The internet is SOOOO slow I can't even work on my laptop here. Don't even TRY if there's more than 4 people here. PLEASE switch from AT&T to Google like so many other Starbucks have. There is NO REASON this store should still be on the slower speed with this many Carmel Professionals coming in and out of here... Plus, the parking availability is awful as well... I'll treck to the Meridian and 131st to get Google Wi-Fi and parking.

It is 7:30pm on Thanksgiving Day, and these folks will be here till midnight. You have no idea how grateful we were to call and be told your store would be the sole source of quality caffiene in the area still open at this holiday hour. After a day filled with food, family, and frustration, Chris and his bling-y pimp headset, and the rest of his team, were a lifesaver. Thank you Starbucks crew at this location, you rock our coffee colored socks.

I had never visited this Starbucks before because it looked difficult to pull in and out of, as it is tucked away in a little mall with only one very narrow visible entrance/exit. I was cold, wet and dying for a pumpkin spice latte for myself and my wife, so thought I'd try it. First and last time I make that mistake. I was the third car in line at the drive thru. I don't really understand how they have it set up, and there were no visible cues to explain. It looks like there is a speaker to order, but not sure where you pick up your stuff. The car at the order speaker sat without moving for 10 minutes, and no one came out to take other orders or otherwise manage the ever-increasing line, so I decided to pull around and go inside. Next problem...no parking. There are very few spots that are not handicapped or reserved for other stores, and they were all full. So I gave up and drove to the only exit, but the drive thru cars were pulled all the way out now across the exit. I eventually got out, but vowed never to try this turkey of a Starbucks again. My first ever negative experience with a Starbucks, so it really stands out.

I use to work at this Starbucks location. I have since left the company to stay at home with my family, and I still make the drive to see my folks at Starbucks!! I love this location, it is by far my absolute favorite and I have been to Starbucks locations all over!

This starbucks has a great lobby space and plenty of meeting room. The drivethrough is awkward and often slow moving. The parking lot is a little odd to negotiate at busy times. Good coffee, as always.

I drink a lot of coffee! Usually iced coffee even through the winter. The Baristas at this location are extremely pleasant always with smiles and extremely eager to make their customers happy. Starbucks corporate if you ever monitor yelp for constructive criticism, take heed. You should use this store as a corporate model!
