The food is always great. Now their bicycle delivery drivers are total tools. They live to ride the center yellow lines to pass people or just pull out in front of you daring you to hit them. The mgr doesn't care so I'm just going to hit the next one with my car and watch them go splat!

They are unaware of campus addresses and people's time. Took 35 minutes to receive my sandwich AT THE WRONG LOCATION. people taking orders constantly ask "huh" and they are very unprofessional at this location. Go to the one on kirkwood.

Jimmy John's is great for what it is. It is a sandwich shop that has a list of sandwiches to make. They do not give you a list of ingredients and expect you to make your own individual sandwich. However they have no problem with you making changes. To rebut Naseem Jimmy John's trains their employees that way. They are expected to move to work before you even finish. You are supposed to order fast so they can get you your sandwich fast. Their current slogan is subs so fast you'll freak.. I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted but if you order a sandwich and don't say you want it on wheat they have a lot of people that come in and don't specify, so the automatic is french bread. You can take this review for what it is but i know for a fact that Jimmy John's quality of food is much better than Subway. Jimmy John's bake and slices their OWN meat every single day and it does not come pre packaged from some store the way Subway does it. They may not have all the choices that subway does but i find myself eating here much more than any other sandwich shop in bloomington

I love Jimmy John's and I felt like I needed to write something positive since it only has one negative review on here. The sandwiches are tasty and super fast -- that's the restaurant's big schtick! "Damn fast, butt friendly." I love that my sandwich is done right as I'm done paying for it (if not before). I go on my lunch hour and get in and out of there with no fuss. All of the locations offer consistent sandwiches on fresh-baked bread. I recommend the Beach Club and the Pepe. Way better than Subway, that's for sure!

There is nothing inherently special or memorable about this venue. They make sandwiches. There is no unique bread or ingredients, and the only reason why I find myself going to this place is due to the lack of choice among eateries in that area. Before I get through ordering my sandwich, the staff immediately rushes into making a sandwich (even when there is no line). They don't ask me what I want... wheat bread vs. white bread, cheese, mayo, etc. The last time I went in, I was so fed up with this kind of behavior that I made them make me another sandwich to my specifications. Wheat bread, with meat, no mayo and all the vegetables. Of course, the young girl making the sandwich rolled her eyes. The kids who work there could use a good attitude check. I am not a fan of Jimmy Johns and I only go there due to the lack of choice in the area. Eck.
