Pros: 1. Prices are competitive 2. Food usually ready on time Cons: 1. I live 1 mile from this store, but the website always directs delivery to the Pearl Drive location and you cannot change it. If I want delivery I cannot order it online because it forces me to Pearl Drive location and they won't deliver to me. They told me I should e-mail corporate. Nothing has been fixed and its been two years. I usually end up placing my order as carryout, but I have to change from the default carryout location every time. Very annoying 2. Employees are friendly but unprofessional. You can usually hear them talking about personal issues, etc while waiting to pick up your pizza. 3. There are a bunch of trees and bushes outside the store that block your view of Weinbach Ave. This makes it DANGEROUS to pull out on to the street after you pick up your order. Please get your landlord to trim the trees. They aren't pretty and they are going to cause a serious traffic accident if they haven't already.
