Ok I went to Boulder Creek again last night and again I ask myself why...... I was with a group that was doing a painting party in a back room so we thought we would eat before. Well am hour was not enough time. We had to get our food and take it over and eat while we are painting. I really do not think it is the servers fault I just think it is the kitchen is slow. I do think that they do hire looks first here though bc the waiters are all model material but just not 100% the best. Food is good but for the prices again they need to step it up. For a few fried shrimp, my sides were wrong and a glass of wine it was $20 just for me.

This is my favorite "nice" dinner spot in Brownsburg. Always great food and service. I am in love with the ahi tuna app. You cannot go wrong here it's worth waiting for a table.

Was in the area on business and the front desk woman at our hotel recommend Boulder Creek. Definitely delicious food and great service. A little pricey but mostly worth it. I had the chicken parm while my colleague had the filet mignon. Would potentially visit again if back in the area.

Excellent food and great service! We were in town for MotoGP races and ate dinner at Boulder Creek twice in 2 days (first meal was so good we just couldn't resist coming back the next day). They have a very diverse menu, yet everything our group of four ordered was superb--quite tasty with excellent presentation. Casual, relaxed atmosphere with a good bar and adequate wine list. Our entire meal, from appetizers to desserts, was great on both visits. We will definitely eat at Boulder Creek next time we are in the area and I highly recommend this unpretentious restaurant to anybody who is looking for an excellent meal at a fair price.

Had reservation at 7:15, we arrived and the place was packed on a Saturday night. We only waited 5 minutes then we were seated. Food was very good. The restaurant was a bit cold, but the weather was really cold and since the doors were opening/closing a lot, I am sure the temperature was hard to control. Mahi was very good.
Went here last night for Valentine's dinner. Good atmosphere and service was great. I had the chicken parm and she had the Horeradish Dijon steak. Ordered medium well, came out more rare. But they more than made good on it by fixing correctly and not only bring the steak back but a whole new plate of food. So remember they do cook to the rare side on the steak. But was good experience and will be back.

Went on a very slow night, but still had pretty good service... Only thing that slowed it down was when the whole kitchen staff was out at the bar watching the status/plays of the sports game on the only bar television. (Personally, I Can't blame them) AND our server was very fun and entertaining to the kids... and made up for some of the slow service by adding an additional dessert. Ordered the Scallop Fettuccini (description from web = Scallop and Crab Linguini Onions, Kalamata Olives, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Fresh Herbs, Garlic White Wine Butter Sauce) THIS WAS FANTASTIC!!! Great mix of flavors, great serving size, fresh... LOVED it! STRONGLY recommend!! Can't wait to go back and try another item of the rather extensive, but not overwhelming, menu!

This is a great place in Brownsburg to eat a nice to romantic dinner. The appetizer bread and dip are amazing and the pizza is great. I think the prices are a little high but I guess for a small town with little to no other comparable options you will have that. We eat there 2-3 times a month.

For Valentine's Day we went to Boulder Creek. This was our first time there but we had been to Stone Creek and Charbonnos, owned by the same group several times and they had always been good so we decided to try it. While there, I started with the French Onion Soup followed by the Seafood Broiler platter that included Mahi Mahi, shrimp, scallops and a crab cake. This was very good. I would recommend Boulder Creek.

It is nice to have a restaurant that has such a variety of choices. Everyone in a large group can have their preference. Their complimentary bread and spicy oil is great. Great variety of salads! One of my favorite dishes is the salmon. Their prices are not cheap but neither is the quality of the food! We love all the restaurants in the Cunningham Group!

I'm a traveller and this place was close to my hotel. Big Mistake!!! First off The decor is great but it stops there. The prices are high for such a small town and come no where close to the quality of food. Their bartender needs a lesson in mixing, their French onion soup was over salted and tasteless for starters. They give you some bread with this red oil for dipping which was stale and horrid. My main was a $26 dollar ribeye. The quality of the meat was just alright but the worst part was when they microwaved it after I asked for it cooked a little more. I could tell because my waiter returned to my table in less than a minute and a half. To top it off the rosemary couscous tastes like it was made by Uncle Ben and their vegetable medley was over cooked and bland. $47.00 later.... I must say management was polite though.

