placed a to go order over the phone to pick up. it was ready on time and although the rolls were a bit dry, the bruschetta chicken and mashed potatoes were excellent. i recommend their curbside to go whenever you need a quick meal. just call ahead 15 minutes before u get there. its alot better than going to a drive thru and the price is almost the same.

I've never been a fan of O'Charley's and I thought this one in a different location would be better but it wasn't. My grandpa picked his favorite table which happens to be in the bar section because it's an elevated booth and easier for him to lift himself into and out of. However, they made all of us move to a different table because I wasn't 21 even though no was ordering an alcoholic beverage. My grandpa is almost 80 and uses a walker to get around so this was a big inconvenience. Additionally, the food was okay but an order of a cheeseburger came without half of the bottom bun and the fries were over seasoned and soggy.

Said it would be a 45min wait, ended up waiting an hour and 30mins to be seated at 2 different tables. Had to wait for rolls while the staff stood up front talking. The waitress didn't offer to bring more drinks when drinks were completely empty. You'd think we would get some sort of discounted rate yet there were no apologies or cares given. Will not be eating here again.

I'm having dinner in a Sunday night right now. It's been pretty good. Waiter has been attentive although I can only se him every few minutes because of high wall things and pillars. Nice music playing. My mother called and we had to order for her after we already ordered and it came out less than five minutes later than ours it was great. Now once before on a Thursday evening it took a couple hours for our dinner to come out and they gave us free appetizers but by the time our food came we were full from bread and appetizers. So that's why I gave four stars. That was quite a while back, a couple years ago I think and it's been a while since I've been here but it's a busy night and they kept up quite nicely so I'm okay with this place. Had chipotle chicken tenders with ranch. Yum. Good place.

I didn't read any of the reviews before eating here but here is my honest review. Food was excellent, service was outstanding, manager/staff polite & accommodating. Could not have been more pleased with my visit and my dinner. Will definitely return. Thanks Angela for starting our date night out right!

Meh. Typical chain restaurant. Food was completely indistinguishable from dozens of other chain restaurants. It's like they buy their food from the same distributor (they do) and employ the same corporate chefs (for the most part they do). Caesar salad? Check. "Signature" soup? Check. "The best bread/rolls/breadsticks around?" Check. Balderdash. Close your eyes when you eat their food and you will have no idea where you are.

Every time I eat here, something gets messed up. Either they forget my appetizer, make my entree wrong, or badly overcook someone else's entree at my table to the point that it's inedible. Over the last few years, the rolls have also declined in quality and have little to no taste. Hell, O'Charley's is famous for their rolls! If they can't get their signature item right, it's no surprise they can't get anything else right. The service? Let's not even go there. Management seems to brush off any bad experiences with excuses, and none of the wait staff tends to take responsibility when they make an error. It's no wonder the place is empty and everyone else is busy. It'll take a lot more than a remodel to set this place straight.

I've been dining at O'Charleys for seven years and this location is top notch. Service was super duper. We got a survey with our meal that I took so I could get a free appetizer in the future. The server was attentive and the manager stopped by our table. Food was great as always. I've been ordering the pecan crusted chicken salad forever and I went here on a super crappy Monday afternoon. That salad made my day so much better. The strawberry lemonade is a must. The server refilled mine and I took the second round to go. It is delicious. Also a great place for a business lunch.

Came in to do carry out, as I stood there I watch the cook drop food on floor stand there look pick. It up throw back in the cooler, then gran raw chicken throw it on the grill an keep cooking as not to miss a beat......NEVER AGAIN will I ever go back if it happen once in front of a customer imagine when no ones around.....

First timer and I thought the food was pretty good. I just moved to Indiana I'm originally from California so everything is new to me. I had a Cobb salad with balsamic vinegarette. Also had a cup of potato soup both were great. And as an appetizer we had spinach dip which was great too. I will be defiantly will be back with my family.

It was all pretty sad. Tried the Prime Rib special. Looked NOTHING like the picture. The rice side was nearly inedible, almost like they failed to cook it. The broccoli was a bunch of cold stalks. The starter (loaded potato skins ) was delivered to the wrong table. They sat there until we were served dinner then our waitress brought them to our table. Our waitress tried her best, bless her heart, but it was an uphill battle for her. Shame since it used to be a nice place to eat.

This was my first visit and I wasn't overly impressed. Service was ok, but the quality of food is lacking and poor presentation. I ordered the blue cheese wedge salad. It came with 3 cherry tomatoes that weren't ripe. It had maybe one teaspoon of blue cheese crumbles and the same for the bacon. If I had only wanted lettuce that is what I would have ordered. I actually had to left up the salad wedge to find where the toppings were when my plate arrived. On the other it was only $3.99 so maybe my expectations were too high.

Meh.... Just a blah meal. I had the turkey burger and it definitely was a pre made frozen one. The menu is boring and typical of a chain restaurant . Our waitress was good so im giving them three stars because of her.

We really avoid this location. There is nothing wrong with the food. Just the service. Everyone is rude, forget food, wait time to get food and drinks is ridiculous. We only get take out once a year when we get the $10 off when you spend $30. They always forget something and our food is cold and soggy. Last time, they gave us a $20 gift certificate. Not even sure I'll use it.

As much as I don't like Applebee's it is a much better choice. Should have known to leave when the cook/manager came to apologize to the people behind me for burning there meal 3 times. 25 min for our salads and 1/2 sandwich, and was told my fries weren't ready yet so she would bring them out later.
