Great for late night meals. The stuffed French toast was great. I enjoyed the lemon topping with strawberries. They have breakfast all day which is great on nights I don't want the normal dinner type foods. They also have some really great looking sandwiches. I normally opt for breakfast here though since they do it so well.

Had no problems with service. Who knew you could eat pancakes without syrup. I had the red white and blue pancakes. .. just good.

Customer service was good. Our wait was all of 30 seconds and our waitress was nice and friendly. The food was served in a good amount of time but it came to us warm I instead of hot. Aside from that I have no complaints. It tasted well and satisfied my hunger.

This is a good IHOP location. It's clean and everyone is very nice. Like a slightly nicer Denny's. There hash browns were a bit of a disappointment.

I've never been told NO so many times by a waitress. I wasn't thrilled at the prospect at eating at IHOP, but I arrived in Indianapolis really late with a flight delay, so this was my only option for late night eats other than fast food. My waitress took my drink order and when I asked for a club soda with a lime, my waitress looked at me dead-eyed and said "No, we don't have that". Hmm. "No sparkling water at all?" I asked, surprised. "Nope, sorry" "So, no soda water?" I asked again, knowing they serve foutain sodas.... therefore they would most certainly have carbonated water (which is exactly the same thing as club soda and sparkling water) "Oh, we have THAT but it's really salty. Like REALLY salty" Hmmm again. Okay, I'll pass on salty soda water, and settled on a diet coke, which ended up being so flat I couldn't drink it anyway. Next, I ordered my meal- an egg white platter, and then I asked if I could do a single pancake in place of toast. "No." Huh?? Am I not in an IHOP? Doesn't the P stand for PANCAKES? So confused. "I have... money?? Can I please have one pancake?" I asked, befuddled. She said she would ask. Later she arrived, pleased as can be with a pancake in hand. "No extra charge!" As she placed it on the table. I had to chuckle at the absurdity of the whole thing. The egg white platter with turkey bacon was edible and was certainly better than I would have gotten at McDonalds, so there was that. I'll do my best to fly into Indy a little earlier from now on.

We don't come here often, but I wanted to try the double dipped french toast and it was just amazing as I thought it would be. I got it with the lemon cream and strawberries and it came with eggs and bacon as well as hash browns. It was after dinnertime so they weren't very busy. We were seated quickly and our waitress was prompt and attentive.

I love the food, and the desserts. The service is good, but they make sure to check your receipt before you pay, they always have wrong/extra things on my receipt.

Just another IHOP? Not this one! It was crowded and we thought there would be wait, but two minutes at most was all we waited. I ordered my favorite breakfast. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the eggs were cooked just right and the hashbrowns were crispy. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and very quick. Breakfast at IHOP is the BEST! :)

This IHOP I am on the fence about. I was excited to discover that when I moved I now lived down the street from IHOP instead of across town. I called in a late night order and made my dash down Bingord to satisfy my craving. The waitress that took my order was polite, when I pulled up it was empty except for one unfriendly waitress sitting at a table who visually acknowledged my presence bur never got up to address me or to get someone to assist me. Eventually the waitress that took my order came and she was polite. In regards to the quality of the food it does not taste like I am accustomed to when I visit their other franchises. It was overcooked and tasted odd. I am unsure of if I will give this establishment another try or visit the one I am accustomed to on 56th and Post Rd.

Very clean iHop. Was very impressed with friendliness of wait staff. Manager greeted us on the way in and talked to us a bit about being from out of town.. Food was hot and good!

was here last month when i was in town visiting my dad. The food tasted good but customer service sucked. If you're in the customer service industry, you'd think that would be an important aspect. Our food took over half an hr to come out. Meanwhile we hear loud workers in the kitchen goofing off. My dad asks one of the workers to check on our food and the worker asks the kitchen, referring to my dad as "chino". Because of the crap service, and the derogatory reference to my dad, I give this place a mere two stars. But even then, that's pushing it.

Whoa MJ, are you giving IHOP 5 stars?! Calm down, hear me out. Dining out is difficult with a toddler. The waitress was AMAZING as soon as we sat down. When my son offers his feedback on the seating, most staff just roll the eyes or take a deep sigh. She just smiled and offered crayons, when he returns the crayons to her, but missed his mark, she just offered him a straw. He calmed down and she took our drink order. I don't recall her name, but she got a 40% tip for the amazing service.

I give this location a 2 star but that is only because of the food quality. The staff on the other hand maybe receive a 1 star. We went around 11 AM on a Saturday. The place was neither packed nor empty. There seemed to be enough waitresses to handle the flow of traffic. We were seated and did not have a waitress come up till 10 min later to ask us if we had been taken care of. After telling them no, they said "let me get my manager." We waited another 5 minutes for the manager to arrive and get our order. They seemed like the world was crashing on them with their facial expressions. We were being polite and weren't complaining one bit. After our order was taken we had a third waitress come up to us and ask us if we had been taken care of. Seeing that we were the only couple in the corner, and nobody even close to around us, you would think they would know their zoning areas. After all the mishap we got our drinks and food and finally enjoyed quality of this establishment. It's a shame that this is the only location near me. I do not plan on going back anytime soon.

Seated and waited 20 minutes. Waitress never came to the table, like they were avoiding eye contact. Tried to flag down manager but he was too busy dealing with customers that repeated were brought food that was cold, so I just walked out.

Stopped for breakfast while on the road to vacation. Meh. It was okay. Eggs weren't very good, hash browns were bad, bacon and toast were okay. My family's stuff varied in being better or the same so overall a 3.

It's an IHOP, what more can I say. Great pancakes, with various syrup options, hot coffee and cheap prices! Not as homestyle as it's Cracker Barrel neighbor, but a new option nonetheless. Keep an eye on the local paper as there have been excellent coupons for the new IHOP location!!!

Some of menus are very overpriced and services are very poor. I don't want to go there again. I will definitely go to cracker and barrel right next it.