This visit was just so-so for me. I probably should not have ordered a mixed seafood grill late on a Tuesday evening. The scallops were gritty, the Mahi Mahi was overcooked, and the crab cake was cool. On the other hand, we sat at the bar and had very good service from the guy working that night - and my wife's Calamari Caesar Salad was deemed "Excellent!" We will be back to try more from their very broad menu.

Yep! This place was an excellent choice for an early Sunday afternoon meal. The service was friendly and fast. The food was very good, especially the salads. They surprised us. We will be back. The vegetable medley is the only thing stopping a 5-star review. It comes with nearly every dish and it is bland and boring. It's just a side dish but it should get some effort. Whatever.

Ate there, Brownsburg location, 2nd week of Dec.--excellent service, server, food (bread yum! yum! :), atmosphere, beautiful decor. For a familia eatery it's a 12 out of 10! Brownsburg 30+ yrs. ago is a world away & a lifetime for many. Who would have guessed a Boulder Grill??

We were driving through the Indianapolis area and looking for dinner on or near our route of travel. Yelp reviews looked good so we decided to roll the dice on this place. What a great decision! My wife ordered a smothered chicken which she absolutely loved but could not finish. I had a combination dinner because there was so much on their menu that I wanted to try - ribs and crab cakes were my two final choices. The kids each ordered kid meals off the menu. Also, we opted for a salad just to try the cranberry dressing another reviewed had mentioned. Everything was great! The salad was exceptionally fresh and the addition of fresh basil is something we will certainly implement at home. Kid burgers were yummy and far better than the average kid burger found in moderate restaurants. My wife absolutely loved her chicken dish. My ribs were tender without being overcooked, well sauced, and yummy. The crab cakes initially looked overdone but were absolutely perfect. Fresh steamed veges were also great. Service was perfect, atmosphere was pleasant, and kid's meal toys were far better than the usual crayons. Albeit this has nothing to do with the food, the kid toys were these bendable sticks which could be fashioned into any number of creations. My wife was a tad jealous of the kids until I got her a set as well.

I have been to Boulder Creek 2 or 3 times, every time with a group of cyclists (they have a huge outdoor patio and are very accommodating to us). The food is not spectacular but solid as you would expect from any of the restaurants in the Cunningham group family (they also own Mesh on Mass and Charbono's to name a couple).

Boulder Creek is our go to when friends or family come to town. They offer a varied menu, so whether we want a steak and a glass of wine or a sandwich, we know it will be good and everyone will find something they like. My personal favorites are the fried tenderloin sandwich(if you aren't from Indiana, just try it!), the margarita pizza, seven field greens salad with chicken, and the steaks, depending what I am hungry for. They bring yummy bread and dipping oil before the meal and they keep your drinks full. The pizzas are wood fired and excellent for one or get a house salad and share one. It is also a great place to sit outside in summer.

Service was great. The servers are so friendly. The food is really good. Definitely try the chicken parm. We had samples of the beers and they are a big sample glass. The food is decently priced. We went for the Mother's Day brunch buffet. I expected it to be super crazy but it wasn't. There was hot food always available. There was a wide variety of brunch buffet options. Even though it was busy, the server was always refilling our drinks and checking on us in a timely manner.

The are not many options for upscale food in Brownsburg, but Boulder Creek just doesn't deliver what you would expect for the price. My wife ordered the crab cakes, the crab cakes alone weren't great, very compacted looked like something that came frozen, very little discernible crab meat. But the sauce slathered over it, made it completely inedible, as it was beyond spicy, and we love spicy food. Now, to their credit, they brought her out something else as quick as possible, and the scallop dish was delicious. My meal was so-so, BBQ ribs were good, the blackened chicken was beyond dry and sandy and the vegetable medley bordered on raw. We thought we'd give it one last try with desert and ordered a simple ice cream trio that was brought out on unnecessarily fancy plate with three spots for the ice cream. Now, that's not a big deal even though it made eating the dessert difficult, but the plate wasn't chilled and our ice cream quickly turned to soup. I have to say the service was great, and they were attentive to the issues, but didn't cut us any slack on the bill, which they are not obligated to do. Definitely, I could've found a better use for $70.

