I have been to this location several times over the last few years. I have had excellent service and poor unfriendly sevice. It depends on who is working as with all place. My most recent experience as usual there is a long line in the drive through, but it moves fairly quickly. Once I placed my simple order of a venti White Mocha, it was just a few mintues before I was at the window. My order was ready, hot, and handed to me. I loaded more money to my gold card, signed the receipt and was on my way. The window attendent was friendly and quick. I normally go to the drive-thru location on 96th because it is less crowded, but it is usually more traffic issues to get their.

Invariably the spottiest Starbucks I have ever been too. I have had good experiences and bad here but in general with the volume of people, crush of vehicles in an already congested area and mostly disinterested crew this place is officially off the list for me. Last visit was just plain awful...cashier neglected to give barista the ticket for my beverage so it was never made (and it wasn't even that busy). Took me about two patrons (my mistake) to realize something was amiss. Was in a hurry and just had them credit my card...no other recompense offered. But Saturday AM was fine so go figure. During peak hours do yourself a favor and don't stop here. As soon as burn thru my remaining gift cards I am moving on from Starbucks. Another cost increase introduced today also...no thanks. Plenty of other options available.

This place provides the standard Starbucks high quality product served efficiently by pleasant barista staff. I love the comfy outdoor couches (weatherproof plastic of course). That said, I find the inside small and cramped with only high top seating except for a single lower table. Not welcoming atmosphere since the remodel necessitated by the closing of the bank branch with whom they shared a large lobby with confer station areas and work/conference tables. I go there on nice days and for drive through. Hate the interior.

Come here to study all the time! Best layout of a Starbucks - lots of space, and utilized well. The service is fast and they've never once gotten my order wrong. Other places' baristas will give you a bit if attitude about refills or remaking drinks, but these guys are great. (Not that they need to remake much). Big cautionary piece of advice though - there are ALWAYS a bunch of flies and fruit flies all around. Make sure you look closely into the food before ordering - I've seen fruit flies in there several times.

Skip this location unless you enjoy being ignored, talked down to, and once again, ignored. Terrible service and they didn't even fill my expensive coffee to the top. Got two stars because the drink tasted fine after the ten mins it took to prepare it. I was the only customer there. Glad this app exists so I know where NOT to stop on the interstate. Think I'll go to a travel center next time. At least there, I expect bad service.

I met with a potential business partner at this Starbucks. I do not drink coffee or caffeine, so I had whatever they call their cider. They were friendly, but a little slow. It was pretty good, and the shop was a nice place for a meeting. I probably won't return, since I'm not a coffee drinker, but I would recommend it to someone who is.

I am a fan of Starbucks due to the fact that I like to know what I'm getting and usually you get the same thing at each store. This store on the other hand is different than most, while the coffee is the same the staff leave something out.......like kindness! I could say maybe they are just having a bad day, but it seems that any day that ends in y is bad for them!! Go for the coffee not the relationships, b/c this isn't your local friendly shop!

This is my local Starbucks. I am a frequent visitor. Only through the drive-through of course since I have kids. The drive-through is fast and efficient. Which I greatly appreciate with two screaming babies in the car. Several times I received less than adequate customer service from a rude barista. But overall in general this is a pretty good Starbucks.

Tonight's theme: Social Sunday! I know this isn't a library, but this isn't a bar either. The crew was so loud and disruptive and not because they were calling out orders or anything work related. While they were well outnumbered by patrons, they managed to generate so much more noise than everyone else combined. My friend and I retreated to the old national side for a chat/work sesh which didn't help much. Prior to closing time, one of the workers walked in stating 'just so you know we close in ten minutes' laughed then turned around and walked out. Bizarre to say the least. My friend even commented she wanted to write a letter to mgmt. Think she was still ticked about how long it took to get her hot chocolate and the lack of pastry assortment tonight.

Ever since there RO (reverse osmosis) went out its never been the sames. Its been over a year. They say its back but you can tell when you order an ice tea. It should look clean and refreshing as at other Starbucks. There ice tea looks dirty. Disappointing that home office isn't helping this location.

A bit slow (occasionally) with the drive through in the morning, but other than that - they're a keeper. Two thumbs up for their happy voices streaming through the microphone at 7:30 in the morning. It's just what I need! I'm not a morning person. I'm not. So, when someone else can force their happiness upon me AND hand me a coffee, we might as well my friends.

Very impressed. I met a friend here and when we got up to the counter, I ordered just a blonde roast with soy. Well, they were out of blonde and instead of me having to make a different choice, they made me a pour over blonde. Delicious! Since I had to wait, they even gave me a coupon to get my next drink at any Starbucks on them. Great customer service!

The only time I buy Starbuck's coffee is when I need to use their wifi. But this locations wifi never works on any of my devices. This is 2013. Even McDonald's has working wifi.

I go to this Starbucks almost every day. This place is the "King" of "Pay It Forward" so be prepared to have someone buy your drink here. The staff is absolutely phenomenal! I can't think of a better place to start my day!
