It's a Starbucks, so obviously the product is good. However I went in on a weekend in the middle of the afternoon and had one heck of a time. I wa the only person in there and it took 15 min to just get my order ...no joke. Two employees, one in plain clothes and the other working were chatting it up and running around. When they finally noticed me the one took my order and then proceeded to discuss a concert the other was going to..... Yeah... I could have made my own drink by the time they finished screwing around. I haven't been back Becaise the were so rude. I normally don't complain unless they really have me waiting 20 min for a latte ... And I was still the only person in there ... Hopefully they stepped up on their customer service .

Line is always long and moves super slow. This time around I ordered my drinks to find a long curly hair stuck to the lid of my cup. The girl who made my drink had curly hair. Gross. Maybe they should wear hats?

No general complaints...pretty friendly but some baristas are very slow. I hate that they turn their oven off 90 min before closing time.

This location as others mentioned IS very hot or miss. It's the closest of the five in the area to me, but also the one I frequent the least. It's a mall location so those of you who may hang out for business or for meetings may find space and noise louder than usual. The staff is usually friendly but not as 'warm' as some of the others. It feels less cozy and more about customer turnaround as a result. The plus side, never had a problem with drink orders done well!

I've stopped in here a few times while shopping. It is hit or miss. The store always seems to need a cleaning or something to make it more inviting. The drink quality was fine but the last barista was awful. The group in front of me (2 girls) one had her drink the other one was waiting. One more person after them then me. 4 mins girl in front of me gets a drink, then the girl from the group. then 10 mins later my drink. Did I mention it was the 3 of us waiting. No apology, and I don't know if it was her hangover or what but she was the least pleasant person working with caffeine I've met. In their defense this was the worst experience. Most times it is fine. Never great but average. I'd say on a good day a 3 star.

If you're lucky enough to have Torrie, Cait, or Debbie as your barista, you'll be greeted with a warm smile, friendly attitude, and great coffee. Such a great team. And a visit to this Starbucks always kicks the morning off right.

This is my new go-to Starbucks and it is walking distance from my home! Great service and awesome location. I suggest the sausage breakfast sandwich with a cafe latte!

I had just finished lunch at Paradise Bakery in Clay Terrace. In fact, I had ordered salad and soup so I could enjoy a lovely frozen coffee drink at Starbucks next door. Now this isn't my normal location for my Starbucks consumption but considering it was Clay Terrace, nothing could go wrong, right? I obviously live in a land of coffee dreams because the minute I walked in and looked around, I was pretty surprised. The main booth in a much smaller Starbucks than I expected had ripped and faded cloth upholstery. The floors were dirty and it was screaming, clean me! When my daughter and I got to the register, the cashier was talking to a young man who already had his coffee in hand. She saw us but turned back to the man apparently more engrossed in her conversation rather than wait on us. We actually walked away from her after a few minutes of blatant disregard. We actually stopped near the front entrance so I could yelp my location. Did she call me back? Say she was sorry? She had plenty of time to stop me from walking out but instead kept yammering and actually took a second to glare at us. So we went back to our favorite Starbucks on the way home happy to see a clean store and friendly faces.

You might say that a Starbucks is a S Starbucks and in many ways you'd be right. The difference here is the staff. Super friendly and fun.