Decided to give Boulder Creek a try as we were passing thru and after reading positive reviews. Really enjoyed the spicy garlic shrimp which was recommended by our friendly waitress. For the main course the camp fire pasta (also recommended by the waitress) that my husband had was terrific. I had the slow roasted steak sandwich which was good (a little soggy) although the waffle fries with the jalapeño cheese sauce was delicious. As it is close to the interstate, we will definitely stop here as we pass by again.

Good food in an awesome dining room. The attached bar prepares your drinks.. they have a few specialty drinks that are very good. There is outdoor seating as well, with our allergies we decided inside would be best. Overall we were very satisfied.

I was here for a wedding rehearsal dinner, and was quite impressed with the ribs. The meat was so tender that it fell right off. It helps that my beer came in a goblet, too.

Used to be my favorite place in Brownsburg, but my last few visits have been so disappointing I may not go back. Poor service, lower quality food (twice in a row served cold), long waits - and that's at the table, not the door. Normally waiting is not an issue for us, but now with 2 kids we don't have unlimited time anymore. Too bad, I really liked the place before they expanded, but they can't seem to keep up now.

Yum! Everything we ordered while at Boulder Creek came out cooked well and was delicious! We had the fried pickles and peppers as an appetizer. I wish the peppers were a bit hotter, but I know many people probably appreciate how mild they are. I ordered the Mediterranean pizza for my meal and it was delicious!! This pizza had black olives, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, ale onions, and goat cheese (my favorite part). The crust was just as good as all the toppings. I also tried a piece of my brother's ahi tuna and it was cooked (uncooked?) perfectly!
Just everything about this is meh. We (my boyfriend and I) wanted to try somewhere different and I found this place on Yelp. The menu looked great so we made reservations and salivated over the menu. We then drove 45 minutes to Boulder Creek with rumbling bellies. The outside decor looked fantastic with outdoor seating. Walking in, we were immediately seated and I asked where the bathroom was. The hostess gave me the wrong directions and I walked into the kitchen per her instructions. Embarrassed, I wandered around the place until I finally found the bathroom. The waitress was nice and fast. She quickly brought out bread and this strange red, warm sauce. She didn't tell us what it was so we ate it with mixed feelings. At least the bread was warm. The food itself was okay, at this point we were so hungry that we would have eaten anything. We got the combo (2 options plus two sides) with sirloin, blackened mahi mahi and garlic herb scallops. For the prices, we expected more. In the words of my boyfriend, "If I wanted a TGI Fridays experience, I would have gone to TGI Fridays" Don't waste your time (or money) here.
This is the second time we have been here we just moved to Eagle Creek , The food is amazing and the service is great as well both time the food has been amazing

Big hype; bigger letdown. The online menu is out-of-date as our server told us so several items I had planned to have were no longer available (i.e., the Mediterranean Pizza because "we don't have the ingredients"). The place is attractive but REALLY noisy to the point I could only hear the person next to me. That was in the large room; maybe an offside area is quieter. Service is exemplary! Polished, friendly, helpful, responsive and quick: Brittany, and her colleagues who delivered our meals were great. Kudos for keeping our party of 10 happy. Now for the disappointing food: Mediocre. The onion soup was horrible. We know what traditional onion soup is and THIS was not. It had a big GLOB of mozzarella in the cup bottom and a tower of fried onions as a garnish. Very salty. True onion soup has 5 kinds of onions in a strong beef broth, with a cheesy crouton over top and a melted draping of guyere cheese sealing it in the crock. The Caesar Salad was 'meh'. No Caesar dressing (it was flavorless) and the romaine was mostly dark green; no bright, fresh romaine. I asked for more parmesan and I was given a jar of what looked like the stuff from the 'green can'. Ugh. Why not the same shaved parm like the garnish? Pretty disappointing. "Bravo" makes the best, ultimate Caesar Salad I've ever had - cheesy and garlicy - to which I add fresh lemon juice. I had a cheeseburger which was well-done - not the 'medium' I requested. It had a limp piece of lettuce and a thin sliver of hot-house tomato. Why no fresh tomato in 'tomato season'?Disappointing burger. My mother had a salad with chicken, of which there was an abundance of chicken, few dried cranberries and nuts, which were buried in the bottom, a blob of gross, strong blue cheese as a garnish (you can find non-stinky blue) and a TON of lettuce. Seemed that all our foods had way too much salt. Prices are expensive for mediocre food. The best thing was the service but it's not enough for us to return. Not when I can get a better burger at Ruby Tuesday's and I don't have to SHOUT TO BE HEARD BY THE PEOPLE I'M WITH!

