Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Good place for a date night! The hub took me here tonight. It was not packed, it was just right. I appreciated the manager coming out to assist our server when she got a little behind with another table. Appreciated seeing that as a customer. Keep up the good work! Until next time!!!

Soup is my second favorite food (sushi is number one) and Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana is easily one of my favorite soups. When I got to pick my birthday lunch location, how could I not get the soup, salad, and breadsticks deal at the OG? I did get my beloved Zuppa Toscana (two bowls, could have gone for three or maybe even four) and noshed on the delicious breadsticks. The downfall of our lunch was the slow service. Yes, there were six of us, but we only ordered the soup and salad. It took about an hour and fifteen minutes with fairly long breaks. One person in the party ordered a sandwich which didn't come until we were on our second bowls of soup. I know this is a new location, so maybe they're still working out a few kinks. Make sure you order the Zuppa Toscana!

I am all too much of a daring individual. I tackled going to this location with three kids and myself. I believe my servers name is Ted and he was outstanding. I think he had at least 2 tables get seated relatively at the same time and another was leaving yet my kids and I were able to get everything and more than what we desired for lunch. For once I didn't have to rush to eat my food, my soup and salad came out promptly which allowed me to eat while the kids colored and ate breadsticks with what they call their special white cheese sauce... (Alfredo). We will definitely come back for fun lunch time visits!

As always, the olive it's the pits of Italian restaurants. I was really hoping the upgrade would improve the OG. Alas, I dream. Service was great, but the food... My alfredo was like glue. I flipped the plate over, and it didn't move! My husband got some sort of breaded chicken, which wasn't explained on the menu. He didn't like it, so a couple staff members discussed other options before he ordered the second time. Next, a meat ravioli. Edible, I guess. The only positive note was the friendly, attentive staff. They allowed Rob to get another entree free of charge, and they offered us free wine samples. The upgrades and rebranding are a step in the right direction, but it still needs a lot of work.

I was very impressed with my dinner here due to the fantastic service. Other restaurants could learn a thing or two. Quick service, attention to detail, etc. When my medium rare steak came out well done, the server immediately sent it back to the kitchen. While waiting, the manager came around to offer apologies and comp it. By the time the steak came back out, my 4 friends had finished their meals so the server then offered me a complimentary dessert. It's rare for restaurants to handle overcooked food as quickly and professionally as OG did. The food isn't original or even Italian...but with service like this, I'll return. 3.5 stars

I have not eaten at an Olive Garden in over 2 years. The last time I did ( Castleton ) was puking for two and a half days. This past Sunday 1/12/13 my God Son wanted Olive Garden for lunch. I figured over two years, I can try it again especially with a new location. Our wait was about 40 min. No big deal they are new and were packed. We were seated then greeted promptly. Our server was super, friendly and did a great job. The food however...bland...not hot, below sub par for the price. I ordered pizza it was doughy, no flavor, the cheese had a squishy sorta quality. I actually sent it back after eating 3/4 of one piece. Bread sticks while fresh tasting had little to no garlic. Salad dressing did not have the tang it should have. My God Son did not eat much of his spaghetti. Only one person at the table ate their entire order. Others ate about half. One took hers home other left it for the trash. We will not be back. I can make better at home for much less money.

I stopped in with a co-worker for lunch today now that this location has been open for awhile. The parking lot was packed, and I was afraid we would have a long wait before being seated. Lucky for us, it was only about a 10 minute wait. This place is much bigger inside that you would think! Soup, Salad and Bread sticks for lunch. Everything came out fast, was well-prepared, and hit the spot on a Friday afternoon.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff are professional and attentive. This is the first time I've been in a "new" Olive Garden since they rebranded and remodeled their restaurants. My Portobello ravioli was very tasty and my friend's spaghetti with meat sauce looked and smelled delicious. We will return.

This restaraunt opened fall of 2013. Some of these other reviews aren't even reviewing this location, and others are giving reviews based on a recently opened experience. I can confidently say this the best all around olive garden I've ever been to. The wait staff is stellar, the food is delicious, atmosphere is pleasant, and the location is fantastic! My fiance and I have eaten here about twice a month for 3 months now and every time we are seated immediately and our service has been great. The only complaint has been that the parking is all in the rear of the building but the only entrance is in the front. So during this winter its been a long cold walk but gives me a great opportunity to drop off my beautiful fiance at the door and score those extra chivalry points! I highly recommend this location!

Been here a few times since this location opened. Today will be my last. The wait staff and staff in general are all nice accommodating people. The food was horrible. Chicken scampi was absolutely void of flavor. The peppers were raw. The flatbread pizza dish was doughy and undercooked. That was sent back while I ate my tasteless scampi. I have had chicken scampi from Olive Garden over the years and either they changed the dish or the cooks here at this location suck. I shouldn't have given this location another chance after the cold microwaved lasagna last time but the choices of restaurants are not great in this area. Again, this location is very clean and very friendly but the cooks are where the problem is IMO.

My coworkers forced me to go with them to the Olive Garden for lunch. Why anyone would eat at a generic corporate "Italian" restaurant is beyond me. Salad loaded with dressing, taste less pasta and sauce, and if you plan to add chicken to your pasta, expect to pay dearly for very little chicken.

This restaurant just opened this past Monday. Friday night was packed! There was no parking, and the wait when we arrived was 55 minutes. So, we opted to sit in the bar. Granted, I know it's a new restaurant so less than stellar customer service is expected because everyone is just getting into a groove, but I will relay my experience anyways. We got out silverware but waited and waited until I finally asked to see the menu. Food came out as we ordered, but holy cow everything was over-salted, even the breadsticks!! I love the Zuppa Toscana (the only thing I can say wasn't overly salted) and had the Chicken Scampi (my usual). My mom loves seafood and ordered the Seafood bordetto that, to her sensitive palate, was barely edible due to the salt content (I did say seafood is risky if she is looking for something less salty, but even so...one can hope). The herb-grilled salmon was good. I love the unlimited salad or soup with an entree order, but I have to say that even the salad was salty (courtesy of the dressing). I think I would return for soup and salad, and maybe say please add a quarter of the amount of salt normally added to their dishes. The female bartender was odd. She randomly burst out making weird noises and moving her arms around, which was jarring (it's a bar in Olive Garden...really?) and came off as a bit hostile every time we asked for something (which wasn't often by any means). They have a special deal where if you purchase $50 you get a $10 card for use from January to mid February 2014. So we bought a gift card and used it last night. Why not?

I came here for lunch on Dec. 24th expecting it to be packed. I was surprised to find a half empty parking lot and plenty of open tables and staff inside. The service was great and the food was fast and hot. The waiter refilled our salad, breadsticks and drinks without us having to ask. I hope this location keeps up the good work.
