Good home cooking. Friend from here recommended this place. I had the all you can eat catfish filets with homemade mashed potatoes and brown gravy. Amazing homemade hush puppies. Husband had Swiss steak which he rated good. Homemade coleslaw was sweet, like the colonel's. Daughter had the french toast which she rated good.

Great small town restaurant with great food and even better pricing. They have daily specials that includes 3 sides and a dinner roll for around 7$. For home cooked food and great service, can't beat that. I personally go for the meatloaf every chance I get. The coleslaw is a great side option as are the mashed potatoes.

Wish I could give this a better review... but I was really excited about having Catfish here... and it was the anticipated high quality I was expecting. I think they buy their fish pre-breaded. Everything else was fine... spotless restaurant... excellent friendly service... Interesting that every single person... not couple or table gets a bill. This is a better restaurant than the rating reflects... but after you fly from California... for Catfish... and are disappointed... well... just saying.

Small town Indiana cafe, it's country cooking at its finest! The decor may not appeal to everyone's senses, but if you are craving country cooking this is the spot. The meat loaf and the Swiss steak are done to perfection! Cat fish night is packed, but for a good reason.
