Welll...I'd give this place four stars, but I take off a star for the slow service and the fairly high prices for food that is pretty ordinary. The reason that I would give it four stars is because they went out of their way to be accommodating for me being a vegan. I was going to order the veggie minis, which are two miniature veggie burgers, and the waitress brought out the mix for the patties so I could see for myself if it was vegan or not. It turned out that it wasn't, so the manager came by the table with an entire list printed out of food suitable for people with allergies, and I ended up requesting a pasta marinara with some side veggies (peas, mushrooms, and broccoli) in it, and it turned out to be pretty decent. I also got the salad bar, which was pretty great. So, the service was definitely more friendly and accommodating than most places, and they should definitely get credit for that, but it's still Ruby Tuesday.

Mr. J And Mrs. J.
We have visited this location on several occasions through the years. Southern Indiana doesn't have many consistently good choices for dining out. All of our visits in the past have been borderline average, nothing over the top, but ok. We may dine here once a year and wait another year hoping it will improve. However, this evening was a different story altogether. Tonights visit was far from being a borderline satisfactory experience. The restaurant was not busy and there were probably 13 tables filled throughout the entire two sections. The hostess sat us in a booth. She asked us if the table was ok while we were behind her and laid our menus down then walked away. As I began to sit down I saw crumbs, greasy fingerprints and long human hairs scattered on my side of the booth seat. I whispered to Mr. J, "it's really gross on this side" and briefly pondered if I would even sit down. Mr. J asked me if I wanted to move but I was trying to be a good sport. So we sat down and began to look over the menu. When he tried to raise his forearm, it was stuck to the table. We looked around the restaurant and everything was dirty, the floors, other tables, even the wooden blinds had a coat of dust. I even saw dead bug parts laying between several of the blinds as the sun became a natural spotlight to showcase their bodies. Well, that was it. We were there at least 5 minutes and decided that we weren't about to patron what was next to come. So we exited before the waiter ever came to our table. Honestly, our past visits were never great. I can't say it was ever good and it was borderline of being ok on the best visit. So if you like sitting in others people hair, and enjoy sticky tables while dining, and not so great food...then this is the place to go! ~Mrs. J

Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff. Food is a little overpriced but you can download coupons off their website that makes dinner for 2 reasonable. The salad bar is a nice feature, they just need to have someone paying attention to when items need to be replenished, many items were out and it was a bit messy. Add the fact that the sneeze guard is so large it makes it very hard and messy to get the items that are in the very back-in the case of this one-the seemingly favorite dressings. The salmon was delicious!

I walked in for lunch on a Thursday and knew I was in for a bad experience from the get go. 3 employees sitting at the bar, eating, on their cell phones. It took 2 minutes until an employee from the parking lot walked in asking if I was helped! First impression was very terrible. The restaurant was dead and had 0 life. I could understand why = management and employees. Luckily the bartender was very nice and promptly sat me. Another guest said they waited 20 minutes for their bill to be cashed out. How can this place still be in business!! Literally unbelievable. Please go to one of the other 25 sit down restaurants in the area, or be very disappointed.

The food at Ruby Tuesdays is always delicious. I often order the turkey burger and it is usually so juicy that it is dripping onto the plate. The sides are well seasoned and decently portioned. My boyfriend has ordered burgers and chicken and his are also always moist and delicious. I tried the salad bar today and it was very pleasant. Besides having three types of lettuce, various toppings, and dressings, they had the best croutons I have ever tried in my life. Seriously get the sald bar sometime just to try the croutons. They are that good. The salad bar also has potato salad and pasta salad on it. I tried the potato salad and it was good. However, the service at Ruby Tuesdays is kind of questionable. We've had to ask for our bread, drink refills, etc. The prices for the food are also quite high and while the food is good, I'm not sure that it warrants the prices.

This restaurant better do something about their service. It is awful!!!! Zero stars for service. 2 stars because the food was four-star tasty. We had e-coupon last night and decided to give it a go. Andrew was a terrible server. We were promised biscuits and never got them until i asked about them 20 minutes later after finishing the salad. He actually lied to us. Told us there were no biscuits. Some friends had arrived about 5 minutes after us, their server had biscuits for them. I never once was asked if i wanted a refill on my $3.50 fruit tea. We waited forever for the check. He finally brought it and i asked for the largest to-go cup for a refill on my tea. He brought back a medium-sized cup. I asked him that was the largest, he said yes. Lied Again... My sirloin was good, the asparagus above average and the salad bar met expectations. Of course the absolutely most amazing croutons ever. We used to frequent this Ruby Tuesday when Teresa was a server. She was outstanding and had a great personality. Quite frankly she is how we measure other servers, at least at Ruby Tuesday. I will say that is likely our last trip to Ruby Tuesday in Clarksville.

If you're an older couple on a date or a new family with a sleepy toddler this is the place. A $12 burger of average quality in a dimly lit, slightly uncomfortable restaurant such as this was better suited for the mid 90s & should have ended there.

Hardly worth the price, there are many other places right by Ruby Tuesday that are better. Noone is ever in the parking lot...ever. It's the place you go because everywhere else is busy, but regret it every time!

Went here for lunch and ordered Spinach and Artichoke Dip for an appetizer, Boston Bleu Burger and the Avocado Turkey Burger for the meals. Appetizer came quickly, drinks took forever to be refilled. Sat there for an hour and half waiting for our burgers. We finally asked the manager who told us our server was new and never put in our orders. He comes back to the table after a minute with our food saying it was just taken out of the window accidentally and never served to us. But the server had put in the completely wrong order. We waited another 10 minutes for the right food. The manager comped the meal but I could hear other tables around us having the same complaints.

I am the rudest critic and i was completely satisfied with our recent visit to this resturant. They have discontinued one of my favorite dishes but the alternative was delicious. We were also there with our 18 month old son. He got grilled cheese and fries and they brought it out to us early for him to eat. He was more interested in my mashed potatoes and they quickly noticed without us saying anything and brought him a (on the house ) side of them. He was delighted! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and kindness. The manager was lovely. They checked on us enough...not overbearing. Our experience was great.

I've seen these chain restaurants around for a long time, but never been to one before. I assumed it would be like an Applebee's or Friday's with "flair" all over the place and boring, expensive food. It was actually pretty nice, with calm decor friendly, but not annoyingly perky servers, and pretty good food for a reasonable price.

Showed up on a Sunday late afternoon. The restaurant was not busy. The host that sat us was probably the best part of the entire visit. After we were seated we had to ask them to wipe off the table because it was sticky and had crumbs all over it. We ordered iced tea...they brought the wrong type. When I asked for the right one, the waiter said ok and the right drink never came. I ordered a burger but instead of beef I wanted grilled chicken. Completely wrong order. And it took forever! At that point I got up and left. I have never walked out on a meal and I will never go back into that restaurant.

Croutons at the salad bar are delicious, but the actual salad bar is just like any other-- nothing special. The chicken tacos are not my favorite, the burgers are ok, the minis are ok, the grilled zucchini is delicious, and the French fries are ok. The service at this location, and any other I've been to in KY, IN, GA have slow, inattentive service. They aren't rude, just nowhere in sight.

Wow, can you seriously say overpriced! I have been wanting to try their salad bar because I have heard good things about it, but it was just your average salad bar. Nothing to write home to your Mom about that is for sure! The service we had was AWFUL! We waited over an hour for our food which was just bland and cold by the time we got it! Our waiter hardly checked on us and our drinks went unrefilled until the time we were ready to leave. We WILL NOT BE back!
