They've got the best gluten free pizza in town, we eat here about every Friday. Thankful for this considering pizza options are limited, it's a bit pricey for ZA. You'll still enjoy their wide variety of options.

This is my favorite Donatos in the Indy area and the best that I've found since they closed their Muncie location. Unlike most other Donatos restaurants, this location has table service. It was actually nice not having to order at a counter and being handed a menu to decide what you would like to order. We had great service from a very happy young man. Everything was excellent and didn't take long to get to our table. Reasonably priced, clean, excellent quality, and pepsi products.

Well, this was my first experience at Donatos. I've heard so many good things about this place. I ordered a large half Hawaiian (Which I specifically requested WITHOUT cinnamon) and Chicken spinach mozzarella. The order came out. Looked delicious. BUT there was an overload of cinnamon on my Hawaiian pizza. But there was a ridiculous amount. (I'm not kidding!) I'm really disappointed that the waitress didn't notice it before bringing it to our table. Because I did request to not have any at all. She even confirmed it after I placed my order. I didn't want to be anal. So I just ate it anyways even though it was overbearing it really killed the taste the pizza itself. But the chicken spinach mozzarella was delicious. I can't complain about that! :) Almost half way done. I take a bite. I find a long strand of blonde hair. I was so disgusted! I couldn't finish. I complained about it the waitress. The manager apologized and said this only usually happens once a year? (A lot of people just don't say anything.) He continued to tell me that all of his employees have hats on. And doesn't know how that could have happened. Very irresponsible thing to say, when I looked into the kitchen, there was practically nothing but a visor protecting their hair from falling into food. Some didn't even have any a hat on. But I didn't point that out. He kept apologizing. Honestly, they need to be wearing hair nets for sanitary reasons. Such as this incident. Visors aren't going to prevent anything. I was really annoyed by the managers lack of professionalism. But I remained calm. I even brought up the cinnamon incident because he was standing right next to the waitress as I placesd my order to make sure there was no cinnamon on my pizza. He offered to make another pizza himself and give a discount. I agreed to it. To be honest, I will go back to Donatos again but probably not this location.

We just moved to area. Pizza was average. We ordered salad and the dressing came in a packet. The garlic bread was good. They don't sell beer or wine (or ice tea). They do have a drive thru which is convenient. Overalll don't think I would go back.

Came here with the wife last week. I get the feeling that our server was brand new, because she had no clue what was going on when we asked her about the menu. Tried the stromboli and the wife had a caesar salad. Interesting thing about my wife's caesar- they didn't have cacsar dressing, she had to get ranch. WTF?!?! My stromboli was pretty small, but it was only $4, so I guess I should've expected that. Not really impressed by anything. Find some where else to go. Chuck Norris Rating- Toe Stomp

Service is unfailing very good - called and was told 15 minutes and went to pick up and was ready in 14 minutes, and always professional and cordial. Pizza is very good if you eat it right away but crust on thin crust is a bit salty. If had as leftover it isn't as flavorful. Wings are good but dressing is served in packet and tasted a little different.

Let's just talk about how the waitress knew my mom and her friend...knew what they wanted to order and even remembered what they DON'T like when they themselves cannot remember. My mom and her friend are a hot mess! Our waitress was obviously wonderful. Very accommodating and great with all the "regulars". I come here with my mom every few months and the food is consistently good. Fresh salads but they do serve dressing in the package. If you are looking for something inspired, you won't get it here. It is what it is ....semi-greasy pizza, salads, and breadsticks. I will say though they are some of the best breadsticks I've had in a LONG time...HOT, SOFT and DELISH with a generous portion of cheese. Donatos cannot possibly, however, consider themselves "eco" friendly or a "green" company. They use plastic-ware and paper plates in addition to their paper cups and napkins. EVERYTHING goes into the trash. I cannot imagine this being cost effective in the long run and personally, the idea of all that trash including all the regular trash a restaurant creates is a little unnerving. Overall, it's nothing that blows you away, but for consistency and good service, it is definitely "A-OK".

Walked in and were told, "I'll be right with you" by someone in the kitchen. Several minutes passed and they still hadn't come out. A pizza delivery person walked right past us. We walked out and drove down the street to Project Pie. If Donato's doesn't want to serve dine-in customers, perhaps they should not have a dining room.
