Looking for a special on Wednesdays (for a limited time). Then, go to O'Charley's for their free slice of one of their five pies with a dine-in purchase (excluding beverage or side). I love their yeast rolls. Today, they gave me three golden brown, big, mouth-seeking yeast rolls. I ate the most beautiful and deliciously spicy Cajun chicken pasta, which was so large for $9.99 that I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Also, I ordered a slice of their pecan pie (without the whipped cream). All so wonderful!! Excellent service as well!

You know, it's O'Charleys, you would think I wouldn't need to write a review BUT.... Came here for lunch, had a $5.99 soup & salad coupon, guess I shouldn't complain too much when you only pay $6 for lunch BUT.... Food took forever, soup looked & tasted like you could hang wallpaper with it. My son ordered a steak medium, came out well done. Waitress didn't come back by for a while. Cucumbers in the salad looked like they were fresh last week. And the salad itself, thought I was back in school, iceberg & ranch with croutons. Oh & the soggy cucumbers. Not to mention the manager sitting at a table playing games on her phone. Can't be too mad, I love a mean pet rescue saga. Not sure why I keep coming back here.....

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago, I've just moved to the area and it was just okay. Food was probably slightly worse than your typical Applebee's or Chili's. We'd only choose this if it was a last resort.

I'm always a skeptic of O'Charleys. Just never had an awesome experience that has me excited to go back for more. The one from my hometown was so awful that it's not even there anymore, get the picture? So imagine my surprise that I have had not one, but TWO good experiences at this. very. location. Just this location. Don't know what it is, service has been great, food has been great, either they are really awesome or the rest are really not awesome. Either way, I'm glad that there is at least one location that explains why this place is so popular, because I really didn't get it. Speaking of this place, I can endorse the chicken strips with the ribbon fries (it takes me back to the State Fair) and a chicken salad. The rolls are a given. Normally I'm used to everything being a sub-par salt lick, but never had that problem at this location! So for the typical chain, this one is worth going to.

I have always found it funny that places like O'charleys still exist. I finally realized why yesterday; it is somewhere you can go to get a beer that is open on Easter past five PM in this dry sunday and christocentric state. The service was good and I ignored the atmosphere by reading a book and watching young men risk their physical well being for scholarships and the slim possibility of future employment called March Madness. I could not bringmyself to eat the fried fare, so I ordered some broc and a baked potato. I cannot comment then on the food since it would have taken some effort to screw that one up.

green beans and brocolli were both barely cooked too crunchy to eat

This is my second time at this location. I ordered a burger last visit (which was tasty and fresh, especially if you find regular fast food burgers don't satisfy your palate). This time I ordered the prime rib with bacon smashed potatoes and a salad. I had a strawberry lemonade for my drink. That strawberry lemonade changed my life! Best I've ever had! It has fresh strawberries with strawberry puree and it's sparkling, carbonated, which is a twist for me on my strawberry lemonade repertoire. I knew I was taking a gamble on the prime rib, especially ordering it medium rare. It was so fantastically tender! A little heavy on the salting along the crust, but otherwise perfect. All in all, my carnivorous cotton candy (the prime rib) , as my mom calls it, was scrumptious. My salad was average. The bacon smashed potatoes were very flavorful with chunks if potato still present, which I like, but some people with food texture issues may not. I ordered my son the chicken fingers, and I must say that it was real chicken breast not some chicken paste coated in breading. They were seasoned well pretty tasty too! Our food came out very quickly! To top it all off, our waitress was phenomenal! The manager has stopped by our table every time I've eaten here. She's great also! Did I mention that the chef himself even brought me a strawberry lemonade to go! This is a great restaurant for families with great, affordable food and great service!

Other than the hostess forgetting to give us our menu's (LOL!), the service was great! The $9.99er Caroline Chicken was delicious with bruschetta topping the chicken, over linguini. The portion was much more than I expected. I also had a delicious wedge salad which was crisp and fresh. My lemonade glass was topped off before it was emptied, and the fresh-from-the-oven dinner rolls were yummy!

This is your typical sit down American family friendly sit down full service restaurant. Service is good. Food good and fairly priced. They seem to have updated their menu....but still have some of their classics.

I love free pie Wednesday! Able to go during lunch break and be back at the office in time!

Love the sweet buns and prime ribs. The rest... typical chain restaurant food.

Typical chain food, purchased from one or another huge supplier of prepared restaurant food and marked up 3 to 5 times, sometimes more. Your cost is not in the food, but in the restaurant's overhead. Whoopie! Why people eat out in such places, or worse, is incomprehensible to me, especially given the germ factor. A nurse friend of mine said that the dirtiest item in most restaurants is the menu. She washes her hands after ordering. For the same price, one could eat gourmet every night at home. Of course, one would have to cook and do the dishes, major undertakings by spoiled two-income Americans. The norm is $7.50 burgers. Lean ground chuck around here is typically $3/lb. Makes sense.

The stand-out here are the free, fresh, buttery, soft, warm rolls served unlimitedly at every meal. Everything else I've ever tried has been good enough, nothing particularly special. If a typical chain restaurant meal sounds good and there is an O'Charley's nearby then go for it, but I wouldn't make a special trip.
