Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Hot box is our go to fast, delicious, delivery pizza! We love to order The Deal... Which is a large one topping pizza with an order of breadsticks and two drinks (with the famous reusable cups!). It is so much food for a very affordable price! Also, I am a huge fan of their ranch! It is delicious! The people who take our order are always super friendly and the delivery boy is always prompt and very friendly! One delivery guy made an extra stop to get us a bag of ice. He said it was his first time for that request, but he was more than willing to stop for us! Needless to say we tipped him very well! Hot box will always be a go to when we don't feel like cooking or can't decide on where to eat!

The name "HotBox" turned me off initially -- it conjured visions of pot smokers eating cold pizza in a messy living room, or under-the-blankets farters (or both). But I had a coupon for a free pizza with the purchase of breadsticks, and I'm not dumb enough to turn down free food, so HotBox Pizza it was. First the good: 1) My order was ready super fast. 2) The people who work here know what they're doing and take their job seriously, but are friendly and really nice. Now for the mediocre: 1) The breadsticks were just alright. I ate one in the car on the way home from picking up my pizza, and it was good because I was really hungry and pretty much anything tastes good when you're really hungry, but once I got home and the breadsticks had time to cool down, they tasted bland and got hard quickly. 2) The pizza tasted like Little Caesars or some of those other cheap pizzas. It was like, "Yes, this is pizza because it is bready and has sauce and cheese on it, but it's not good pizza and I don't really like eating it, but I will because it's here and I'm hungry." Kind of a let-down. I don't think I'll be getting pizza from here again, or HotBox in general. It's just not my kind of pizza. I can see how others would like it, though -- it's cheap and fast and acceptable.

They have never screwed up my order, they have never not found my apartment and they're always on time. If you love hot box like I do, you will not be disappointed. Always great and everyone is always awesome!

Had pizza delivered. The pizza was "ok". The breadsticks were pertty good. It's just middle of the road pizza. The whole wheat crust on one pizza was not that good. The dough was underdone and chewy. Not that pleasing.

I'll be honest, I am addicted to Hot Box Stix! I can't deny it any longer. Their pizza I can do without, I don't find it any better than the average chain-type pizza. Oh, but those breadstix!! I always get them with ranch and cheese sauce. Dip the stix in cheese 1st, then into the ranch. Wonderful. I typically head there for the "Box Lunch" which is a choice of 2 of 3 items: a slice, a salad and stix. As you might have guessed, I skip the slice for the salad and stix. It's a great deal. I haven't had any of their specialty pies yet, but I can't really see them being any better than their regular pizzas.

Love the breadsticks and sausage and pizza is yummy. I like having a location in Carmel.

Ordered build your own pizzas and sticks. After having a slice, I can say its not good at all. Is it edible? Yes. Tolerable? Yes. Will I eat another slice again? Probably not. Will I recommend it? No. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Breadsticks n cheese live up to the hotbox theme... If I were to hotbox... I'd happily munch on that all day long. The porky pie was great too. Only reason not 5*s was I had to wait a good 5 minutes to get my take-out order cuz apparently only 1 guy out of the 7 workers twiddling their thumbs was capable of grabbing my order. Otherwise... Perfectly munchable pizza n sticks.

It's ok - Not the best pizza but the breadsticks was very good! Cute little place to eat in.

I'm hesitant to order pizza outside of New York. Even going as far as Connecticut or New Jersey and the slices can get dicey. I've always found that the further away from the birthplace of pizza you go, the worse it gets. So, I hope you can understand my hesitance to order pizza 700 miles to the west of 12th Ave (or 3,590th Ave as extendny.com would map it). Hot Box has thoroughly confirmed my fears about diminishing pizza quality as the distance from the original pizza parlor grows greater. Suffice it to say, I've had frozen pizza that tastes better. To top it off, the pizza that they were serving was likely frozen as well. How many places do you know that sell pizza by the slice and don't display the pies they come from? And why does it take 10 minutes to heat up a slice anyway? It's definitely suspicious, and I think I'm going to start looking to find what frozen pizza they're heating up. That way I know to never get that.

The pizza here is always great! However, it would be nice for SOMEONE to recognize when you are wanting to place an order! Also, we ate outside and the patio here must be a forgotten part of the dining room. Trash on the ground and tables make it seem as if it is abandoned. Better luck next time!

Whenever I'm in town for business I make it a point to stop in here...I don't know why exactly as it isn't the best pizza but I do. Every time. =P Their dough is pretty good but the sausage is the little shredded kind that is normally on cheap frozen pizzas. Not saying that is bad, just not my preference. Perhaps I'll try something different next time but I can never make up my mind so I always get the supreme. What I do really enjoy here is their breadsticks and liquid cheese. LIQUID CHEESE SO GOOD! If you're around I recommend at least trying it. Service has always been fine when I go there. I've ordered a few times from the hotel and they always forget my drink which is kind of annoying.

I like Hotbox pizza alright. It's a step up from your regular chains; however, there are gourmet pizza joints that still blow it out of the water. The spicy pepperoni is good. actually, I like "The Hotbox." It's spicy pepperoni and banana pepper. They have items like fontina, ricotta, and Wisconsin cheddar cheese. It's much like a mix between Dominoe's and a gourmet joint that can put fancy stuff on your pizza; however, they charge you the high specialty prices. I ordered mine deliver, but just a forewarning, the parking lot is a pain in the ass, and it's pretty impossible to get in and out of, depending on which way your going (most ways).

We had to leave after 25 min of waiting for a small hotbox pizza.... The people in front of us were half way done with their large pizza when we left, and the people behind us got their pizza before us! TERRIBLE SERVICE

As an IU graduate, Hot Box (or Pizza Express) is a favorite--especially their famous breadstix. Finally, a location in Carmel! This is probably the nicest Hot Box location and it offers beer, several big screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The breadstix were awesome as usual (we of course got the trifecta of sauces: cheese, marinara, and ranch). The pizza was better than usual--maybe its the new ovens? The downside is the 'deal' has continued to go up in price (not at $16) and an order of breadstix has been reduced from 8 to 6. I see there is a location in Texas. Keeping my fingers crossed that one will open up in the Chicago area.

HotBox took over the Earl of Sandwich location at the busy corner of Rangeline and Carmel Drive. Their pizza is really good, but I actually come for the breadsticks. A bit on the pricey side of things, so I give it 4 stars.

For the price of the pie of the week (50% off), you can't beat HotBox. Hippie crust is a must, too.

I love Hotbox. The pizza is wonderful with the option for wheat crust. The bread sticks are great, and they've got a great deal for a large one-topping, bread sticks, and two drinks. What intrigues me the most is their forward-thinking branding, marketing, and social media strategy. The place is obviously branded for the 18-34 y/o male. Between the marijuana references (look up "hotbox" on UrbandD) and sexually charged pizza titles (Eve's Garden), I love it! The funniest part is that the place is usually full of families and bratty/ridiculously spoiled Carmel kidz. Sign up for the mailing list on their website. Every Friday they send an email with the "pie of the week," in which you can get one of their premium pizzas for half off (any size) by saying a certain phrase to the cashier. Seeing how these phrases usually involve scatological references, it's always interesting saying these to the 16 y/o hipster girl cashiers. Seriously tho, hands down the best pizza place in Carmel (or maybe even the world?).