Went here for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere is nice, but a bit loud even for a family friendly place. My wife and I both ordered pasta, which was a poor choice, and salad. The salads were well portioned, although the cheese clearly came straight from a plastic bag, and the dressings were good. The pasta was alright, but were both a little monotone. As we were leaving, we didn't see a single other table with pasta. Instead it was all protein, and it looked really good. So, lesson here is probably to stick with steaks n' chops. We also had the special red velvet cake they had for the evening. It was extremely dry and the frosting was bland. The cake was made worse by an overly sweet strawberry sauce the was drizzled on top. Overall, the service was good and the menu looked like it offered a better meal than we ended up getting, so I'd certainly return to try some of the other options.

Really good food, quick and friendly service. We sat outside on their patio. It was a very beautiful day, the atmosphere was breezy and comfortable, yet private. We were there for lunch and ordered two sandwiches, reuban and Cuban, both were very good and more then we could eat.

You would seriously never suspect this place of being a good restaurant because of its location. Its a part of a strip mall on the south side of the building. The outdoor seating is actually very nice, but the indoor seating is even nicer. The service staff were great and informative on our selections. The food was good and what a selection they had! The appetizer menu was the only one I found lacking, but everything else was great. Excellent wine list and good selection of beers including some microbrews. Depending on what you order the prices aren't too bad either. I definitely enjoyed my visit and will be returning!

Ok so I was sort of broke when we went so didn't get to try alot. However ordered the slow cooker steak sandwich and it was amazing. The bread and their quite unique dipping sauce for it was also very good. Had the cranberry poppyseed dressing on my salad and it was probably the best salad dressing I ever ordered at a restaurant.

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

I've been here no less than 10 times, since it seems to be a favorite of many people I know. Also, I can walk there. That said, service is often slow, and food is rarely amazing. Their fried pickles and peppers are good, but, over-breaded. Also, for the first time in my life, I had them take an entrée that I had ordered off my bill because it was so bad. It was an early bird dinner thing with sausage and "caramelized onions". The onions were *not* caramelized, but were (at best) sautéed. The whole thing was way too heavy (especially after the peppers & pickles and the dippy bread they bring out). The bread & oil are ok, but, I'd much rather just plain balsamic with a few spices, especially with how heavy everything else is. Lots of people *love* it though. The menu is mostly hit or miss, some stuff is good, some stuff terrible. Never had anything amazing. Pretty much every time I come here I leave going, "Why didn't I go get sushi at Tegry Bistro or go to Tequila Sunrise instead???" But, it's at least better than BW3s down the way...

My husband and I went to visit our friends in Jamestown Indiana. They suggested this restaurant close to them called Boulder Creek. Surprisingly it was a very good restaurant in a small country town. We got there at 8:00 and were seated right away. We ordered a bottle of from Chili, and some appetizers. We had seared tuna and a Heirloom tomato salad which had fried mozzarella on top with a balsamic glaze, all were quite yummy. I ordered a small house salad with pomegranate vinegar dressing which was good as well. They served warm sour dough bread with a tomato dipping sauce. it was different, but tasty. For our main entrees I ordered salmon which fresh sautéed spinach with a lemon glaze cooked perfectly. My husband ordered a pork chop which was very thick and big, charred on the outside and slightly pink inside, just the way he likes it. Our friends ordered pork cutlet fried on a bun with fries and lobster risotto served with a small filet mignon. They both said that tget enjoyed their dinners and would order it again. We finished our dinner with my favorite course, the dessert. We ordered a trio of ice cream from Graeters, a midwest company. It was served in three small dishes, one with mint chip, cappachino chip and the last one was a raspberry chocolate. Some of the best ice cream I have tasted! The service was very good everyone was very friendly and I would diffently come back.

