I had a coupon for a 0.99 cent any size iced tea, so I thought I'd stop in and give one a try. It was around 4:15pm, and I was the only customer inside. The customer service was fine. However, the tea was horrible. I also got a donut and found it to be a little too dry. I'm a DD fan for sure. After this visit, I'll stick to mornings to ensure the food is fresh.

After waiting for 15 minutes for service (I was the first in line). The staff didn't honor the displayed special - tore it to pieces in front of me, making me pay full price for an item I wouldn't have ordered if wasn't on special. I just left. If you serve food that is bad for people, at least provide a good service doing it.

Men's room has a broken light, a broken hand drier and no paper towels. The toilet bowl looks like it is growing fur. Manager is interviewing a potential employee in the dining area - that always looks bad. Donuts were served immediately but my hot tea took 5 minutes. How long does it take to put a tea bag in a cup of hot water?

I've been to this Dunkin twice now, and I solemnly swear to never return. The workflow is alarmingly frustrating. 27 minutes for a sausage biscuit and a coffee. The staff is concentrating on excuses far before solutions and I've witnessed the most unprofessional behavior I've ever seen. The manager has a crutch and is clearly stoned. She keeps saying "it's raining donuts and munchkins" and she's repeated herself enough that I'm becoming concerned.

Two stars due to various experiences. First time was excellent! That was a year and. Half ago. Coffee was quick, tasted good, and even added equal instead of Splenda to make sure I got the right sweetener! Second time was meh. Didn't really get through the line fast, but as it was morning rush, I just assumed the drive through was busy. The third time was the horror. I drive up during a slow time, no cars on the parking lot or drive through. I go to the speaker, and have to wait before someone realized I was there. I asked for a large iced coffee, and to add enough cream that it looked like the picture. First time trying iced coffee, I'm sure it is normally good, but this man made it bad! He told me "I don't have a stupid picture in front of me, can you give me a number?" Rude much? Having previously worked at DD as a teen, I dove back to memory lane and tried to remember the ratio. Ended up asking for four :p. The guy said "K" and then was silent. I sat there waiting for my total, and he apparently didn't realize his mic was still on. He clearly told his manager "b**ch said to make it look like the picture, told her I don't have a f***in picture. Stupid c***". I was furious, but needed some caffeine quick, so I went up to get my coffee and tell the manager I had heard everything. She shrugged when I told her, ran my card, and then said he would bring out the coffee! He brought it out- three minutes later! He tried to ring me up a second time, and didn't even believe his manager when she said she had already rung me up! I won't be going there unless it's busy ever again. Then again, I'll just go to the Kroger across the street- Starbucks at least doesn't swear at their customers.

The coffee is just right, all the time. The donuts and bagels however, always taste stale to me (even in the morning). I'll still go on a regular basis, since I drink coffee way more than I eat their food.

This location is the only DD that I have ever been in that serves stale donuts at 8:30AM. This happend to me for the third time this morning and I am over it. They should be making the donuts fresh every morning and donating whatever is left at the end of the day, not charging for stale merch at the beginning of the day. From day #1, the owner/operators of this location have not cared about quality service or quality products. Luckily the service has gotten better since they re-opened, but the quality still sucks.

It's back, like a phoenix from the ashes! I like Dunkin Donuts. The tongue-in-cheek simplicity of the sizing (take that Starbucks with your new giant gulpified "Trenta") as well as cheap bagels, donuts, and sandwiches/flatbreads make me happy that this Dunkin a ) has a drive through and b) is right on my way to work. Staff keeps things moving on those early mornings. Toasted bagel with cream cheese and a coffee for less than 4 bucks? Yes please.
