Convenient location and drive thru is a breeze. I miss DD because they don't have it in California (surprise surprise). I can't keep my hands off those lil munchkins. They're yummy and can be pretty addicting. People come here for coffee for the most part. Cheaper than Starbucks for sure. You can probably get a cup of joe and a donut and it will still cost less than a cup at Starbucks.

Went here Friday morning, since my favorite donut place was closed due to selling out that morning. The girl taking my order through the drive thru was nice, but gave me an unsweetened French vanilla instead of sweetened French vanilla iced coffee. The donuts were less than impressive, but they were okay. The bacon, egg, cheese sandwich on a biscuit was horrid! Even my dog wouldn't eat it when I offered it to him. The hash browns were old and stale. (I was there before 10am). I will only go back for frozen Arnold Palmers.

You guys are so incredibly rude to customers, it's really ridiculous. My wife works nearby and she and her coworkers get coffee and food here several times a week. Today, she went on a run to pick up coffee for several people. They gave here a drink carrier that ripped in half, spilling coffees all over her car. When she drove around to the window to have the items replaced she was told to re order at the speaker or come in! She went in and was made to pay for the drinks again even though the employees at Dunkin had put her drinks in a broken holder!! She is too nice to argue so she paid for new drinks!! I myself haven't been to this location in months. After several poorly made coffees and several breakfast sandwiches with frozen or burnt eggs!! I've given up. The people that work here are always so angry and seem stressed out by the morning rush. If I go to Starbucks that is waaaay busier how is it that they make coffee during a rush and still manage to make delicious drinks and have pleasant attitudes at 7am?? This location is within 1 mile of two Starbucks and a grocery store that has donuts and nicer employees! This is Carmel and most people can afford expensive coffee and will not eat here if you don't get it together. I'm so upset by the way my wife was spoken to that we will not be back. I'm sure Dunkin Donuts isn't worried about two customers but we drink a lot of coffee and work with lots of people that do to!!

Well this used to be my (long ways away) go to DD before the one in Fishers opened up. Never difficult to get in and out of here but I would be lying if I said I was overly impressed with the employees. Bit of Carmel attitude IMO.

Their coffee is good! BUT their service is not! It seems that it's hard to find a decent DD location with good/quality service.

My son LOVES DD so we stop in a few times a month as treat. Service is usually good & selection fairly decent considering we go after school.

I used my coupon for a free donut with a purchase of a beverage. My free lemon donut (reg. $1.09) was filled with lemon and covered with powder sugar. It was OK. Also, I got a ($1.79)20 oz. Cherry Coke. The cashier needs to be more knowledgeable about their services. I picked up a ddperks rewards card. Once I enrolled online, I received $2 (coupon / 200 points) on the card which has an expiration date.
