Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

If you are from the West Coast, Qdoba will be familiar to you if you've ever been to Chipotle: It's like Chipotle's Midwest/East Coast cousin. At Qdoba, though, you can get stuff like smothered burritos and queso, so I guess you could say that Qdoba is like the more unhealthy but fun version of Chipotle. Anyway. I like this Qdoba because the guy who made my chicken burrito was super friendly and fast. I like quickness at Qdoba, you know? And when they were out of queso when I wanted some in my burrito, the guy hooked a brother up and gave me chips and guacamole on the house. I mean, how can you not like that kind of service? That makes me want to come back over and over again, and tell my friends and family to visit, which I will.

Yikes. Rude staff, filthy eating area, toilet backed up in the restroom. I'm kind of sorry I ate here. If I get the itis, I'll report back.

Quick efficient yummy!!! I had a Mexican gumbo and got that to go because I had to hurry back to my class. This location was quick and courteous. This review is short and sweet

If u want a knock off Chipotle then Qdoba it is. It tried copying Chipotle so much and added a lil extra but failed. The tortilla wasn't good, the chips were blah and the pico de gallo doesn't even taste like a pico de gallo...just chopped tomatoes.

Wow! Where do I start. The food tasted fine, but I had to shrug off the willies to eat. This was originally two stars, but the hand washing has to knock it down one more. First offense: Aren't you the same employees who was wiping the tables and cleaning the trash and handling the money? Weren't you the same one making my food with no gloves and no hand washing? I really want to say something, but my the manly side of me keeps saying, "God made dirt and dirt don't hurt." Second offense: I asked for extra rice and you just took two extra small scoops of rice and put it on my burritto. You were stingy with chicken, salsa and corn and how many times do I have to tell you that I don't want guacamole or sour cream. Oh, now you want to give me a head of lettuce on my burrito when i specifically said a pinch. I'm not gonna let you get to me today. I just want something on my stomach before I pig out on 31 cent scoops. Third offense: Why are you charging a two bucks for a twelve ounce, non-recycable bottle of apple juice from concentrate? That's Nantucket, glass, 16-ounce bottle territory there. Fourth offense: Why are all your TV stations on pathetic CNN Headline News? I mean really who watches that? With the volume on mute and no closed caption on? I guess it could be worse. It could be Faux Noose. I will go out of my way for a better experience next burrito craving.

Qdoba is never my go to place, but at times it's convenient and, I gotta say, the food's not bad. It's not stellar, BUT...this location has always been clean, the staff friendly, and they're good about listening to your order...you don't feel like you're in an assembly line operation...even though, essentially, you are. The location and parking are convenient, also. If I'm in the 116th and Keystone area and am hungry, this is a stop for me.

The best quick Mexican bite to eat. The fajitas burrito is awesome. I like to grab some Qdoba at least once every two weeks. Check this place out if you haven't been there yet. Its crowded during lunch, so plan to wait a bit.