My wife and I took a short trip up to the Indianapolis area to see some lifetime friends who live in the small, beautiful country town of Jamestown, Indiana located just a small distance northwest of Indianapolis. There are many small farm communities along the way with very little great dining spots around. There are mostly fast food restaurants and small town diners and pubs. After a great day of catching up with each other accompanied with a couple bottles of good wine we left it up to them to go to one of the few great restaurants in the area. This beautiful large cozy dining experience ended up to be in Brownsburg, Indiana called Boulder Creek Dining Company. Leave it to me the: the first thing I noticed as we walked in was a bright Yelp sticker on the window that said "Yelp loves us." Was impressed already!!! As we walked in we were greeted by 2 friendly young gentlemen who handed over the menus and wine list to a girl who kindly seated us and we were immediately introduced to one of our servers who worked as a team with who later would be our waitress, Taylor. As we were walking to the table I immediately noticed the beautifully lit bar that wrapped around the attached dining room areas. Boulder Creek has surprisingly a large dining area and since the bar follows the dining areas on both sides , you can see the bar from wherever you are sitting. In the back of the restaurant there was a large open kitchen you can see also from wherever you are sitting. The atmosphere had a very northern feel to it because of the dark wood and brick which warmed this place up. I was very impressed about the immediate attention we received as Taylor helped us decide on the wine selection and answered some questions about the appetizers and entrees. The service was actually the first great attribute to Boulder Creek as it appeared that this dining experience will be timed perfectly and we would not be rushed. Taylor was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing. We ordered a great bottle of Concha Y Toro Gran Reserva which surprisingly was very reasonably priced. After we started on the wine, we were served an amazing Sour Dough bread loaf with a remarkable red pepper sauce. I knew at that point we were in for a treat with their food as well. We started out with the Heirloom Tomatoes and Mozzarella. Different from the normal Caprice Salad, the mozzarella was served lightly fried over fresh tomatoes which were topped with arugula. Sprinkled over the dish was a balsamic glaze, combined with the fried mozzarella, gave this dish a tremendous flavor. We also shared the Ahi Tuna. So fresh and flavorful, the tuna was perfectly seasoned. I could of made a sushi meal out of this dish. My wife had a real great house salad which she loved. I ordered my entrée, which was highly recommended by Taylor; Double Cut Pork Chop. The pork chop was so thick and so lean. It was grilled and charred on the outside and was very tender on the inside as it was cooked medium. The way they charred and seasoned the outside of this thick pork chop gave this dish the best flavor and tenderness. You can taste it at the start and finish of each bite. The side was a baked potato which went with this perfectly. The wine was also tasting better too by the way. My wife had grilled Salmon. She is picky about Salmon which is one of her favorite fish dishes and she loved it. Now here is an unusual dish I've never seen which my friend ordered; Lobster Risotto and filet medallions. He loved it and I decided that this is what I will order the next time I come here. We all decided to split an unusual ice cream desert, the Graeters Ice Cream Trio. The desert was served in 3 small attached glass bowls, and included Cappuccino Chip and Mint Chip Ice Cream which surrounded a raspberry ice cream in the middle. It was served with fresh Basil and whipped cream. Glad we shared this because I would of eaten this great dessert by myself. Boulder Creek has a tremendous feel to it. There is also outdoor dining as you walk into the front of the restaurant. The mild weather here would make outdoor dining easy, as we are used to heat and humidity in Florida which sometimes makes it difficult to do. This was a perfect evening with friends in a restaurant that had all sorts of surprises. Five stars for atmosphere, PERFECT service and a top menu with culinary perfection. I really hope we can come back soon.

This place is nice. It's a great place to go have a fantastic meal, incredible service, and enjoy company with friends or colleagues. My husband and I have enjoyed every meal we've ever had here.

The food was really good, except for the shrimp was over cooked! The staff was awesome and accommodating!
