Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Terrible service full of bad attitudes and the manager is a certified chip bagger...literally that's all he's doing. Food was cold when we sat down to eat because they were so slow. Had a horrible experience...probably won't be back. I'm sorry I cheated on you qudoba!

This place kind of confused me. The menu is a bit spastic in that all of the items have pop-culture names that you then have to read the descriptions (a burrito=Joey Bag of Donuts. Got it?) which takes a lot more time than it should, though it is somewhat reasonably organized. The restaurant itself is kind of a mix of Qdoba (assembly line style item creation) and Rubio's (free chips and salsa bar). The food is definitely more tex-mex than most other Mexican-style fast food restaurants in the area with an emphasis on bolder flavors. The staff was friendly, the decor was modest but contemporary and the food was decent. It just didn't amaze me.

This fast casual tex-mex restaurant is average to below-average. IMO, of course. Good: Nice staff. And I love the fact that many of the menu items have pop-culture names. I found the "Art Vandalay" quite funny. The best thing going here his the free tortilla chips that come with each entree and the salsa bar... pretty good deal. Bad: Well, it's not horrible... it's just mediocre. The prices are higher than, oh say, Taco Bell and that's okay because I sincerely feel the food is better. And when you throw in the free chips & salsa... it's pretty good. So why do I only rate two stars? One word.... Qdoba. At Qdoba, for abou the same price, you lose the free chips & salsa. However, having experienced both restaurants many times, I feel that Qdoba has the fresher ingredients. The food at Moe's just doesn't seem seasoned as well and does not taste as good. Not horrible... just not as good. Qdoba is a comparable restaurant and, in it's market, I think it is the best. So grading on that curve, I can only rate Moe's with two stars.

Moe's is a good restaurant for people who don't like food. It's a bad sign when the most interesting thing about a restaurant is the NAMES of the dishes. Everything tastes very bland and the salsas have an overpowering flavor of chili powder. Skip this place.

Kids like it. Its great for fast American-Mexican. Wish they had a larger selection.

Moe's Monday (buritto, drink, and chips) a good value. Have eaten here often and enjoyed.

This place is ok. If youre looking for a qdoba like place but cheaper, then moes is your place. Im veg and they have tofu there for me and its pretty good. There food isnt as flavorful as qdoba... so i reccomend going there insead of moes.

Have tried this place twice, both times had food poisoning. Will never go back.

Moe's is one of my favorite places to go, they're fast, the queso is great and I love the drink selections. Although I wish we had another closer location, because this Moe's service is pretty terrible. Every time I go, I usually order take out, and no matter how many times I tell them, they always forget at least something. So if you order takeout, make sure you check the bag before you leave. It always takes a few minutes before someone even talks to me once I get up to the front. As a waitress myself, I'm usually pretty lenient when it comes to customer service, but I dread going in here because the service is so bad. Also these types of restaurants (buffets, etc.) you need to go when it's the most busy (12-2, 6-7) or else the food looks and tastes like it's been sitting there for a few hours. -a server's review

This Moes usually stays busy, but the line always moves pretty fast. The food on the line always looks fresh and everything I've ordered is accurate and hot.
