wasn't even given the correct sandwich. I was also on my lunch break from my job so I didn't have time to go back & have my order corrected. I just ate what I was given but it was very aggravating to me. Therefore, the combination of overall poor customer service & incorrect order today made me decide that it will be quite some time before I might consider dining with them again if ever since there are many other sandwich shops around to try.
