OK, so this is not about Starbucks coffee or lattes. This is about service...quality or lack thereof. I am a past Starbucks employee so I do have higher standards, but I do believe that if I spend $700/year in Starbucks and a significant portion of it at this store, I want more for my money. This store inevitably gets my drink wrong once a month (at least). They are slow through the drive through and they do not offer the "experience" or "third place" that Starbucks boasts. They generally aren't very friendly and are ALWAYS (no matter what time of day it is) behind in orders, where it seems they only make drinks off one machine. I wish that they would take note of these issues and correct them. I know it's a smaller store, but that doesn't mean that there are less customers. As far as parking, forget it. It's near impossible to find and getting in and out is somewhat difficult since the redesign of the roundabout at Keystone Parkway. I love me some Starbucks but I only stop here if I "HAVE" to. Yes, I know - 1st world problems.

The employees are not very friendly. They are not rude, just a little too serious for a coffee shop. The parking is also limited in the morning; however, the drive-thru is usually very efficient all day long.

Parking can be difficult during morning hours...drive-thru is your best bet!

This Starbucks has a first rate crew of baristas. Great Starbucks products delivered with a smile. I go out of my way to visit here. I particularly like the tub chairs for comfort. This store also has a consistent clientele of pleasant people. The Drive Thru often has a long line but very efficiently served.

Four stars for being a Starbucks with a drive-thru, but minus one star for being a pain to enter/exit. This location is right near a roundabout, and there isn't a clear way to enter, so I ended up driving a block past it and circling around. Once you go through the drive-thru and exit, then THAT'S when you finally see where the entrance is. FYI: The entrance is off of Keystone.

Ok, so I kind of had a change of heart once I attempted to leave this Starbucks. I had met up with a friend of mine and it was easy to see from the road - the building, that is. You know how Carmel roads are... with their roundabouts and roundabouts and roundabouts and... you get the point. The Starbucks was right off of a roundabout - a busy one at that. I am a huge fan of any and all Starbucks products, but leaving the establishment was a bit difficult. There was no EASY way of getting back to the interstate. I literally had to stand by my car for a few seconds (staring at the roads) to figure out which way I needed to go. ha May I add, I'm a bit directionally challenged - but even so, I shouldn't have had stress leaving a STARBUCKS. But, my white chocolate mocha was good.

This Starbucks is so hit and miss. If I'm paying $5 for a drink please shake my tea, don't call me a**hole under your breathe for asking you to do it right and don't give me a crappy smirk whenever you don't shake my tea to instigate a argument. That barista knows who she is and if I talk to the store manager about it I expect it to change. To this day I don't stop by this location because after 3 conversations with managers, nothing has been done.

Great coffee for a Great price. I don't know when they will find some coffee that is better. Specialty drink wise that is.
